These guys are awesome! We called the previous day to schedule Allen's Plumbing and they said they'd have a plumber out around 11 the next day. My fiancé was home all day and it was already 1 and no one called or came. I told him to call and cancel with them and call Fast Rooter because of the 5 star reviews I read. My fiancé told me that Jay came within an hour and got the job done within an hour.

I needed a pumber to unclog a bathroom drain. After I pushed a snake down twice, still clooged. I went down the list of plumbers. Jr. answered and gave me the time frame and a quote. Matt called me before coming to let me know when he would arrive. Then showed up at the time he said he would. I told him what I had already done with no success. Matt proceeded to run the snake through. Sink was draining in 20 minutes! Matt was also careful about not making a mess and wiping up the water when he left. Matt then gave me the invoice for the lower price quoted! I will definated use Fast Rooter again! Timely, great price and fast.

We don't usually use our hot water, so I thought maybe I missed a window when I turned it on. As it turned out, the heater just wasn't doing its job. A friend recommended Fast Rooter Plumbing. I called with the idea of making an appointment later in the week, but these guys were ready to come out to Makakilo at 6:45 pm. I thanked them, but declined and made the appointment for this morning. A young man named Matt called before he came, was on time, polite, professional, and in and out w/in the hour. We now have hot water whenever we want it and the price tag? $99.00 an hour (labor) plus parts and tax brought us in well under $200.00. Great work! Great attitude! Great price! I highly recommend this company!!

If you're looking for a honest price and quality job, call Fast Rooter Plumbing!! Jr took the call, he was straight forward and no nonsense. Explained the process and sent Joey to the job! Joey, awesome, knowledge, and customer focused! Identified issue, diagnosed the source, and applied the right fix! Got stuff out from pipe that surprised me! Under-pant and wipes!! Joey was Straight forward and no BS. He was very personable and friendly! Did an outstanding job! Fast rooter will be my go to rooter shop!

I used Fast Rooter 3 times already. I am hesitant to post since they may get too busy when I need them, but they do a good job at a fair price. Matt, Jay, Joey, and Jr do good work. I hope I don't have plumbing problems, but I if do, I will call Fast Rooter again.

I had Jay come out to fix a leaking shut off valve under a bathroom sink. He came out asap from Kapahulu and was here in 10 minutes. After shutting off the main water valve on the sidewalk he emptied the remaining water in the pipes and changed out two valves and replaced 2 supply lines in less than an hour. Total PRO! Damage came out to $171 including the tax. That's parts, labor and coming out to fix it right NOW! AAA++++++++!!!

I Called this ""awesome"" company at 2:30pm and by 3:10 Joey was at my sons apartment. So that's 3 star off the get go. Dealing with a clogged sink is hectic so don't try unclogging it. Leave it for these professionals. The charges are reasonable too, so reasonable i gave him a tip and some goodies. ADD ANOTHER star (for $ reasonable) Call them and if you lucky to get Joey you're set. Thank you Joey you are awesome. I use the word ""awesome"" because thats exactly how my sons drain is and how i feel!! ADD 1 more star... for JOEY!! 5 star plus rating!!

Matt did an excellent job replacing our shower valve. Spoke with Jay on the phone and within an a couple hours Matt was at our house fixing the shower, tub spout and outside water spout. Price was very reasonable and very honest with their prices. I would highly recommend this company! Mahalo!
