We called Fast Response when the storm hit and flooded our downstairs. They responded immediately. They actually cut our gutter pipe to relieve the water that was flooding our house. They snaked and used a camera on line. They recommended a flush of the system or replace some pipes. When we called to get an estimate on the replacement of pipes we got no call back. So I would say they need to Improve their customer service skills and call people back. I must correct myself. They did call four days later.

Mario came out today and cleared a really bad clogged sewer main. Was on time, professional, and was very careful in the house as to not bang into any walls with the large ""snake"" needed to clear the sewer main. Thanks again Fast response!

This is probably the most important Yelp Review I will ever make...

We had to call for an emergency clog problem. At 5:30am my mom got in the shower and noticed that the water wasn't draining. She looked at our toilet and it was overflowing. We tried to plunge it ourselves but poopy and toilet paper water came back up into the tub. We were told our sink, toilet, and tub share one drain...if one is clogged, the other will be effected. Dennis (the owner) answered my call and came to our house within 30-45 minutes. He told us that the toilet will need to be pulled and he will snake out the clog. By the end of the day, the toilet, tub, and sink were flowing fine.

The following night, at around 11:00pm, I was about to take a shower and I noticed the shower wasn't draining properly. Again, the toilet overflowed and the water was backing up into the tub. Same problem. I called Fast Response Plumbing and Rooter again and Dennis and his partner Mario came within 30-45 minutes. They snaked down a camera and found that an object was stuck in our pipes, causing it to clog and drain water slowly. It could have been there for more than 10 years! They analyzed the problem and took care of it that night. To fix the problem, they had to find the pipe somewhere in the house, saw a hole open, cut the pipe, and take the object out. All done in about 3 hours. And pricing was not bad at all, considering the time, care, labor, and knowledge they had. $600 for the amazing job they did. I thought it was going to be $800+

Dennis and Mario were both very polite, friendly, caring and sympathetic. Dennis runs a busy, important, and dirty job that demands his attention at a moments notice. We are very appreciative for all their hard work and time they put into taking care of my family. Thank you so much!

We were in desperate need of an expert plumbing contractor and we found Fast Response on Yelp. They deserve each of the five star reviews here, as I find it extremely rare to find a service professional as kind, honest, and accommodating as Dennis. He was both a joy to work with and impressive in his care and expertise.

Dennis shifted his schedule to meet our very urgent timeline to complete a job that included scoping, excavation, flushing pipes with high pressure water jets, repairing a downspout, and replacing pipes. I couldn't believe how quick yet high-quality his work was, for a fair price! Plus for someone who is out and about at all hours, probably not getting enough sleep, he has a great attitude and genuinely cares about resolving your plumbing issues. I would call them again without hesitation.

Dont 'get these guys mixed up with Fast Response PLUMBERS! Fast Response Plumbing and Rooter is an awesome business. Dennis has serviced our darn drains multiple times AND responded quickly to a busted water heater. Fast [really] and professional and thorough. Plus, one other thing: he has never been snarky or uppity about our dumb-ass attempts at DIY plumbing. Always quite supportive and instructive..he doesn't want to come back and do it again! I like how he shows you a few tricks to save money and time. Cleans up and doesn't mind my nosy husband lurking around watching him work. Highly recommended!

My basement was flooding when it rained, and from what I could tell, the drainage system from the gutters to the sewer was clogged, so I called Fast Response. They were true to the name in the return call and getting to my house. Even better, Ben was nice AND smart, and figured out my drainage pipes to the sewer were okay, but my gutter's down spout was completely clogged. He then rootered the downspout, cleared it out in a jiffy, and all is working well again. Incredibly nice, efficient, and effective service that exceeded my expectations. Best $100 I've spent in a long time. Thank you, Ben!

I phoned Fast Response Plumbing this morning at 7:45am. A plumber (Ben) arrived at 8am, and had snaked through the pipe, unclogged the drain, given me the bill, and headed on to fix another disaster by 8:09am. 20 minutes from call to fixed! In a city of 825,863 residents spread across 46.9 square miles. Sweet. The cost was $135 and took less than 10 minutes. Thanks Ben!
