It's ok. A couple of years back they would answer their phone and return messages when Junior was there. But there has been a management change or fallout. Now I can't get them to answer the phone or return my messages. They also raised their labor rate from $100/hour to $150. Inflation I guess. They are good if you can get them on phone and get them to do your job. The owner is usually non committal as to when they can get to your job. I guess they are too busy now with all the great reviews they got.

After reading the positive reviews on Yelp and also my sister's high recommendation, I thought I would give Fast Rooter a try. I spoke with Junior at 7:40 a.m. Monday and scheduled a plumber for 9:00 a.m. the same morning. When asked, Junior was upfront that they charge an hourly rate of $95/hr. Mike arrived at 8:50 a.m.! He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! Our problem was fixed in less time than a half hour. I will definitely keep this company's phone number in my personal directory for future reference. I am very happy with their service.

Fast, reliable, professional and reasonably priced--I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their speedy and quality work! I called Fast Rooter Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet wax seal and within two minutes of my initial phone call the plumber contacted me directly and arrived an hour later with a partner to complete the job. $95/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour plus cost of parts is what I was quoted and I appreciated that the plumbers didn't dilly dally to complete the job as other plumbers in the past have done with me to maximize their per hour rate. I'll definitely be calling them in the future if I'm ever in need of a plumber and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

We just moved into the apartment about 2 weeks ago and we had problems with the kitchen sink disposal and the toilets. Matt came to help us and he was super nice and polite. There were some communication issues between the apartment admin, the property manager, and the owner of the apartment. So Matt had to wait on-site to wait for the owner's approval to do the repair. He was super patient and explained what caused the problems, what he was trying to do to solve the problem, as well as what was going to happen in the future. Definitely a recommend.

Mike was very prompt and arrived on schedule. Had issues with leaking/broken shutoff valves. He replaced all valves and hoses, fixed the faucet, and shower. He also explained proper maintenance for these valves. Definitely good people and very professional about their work. Thank you.

Got an invoice today to find out they charge $300 per hour for labor, no materials were required for the repair they provided, only tools. I live in Honolulu town so it's not like it took the one person an hour to get to the North Shore or out to Waianae. Over the phone, we scheduled a time later in the week where the plumber could come by between jobs, so there is no same-day rush or inconvenience factor built into the price. I will 100% be getting quotes from other companies to find a fair rate in the future.

Joey our plumber was very knowledgeable and gave us a few pointers on clogged drains with our shower. Very affordable and fair price. Needed a few mixing valves and some other minor plumbing issues fixed in my condo. Glad I found some plumbers that I can now trust. Fair prices and great friendly and honest service. It's not a big company, but was able to schedule repairs within a day without any additional fees.

Although it seems that my review doesn't matter (Due to their current 5 star standing) I would like to pile on the compliments. I worked with Junior over the phone to schedule a plumber for a water shutdown with a very uncertain water startup time. Junior informed me that due to they charge an hourly rate of $95/hr and that they would be required to wait until the water was started up to ensure there was no leaking from their repairs to my unit. Junior worked with me to ensure that his plumbers time was optimized, and he gave me a very accurate expectation for how long the work would require. All of this planning, along with seamless execution by the plumber (I believe his name was Matt) resulted in what I would consider a very reasonable price for 2 hours of work, and a significant number of items being addressed. For my fellow yelpers: I have 5 Angle Valves Replaced, a P-Trap Installed, and my Shower Drain repaired / snaked, along with a valve behind my shower repaired, all for just under $600. I was honestly expecting to pay $800+ for these repairs, so needless to say I was happy with the end result. Most importantly work quality - So far everything appears to be working great, and during the entire time in my studio, Matt was working diligently. I will be calling fast rooter again for my plumbing needs! Cheers
