We had out water heater leak and have functional issues. We called Fast Rooter who discussed the issue with me, costs and what to expect. Also, my water heater was still under warranty. Fast Rooter assigned Maxx, who was great. He arrived and drained the heater, disconnected it and took it to the warranty company to exchange it for me after I set up the pickup. Max returned to my place and was very timely. He installed the new water heater and pan and discussed best practices for making it last. Overall, great experience and I will definitely use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thanks, Maxx!

The pipe that connects my kitchen sink to the wall started to leak and I thought this would be a huge job that would require parts of the wall be taken apart. When I called Jay at the office, he said one of his guys could make it within a few hours. Mike the plumber contacted me to confirm his arrival and he was right on time. Mike assessed the situation, acted with certainty as he crawled under the sink space, and repaired the cracked pipe. He was very good-natured and spoke highly of his company; you could tell that he enjoys his job. A half-hour later, he was done! Mahalo to Mike for the quick and thorough job!

We just moved into the apartment about 2 weeks ago and we had problems with the kitchen sink disposal and the toilets. Matt came to help us and he was super nice and polite. There were some communication issues between the apartment admin, the property manager, and the owner of the apartment. So Matt had to wait on-site to wait for the owner's approval to do the repair. He was super patient and explained what caused the problems, what he was trying to do to solve the problem, as well as what was going to happen in the future. Definitely a recommend.
