I have used this company five times in the past year and a half. They are always prompt and professional and reasonably priced. Thank you to Matt who is always so patient and polite when answering my questions. Joey, Jay, and Mike are the others who have worked on plumbing repairs in my home - leaky toilet, leaky pipe under bathroom sink, kitchen faucet replacement, outdoor faucet valve replacement, and just yesterday water dripping from the bottom of the outside wall of my house. I anticipated major repairs for a burst pipe or something but the water was actually coming from the broken ice maker water tube at the bottom of my fridge. The water was draining from the fridge to the outside wall. Matt was able to figure out the problem right away and capped the copper pipe that is attached to the ice maker. No more leak and a dry wall outside has made me a very happy camper! I have recommended this business to my friends and family.

Another call from Fast Rooter on July 18, 2016- only company within 3 that could respond within the same day of calling. Matt did a great job - gave oral estimate before starting which was reasonable and completed clearing unknown plug in main down 30 feet, pulling toilet and re-installing - all lines cleared within 3 hours.

Great response, great service. We got a disposal from Amazon and had put off having it put in. I had some time off this week and called Fast Rooter based on Yelp reviews. Junior answered and had his son Jay come out that afternoon. He installed the disposal, gave his opinion on some shower stems. and fixed and a small issue with a toilet. All in all competent, fast, service with a 30 day warranty.

This company is the best and fastest service!! In the middle of preparing dinner today (Sat.), I tried to grind up a bunch of lettuce which clogged my garbage disposal. Junior arranged to have the plumbers come after they finished their prior job and in less than 1 and 1/2 hours from initial clog to unclogging, they were in and out and we are very satisfied with the service. This is the best service ever and really reasonable charge. Mahalo:)

I have to say I am now a big fan of Fast Rooter. I called on a late Saturday afternoon for multiple backed up sinks and it looked like it was going to be a big problem. I was hoping to get the situation resolved Monday morning. Instead a plumber called me within 15 minutes of my initial call and was at my house within a half an hour. Job was analyzed and action taken within 30 minutes. Matt did a great job. He was courteous, professional, clearly communicated the steps he would take and got to work in an efficient and timely manner. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. I will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.

At the end of 2015 when the Plumbers I contacted (including my regular Plumber) were booked totally solid through the New Year, Junior and Jay of Fast Rooter Plumbing astonished me by being able to come out the very same afternoon I called them to help replace a broken kitchen faucet, which was terribly inconvenient -- especially with our New Year's Eve party coming up the next evening!!! I had to leave voicemails for other Plumbers and they disappointingly called me back after a day or few.

Junior picked up the phone right away and set up an appointment with me later the same afternoon. As promised, Jay showed up and did absolutely stellar work in a quick amount of time . . . my wife and I just couldn't be any happier at all. This was the first time we tried Fast Rooter Plumbing and definitely won't be the last!
