Several months ago we purchased a new water heater through Lowes; they subcontract with Faucetman for the installation. The installation, at that time, was done very professionally and in a most timely manner. About a week ago, the water heater stopped working so I called Faucetman. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, and handled the communication with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (AO Smith out of Tennessee) was not nearly as customer oriented as Faucetman. AO Smith seemingly did everything they could to reject the idea that a part was defective despite the plumbers on-site assessment. After 24 hours of discussion followed by a four day (weekend included (delay by the manufacturer), the part was shipped. At that point, Faucetman again showed their customer service and professionalism. They came out the morning after the part arrived and replaced the defective part. I cannot more highly recommend the company.

My wife and I have been looking into getting Tankless hot water heater as our standard tank was about 14yrs old. My neighbor just the other day happened to be getting on installed by Faucetman Plumbing. I went over to to see the work they were doing and the unit her was having installed which was a Noritz tankless system. My Neighbor went through Lowes to purchase his tank. I called another company they came out and gave me a quote. I called Faucetman and spoke to Jo, Jo is amazing, I stayed on the phone with her, I took two photos and texted them to her while on the phone and she was able to give me a quote right then. Faucteman's quote was half the price of the other company and I'm not kidding.

I set a date for the installation to be done which was yesterday 2/17/23. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Noe as the installers. Josh and Noe were very professional and friendly. Doug the Owner showed up and introduced himself and he is a very nice Guy. Doug wanted to make sure I was happy with everything as the installation was going on, which I was. Josh and Noe had the installation complete within 2 hours. Josh explained the usage of the system and they left the work area cleaner than the way they found it.

So from the Office personnel to the Installers and the Owner, We couldn't be more pleased !!!! I would definitely use Faucetman again, in a second!!

However, do your self a favor, if you're going to purchase anything go directly through Faucetman and not another retailer. Faucetman will save you even more money !!! Also, they will do all the rebate work for you through SoCal Gas. It doesn't get any better.

Omg they could have had such a good rating. This is my second time using this company. They have awesome employees, but the owners are price gougers, trying to get every dollar they can. They changed their labor rate on me like three different times. If I was buying something from them it was a flat rate of $145.00 if I wasn't buying anything from him it was $149.00. The wife got hysterical because I advised of the deal her husband provided. I was then told the rate was $139.00 was the normal rate which let me know it's constantly adjusted. I was willing to work with them on the extra time, but it wasn't my fault their worker took longer to install what was agreed upon. The wife yelled Merry Christmas and don't call their business anymore. Wow you rather lose more business over $40? Not smart business. What really makes this worse is the problem wasn't assessed until I was told to replace things not needed.

I called this company and spoke to Rachel and she got the job done for $400 less than the others were charging for a new 50 gallon water heater. I love their expedited service and the fact that my mother is a senior and has a monthly budget. Ms. Rachel was very helpful over the phone and she made sure to get it done. It was cheaper than the cheapest estimate I gotten.

I purchased a new dishwasher from Lowes in late August and paid for installation. They told me that they now outsource installation and that the installer would call me to schedule delivery. Delivery was on Sept 12. All seemed fine until a few days later when I realized that the adhesive mounting bracket on one side had let go of my granite counter top and because of that, the unit shifted around quite a bit. I called and left a message as it was after hours. The next day, as I hadn't gotten a return call, I called them again and we arranged for someone to come out the next day (the 21st). The bracket was remounted and they left. The following day, a screw holding that bracket to the adhesive mounting pad came off and I called again. Again, they came out and ""fixed"" the mounting. On the 30th, the mounting had come off the granite counter yet again, this time BOTH mounting brackets were loose. I called after the weekend on Oct 4 and was told they needed to speak to a more senior technician to find out what an appropriate course of action was. I was promised I'd recieve a call back. I never recieved that call back. My husband called and left messages on Oct 6 and 7 and never recieved a call back. I called on Oct 8 (a Saturday) and left a message. No call back. Finally, on Oct 10, my husband managed to get ahold of someone and they schedule an appointment on Oct 13. I clear several appointments off my schedule for that morning, only for my husband to be told halfway through the appointment window that their technician wouldn't be able to make it. We reschedule for Friday the 14th. In the meantime, I contacted Lowes to inform them of the horrible customer service their contracted installer had been giving us. It has now been over a MONTH and my dishwasher is not installed correctly. The Faucetman technician blames the lack of plywood lining under my counter, he can't drill in to it. The Lowes Manager asked how my old dishwasher was mounted, I informed her that it was screwed in at the sides. Her reply was to ask ""why didn't they just mount it at the sides then?"" BEATS ME! So the next day, my husband is here when the technicians explain yet again that they cannot drill into my granite (no duh) and my husband asks about mounting it at the sides and is informed by the technicians that *that* isn't possible, and begin to add new mounting hardware. This is when my husband notices that there ARE in fact slots for the mounting brackets on the sides of the machine. The technicians seemed genuinely shocked by this. They install the brackets on the sides of the machine and seemed offended when he expressed pleasure that it was finally correctly installed. It took FOUR attempts to get a simple dishwasher installed. Only more ridiculous than the four attempts to install it are the number of unreturned phone calls. If you want responsiveness, you're better off going elsewhere.
