My bathroom had water on the floor and I needed help ASAP. I used Yelp to contact 3 plumbers with the fastest listed response times. The first one replied in a matter of minutes but said they needed authorization from my landlord to even come out to assess the job. They weren't even talking about actual repair work, mind you, they wanted authorization from my landlord to step on to the property to take a look. My landlord wasn't immediately available so that took them out of the running. The second and third companies took over 7 hours to reply, one of the companies only replied when I sent them another message. The last one told me that they couldn't get to me until next week but they would refer me to another company. Strikes 2 and 3. My father-in-law recommended Fast Rooter, raving about the service he recently received from them. I called and they had a plumber at my house in 3 hours. They quickly assessed the problems and fixed them all for a very reasonable price. I have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others!

Joey our plumber was very knowledgeable and gave us a few pointers on clogged drains with our shower. Very affordable and fair price. They have excellent customer service. I called them this morning and they were at my house within two hours. They were able to fix my kitchen sink clog at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Called and immediately spoke with someone. They were on-site within a couple of hours even though the call was later in the day and they had many jobs already lined up. They were fast, professional, and affordable. I would definitely use them again should i have plumbing problems.

Mike came right on time and fixed all the drips! It's great not to have to put a bowl underneath the pipes as the drips were starting to get bigger! After a nightmare with water damage from condo above me, I was getting very depressed with having even more water problems. But Mike did a great job! I can finally relax! Thanks!

Called for a quote and got a sassy, immature, and lazy response when I warned him about the low crawl space. He abruptly hung up on me. If they don't like the nature of their job ... perhaps he should've done better in school, then he wouldnt have a ""shitty"" plumber career! Pun intended!

I had initially called another plumbing company to help me with my plumbing problem, but they weren't able to help me...so they recommended I called Fast Rooter because Fast Rooter was one of the few companies that they knew did great work. I'm so glad they recommended me to Fast Rooter! Junior answered the phone when I called, I told him the threading on my old galvanized steel pipes were broken, so it wouldn't hold the new stop valve we put in (water leaked!). I texted him pictures of the pipe and valves so he could see exactly what was going on. He said he was busy at the moment and couldn't help me, but he gave me some tips on things to do that might help...and man, it did the trick!! Junior was so awesome! He answered the phone, was patient with me the entire time, and was sooo helpful!! Next time I need a plumbing job done, I know I'll be calling Junior! Thanks Junior!

I was told to contact this company to service a leak in our toilet at the condo where we are renting. It took a couple calls to connect. We agreed on a time range of 11am-1pm two days later. I had to take time out of work and make it up later for this. They never showed, never called. Ever. I had to work late that night to make up for the missed time. I called later and left an unfriendly message. Of course, they never called me back. Haven't heard from them at all. If their customer service is this bad and inconsiderate, I could not trust their work.
