I was hesitant to write a bad review but I had the worst experience I could have with a plumber. My mom's shower had warm water so the goal was to get a quote on how much it would cost to make it hot. I was advised this would be easy. Joe, the owner literally comes to my mom's apartment and broke off my mom's handle: then he tells me that someone must have meddled with it before -- even though it wasn't broken before ?! No one else has touched it! He says it will cost $240 to replace the parts and do the work ... 3 nights later on Monday. So my mom is without a shower for 3 nights... ok, still not the bad part... then he sends someone else over Monday (Billie I think) who not only does not do the work to replace the broken part, he says it will cost $1200-$1500 and the wall now needs to be torn down!! No, I am not making this stuff up. I say, look, we just want the shower to be put back to the condition it was in- I'll even pay the $240 -- and he tells me he's not interested in doing the work. Now it's been 4 days without my mom having a working shower & I have to call a whole other company to fix what Fast response plumbing broke. Horrible experience.

The company name says it all. I called Billy and he immediately came out to assess the issue that we were having with our main sewer line. Two days later they started work and had the new line installed. Billy and his team were extremely friendly and kept me posted throughout the project. Highly recommend these guys!

Upstanding company! I called because I was having an issue with a sink, where the water pressure seemed to turned off when I turned the handle to one side. I've had bad experiences with other plumbers previously charging ridiculous rates for small issues, so I took them up on their offer to schedule a free inspection were they could provide me with a quote before proceeding with any repairs. I was able to schedule a technician visit the next day, it ended up being a small knob that was loose, and there was no need to replace anything. The technician David tightened it in no time and did not charge for stopping by. Great company, will definitely use them again.

They immediately diagnosed the issue, helped me understand how my drains were setup, and hydrojetted my drains effectively. We haven't had any issues through these historic storms in california because of their helpful and fast service.
