So grateful for your EXCELLENT Installer!!! We thought we would have to reschedule, as we have a problem with our main water valve to our house. He was determined to shut our water off so that he could complete the install. I've never seen someone work with such tenacity. My Husband and I were beyond relieved as we desperately needed this new dishwasher after our 28 yr old dishwasher started leaking all over the floor. Jonathan is a true asset to Faucetman or any organization he represents. Never enough ""Thank You's"" for sending us someone who did an outstanding job !!!!!

After major interior renovations and re-painting, we purchased all new kitchen appliances through Lowe's and the microwave needed to be installed by a plumber according to Lowe's policy. The microwave was shipped directly to Faucetman Plumbing and they were contracted by Lowe's to complete the installation.
Faucetman damaged our newly painted walls moving the microwave into our kitchen. They also left a mess on our hardwood floors consisting of cardboard debris, packaging staples, etc.
I called their management and made them aware of the issues and requested repairs. The management stated they would get back but they've ghosted me completely. I've left voice and text messages hoping to resolve the issue, but they have failed to respond.
I cannot recommend their services based on their lack of integrity.

Faucetman installed an over-the-range microwave for my 96-year-old mother and the entire experience was positive. First, when scheduling, they said their next available appointment would be a week later. When I gasped and said I was only in town for a few days, the scheduler put me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back on, she said they could squeeze it in that afternoon! I was so grateful. About 45 minutes later they texted and said they'd be there right away. Rick and Jarod were so efficient, kind and professional; I truly appreciated their efforts.

Our old water heater died on us, RIP old friend. We went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement, and were put in contact with Faucetman for the install. Tanya at Faucetman went out of her way to work around our very difficult schedule and was able to schedule the installation for the next day - she was an absolute lifesaver! This was my first indication that Faucetman Plumbing was going to be a great company to work with.

The next day Justin and Noe from Faucetman arrived with our new water heater, well within their confirmed arrival window. They were both very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job with the installation - everything went smoothly. It's so nice to have hot water again.

Faucetman Plumbing exceeded all of our expectations, from the scheduling to the installation itself. I will be using Faucetman for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommended!

Dishwasher purchased at Costco included delivery, installation and hauling away the old. Costco assigned the job to Faucetman Plumbing. This company did a great job and made sure the unit works. I will definitely call Faucetman for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

After 14 years our microwave gave out and we purchased a new one, happily the same model. Faucetman employees, installers for Lowe's, did the job quickly and safely. They were neat, clean and friendly as well!

Several months ago we purchased a new water heater through Lowes; they subcontract with Faucetman for the installation. The installation, at that time, was done very professionally and in a most timely manner. About a week ago, the water heater stopped working so I called Faucetman. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, and handled the communication with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (AO Smith out of Tennessee) was not nearly as customer oriented as Faucetman. AO Smith seemingly did everything they could to reject the idea that a part was defective despite the plumbers on-site assessment. After 24 hours of discussion followed by a four day (weekend included (delay by the manufacturer), the part was shipped. At that point, Faucetman again showed their customer service and professionalism. They came out the morning after the part arrived and replaced the defective part. I cannot more highly recommend the company.
