I scheduled an appointment for today and got off from work early for that. When they didn't turn up I called them they said someone called to cancel it. Totally unprofessional. Stay away from them!

Update based on the comment: That is a lie. Me or my wife did not call you. No one outside of your office had that information.
If you had to cancel it, you could have just called me to let me know. I wouldn't have had to take off from work.

Fast Plumbing is really "Fast"! Elliott came out, replaced my 14 year old water heater with a bigger more efficient one with an automatic flood stop. He was knowledgeable, explained all the work performed in detail and was in and out in no-time.

Cary was awesome, she was so helpful and the total for all work parts/labor was $300 cheaper than leading competitors.

Don't waste your time with all others and call them first.

Fast Plumbing was recommended by Brave Remodeling, who did some excellent work on my house a few years ago....so I figured they would be good. Cari was very friendly and helpful on the phone trying to figure out what I needed to do to fix my toilet plumbing problems and gave me estimates over the phone that were accurate. However, I actually paid LESS after the service because I recieved a $25.00 internet discount!

Eric called 20 minuted before he arrived (within the 2 hour arrival timeline given) and showed up on time. He was peasant, knowledgeable and did the job! Eric also gave me a few recommendations to prevent or avoid any future water emergencies.

I highly recommend Fast Plumbing and appreciate the excellent care given by Cari and Eric.

Fast Plumbing saved the day! We woke up with no hot water and couldn't get the pilot light lit on our water heater. Mycol showed up within an hour of my first call and spend time cleaning out the filter, testing the system and getting the heater fixed. He even showed me how the heater and sensor works! This was such a relief to get such great service done so quickly!
