I needed to get my tub train snaked and was previously quoted $250 by a family owned plumbing company. Found Fast Response on yelp, called, and within the hour they were at our door! Ben was such a nice helpful guy. He told me it would be $135 and took only about 10 minutes and it was good to go! thats how it should be, in and out!

Dennis was on-time, professional, friendly and got the job done! When our eight year old water heater went on the blink, we thought it would have to be replaced, since parts can cost nearly what a new tank costs. Not the case when Dennis from Fast Response took a look at it. He had it up and running within an hour and for under $200. In a year or two when we do replace the heater, this is the guy we will call. Highly recommend.

Mario and David did a great job with my in-laws bathroom sink repair. My in-laws house has some really old plumbing and required some expert knowledge to fix the leak and replace the fixtures. Mario and David did a professional job and were very quick. I also liked their promptness in scheduling the appointment. I would highly recommend them for ""tricky"" jobs.

Gotta give credit when credit is due. These guys are pretty good and honest to be frank. Had another plumbing problem with our lone toilet yesterday. Called, and Dennis came within an hour of the call. He quickly fixed the problem and charged a modest fee. Again, service and honesty at its best!

The soft, cooked salmon went down the garbage disposal easily enough. But who knew that it would lump into a logjam, causing salmon bilgewater to somehow burble up from our tub? Plunging only created a salmon-water fountain. A plumber? Yes, please...and now! The hour was 8:20 p.m. The kind fellow who took my name and address said that Ben would come to the rescue between 9 and 10 and he did...and closer to 9, at that. Ben strolled in, examined the crime scene, and confidently/competently handled the whole messy business in a matter of moments...even tolerating our cat joining him in the bathroom to add insult to already-injurious aromas. Ben, the magician, also discovered the reason for our disposal's annoying noise (which has been ongoing for over a year). The price was very reasonable---more like what would be charged during the day, not at night, or so I think. And to think my husband had originally said, ""Let's wait till morning and we'll get a better rate."" Nope, I said, I refuse to awaken to the scent of salmon chowder in a room where it should not be. And thanks to Ben, I will not have to. And you never will either. Call these people when the pipes go awry.

They came out on shot notice to install a shutter valve for our new refrigerator. Home Depot had delivered the refrigerator and said they needed the valve.

Fast response found two valves already installed and did not even charge us for the trip.

Call these guys. Unclogged our toilet in 10 minutes, at half the price the other plumber we were considering calling charged. Dennis will be my first choice for all future plumbing problems. Professional, curteous and prompt.
