Great service from the folks at Faucetman Plumbing!! Just had them out to replace a failing tankless water heater and the service was great. They gave good recommendations for replacement units within several budget categories depending on what we wanted. Install was good, and they cleaned up the work area very afterwards. We have also used them in the past for a water softener install. They are on our ""A"" list for plumbers and are the first folks we call!

Our daughters water heater went out and Doug and Issy came out that day to install a new one quickly. They also installed a new kitchen faucet the next day in our home. I highly recommend them. We've used plumbers before but wish we would have found them sooner. We would have definitely used them for our two bath remodels and kitchen remodel. They really know what they are doing. They are 5 star in customer service, knowledge, satisfaction, price and as an added bonus they are extremely nice. Will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward. Thank you guys!!!

Doug is an awesome person. I had a kitchen sink installed last August and he did a fantastic job. His work is very clean and tidy and really went above and beyond. He also did a few handy man work for me and his work quality is top notch. He is very professional and is really a friendly guy. He also gets back to you quickly if you have any questions and takes his time to answer them. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking for great plumbing work.

Wow! Called this company to just find out the service fee. Spoke to Yesenia and she was so rude. She just threw a number at me and then before I responded said and we do not have any technicians available anyways! Save your time call someone else. Any company who's customer service is this bad you do not want servicing your house.

I had the faucetman install 2 new bathroom faucets with drainage assemblies in the master bathroom and repair a leaky faucet in the bathtub. I was very happy with their work and recommend them for future work. They cleaned up after the job was completed which was an extra added bonus.

Wow! Where do I begin. I had an appointment between the hours of 1p-5p. The plumber showed up around 3 but I missed him. When I called back regarding rescheduling I was told by a woman by the name of Rachel that she would call me back to reschedule. I waited an hour and a half and never received a call back regarding this. When I called back after waiting I was forwarded to their voicemail twice. Left a message but never received a call back.

The Faucetman man (Doug) installed a water softening system I purchased at Lowe's on my home today. The installation price was competitive to market pricing. The technician could not have more knowledgeable on water softening systems. Very professional and accommodating. I recommend this company.
