I had a small leak on the pipe coming into my water softner. It was a small job so he asked if there was anything else that needed attention while he was there. We did have two faucet aerators that needed removal for replacement that he also did. The bill was just what I expected.

We needed the pipes replaced in a house that has a lot of galvanized steel from the 1940s, along with PEX and copper from more recent renovations. Only Faust & Co. actually came to the house to see the situation first hand. Consequently, we got a precise estimate that didn't include any unnecessary work. We were able to replace all the galvanized lines with copper and, in addition, insulate the hot water lines for a price that fit our budget. We'll be using Faust & Co. again.

Simple project, just needed a shut-off valve added to the pipe heading out to the hose bib so it didn't freeze. Got a quick reply with a ballpark estimate, was on the schedule right away, showed up when they said they would, finished up quickly and the work looks great. Great People, great service. The response and customer service are outstanding. Would and will recommend them. They installed a New Hybrid water heater and had to come back a year later (not due to their work) to install some sensor that went bad. Any problem with plumbing Faust will be my first call.

I found Faust Co on Yelp when I needed my basement laundry tub unclogged. It was a BAD clog. I requested a quote through the Yelp app and they were one of the replies. I chose them mainly because they had a good rating. We interacted via Messages in Yelp and scheduled the appointment. Mark, the plumber that arrived was very personable, which I find to be rare. He replaced the P-trap and the T-Trap in less time than I expected, and the water has been flowing better than it ever has in the 18 years I've owned my house. My invoice was emailed to me, and I paid online. The bill was within the original quoted range. I would hire Faust again and recommend them!
