We have been making small improvements to our home and first had Doug do some repair work and install a tankless gas water heater for us. I had done some research but went with Doug's recommendation, great choice, perfect unit for us and Doug is the kind of great professional that you recommend to your Mom and be confident that he will do a great job.
We have had him install water filters for the house and one for the kitchen drinking water (he recommended that one too).

I have worked in the construction industry in past years and know the value of a good contractor, if I could give him extra stars I would, he certainly does deserve them. As with any good contractor, things sometimes get busy but I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame.

My plumbing projects are all done for now, too bad he doesn't do plaster repair.

We have had faucetman install a dishwasher, microwave, waterheater, several faucets and clean out our drains. We found a leak on Sunday before Memorial Day and they were right out to fix it. They are dependable, knowledgeable and do very good work. We recommend them for all your plumbing needs

It is the middle of a pandemic. My hot water heater went out and I didn't know what to do! Doug came the same day and took a look at it and helped me find the tankless heater I wanted. He then squeezed me in and installed it perfectly. They were very professional and sensitive to the fact that we were concerned with Covid transmission. They took the old one away for me and the trash from the new one. I am very happy with my new tankless water heater. I would highly recommend this team for any plumbing needs and I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing I need.

Great service from the folks at Faucetman Plumbing!! Just had them out to replace a failing tankless water heater and the service was great. They gave good recommendations for replacement units within several budget categories depending on what we wanted. Install was good, and they cleaned up the work area very afterwards. We have also used them in the past for a water softener install. They are on our ""A"" list for plumbers and are the first folks we call!

Our daughters water heater went out and Doug and Issy came out that day to install a new one quickly. They also installed a new kitchen faucet the next day in our home. I highly recommend them. We've used plumbers before but wish we would have found them sooner. We would have definitely used them for our two bath remodels and kitchen remodel. They really know what they are doing. Doug is an awesome person. I had a kitchen sink installed last August and he did a fantastic job. His work is very clean and tidy and really went above and beyond. He also did a few handy man work for me and his work quality is top notch. He is very professional and is really a friendly guy. He also gets back to you quickly if you have any questions and takes his time to answer them. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking for great plumbing work.

Wow! Called this company to just find out the service fee. Spoke to Yesenia and she was so rude. She just threw a number at me and then before I responded said and we do not have any technicians available anyways! Save your time call someone else. Any company who's customer service is this bad you do not want servicing your house.

I had the faucetman install 2 new bathroom faucets with drainage assemblies in the master bathroom and repair a leaky faucet in the bathtub. I was very happy with their work and recommend them for future work. They cleaned up after the job was completed which was an extra added bonus.
