The crew at Fast Response are efficient and honest. I had a water heater problem, replacing a part that I did not have to skill to do so myself. I called them up, expecting to get an appointment in the next coupe of days, instead they came in next few hours. They looked at my situation, and gave me an honest estimate and fixed the problem within an hour. They even gave me advice on certain features on my water heater to look for, because they understand how expensive plumbing is. Will be calling back next time I have a problem.

He quickly replaced two faucets, unclogged the bathtub, and gave advice on the repair and replacement of the toilet. I was very happy that one appointment solved all my plumbing issues. What a pleasure to find Ed, and the guys at Fast Response. My regular plumber was not available, and I needed a fast response to clear a sewer line blockage. Ed has been in this rodeo a bunch of times, and got right to work to clear the pipe. His analysis of the situation helped to plan a long term strategy to prevent future occurrences, while also being most reasonable about the cost of the work. We took a look via a camera at the inside of the line to clearly see the problem. Now we will finally fix it once and for all. I'm quite satisfied with the quality of Fast Response services. I highly recommend them.

Wow, these guys are awesome! Called them this morning, they made it out here a few hours later (within the specified window - no waiting around all day), and fixed my shower knob within a few minutes. They told me they could replace it with a new one but it wouldn't be worth my $$$, and instead showed me which replacement I could buy (even texting the link to me) and how I could quickly install it myself next time.

All this for no charge because they do free estimates! So nice. Would recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you!!

I had these folks out twice in the last month to snake two different drains; one in the shower and one in a utility sink and they did a fabulous job. Arrived on time, rates were reasonable and really knew their stuff when it comes to plumbing. Only wished I had used when my water heater blew out recently. Highly recommended!

OK, first of all. I had a plumbing issue and needed someone same-day. I was already in hot water (no pun intended) because I couldn't come to work until this was resolved. Jen returned my call in MINUTES. The plumber arrived within the time window she gave me. On top of that... I must've got THE most considerate, fast, AND professional plumber they have (""Ed R."").

What am I saying? If you have a plumbing problem, CALL THESE PEOPLE! They are fast, timely, and reasonable. And if you get Ed R., it's your LUCKY day. Seriously. Thank you, Jen and Ed R. You guys absolutely made my day.
