Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not being an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice "follow-ups" and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.

I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!

The customer service is great.
Sparky and Ben showed up with mask on even though they were working outdoors. Contacted customer service for the electric water heater..and discovered that the filters were clogged.once the filters were clean every thing worked great..
Thank you for taking the time to be thorough..this would have been a costly repair...

True to their name, Fast Plumbing sent two technicians the day after I called (compared to other outfits that were scheduling 2, 3 & 4 weeks out)). They found the problem & fixed it within minutes. Fast, reliable, affordable. Highly recommended.

We've had a ton of issues with our instant hot water system, and had several local companies like Radiant come out to fix it. Every time we're out a few grand and 12-24 months later, another leak.

Eric and Jose from Fast Plumbing went above and beyond to fix things on a couple of separate visits, were super friendly and trustworthy, charged us reasonably--we'd definitely have them on speed dial for the next time!

Fast Plumbing was "Fast", professional, clean, could not have asked for a better fix for our plumbing needs. Eric and Sparky were the best! We had another company out the day prior who barely looked at our pump before telling us it required some crazy massive expensive fix. Eric and Sparkly were quick to be hands on, walked us through the potential issues and solutions and fixed everything in an hour with such a positive and knowledgeable attitude. We will only be using Fast Plumbing for maintenance and any other needs from now on.

I've used fast plumbing in the past without issue, so that's why I'll give them two stars instead of one, but I was so disappointed with this last experience that I feel like I should leave a review (even though it's not something I really ever do).
I had an issue with low pressure in my bathroom sink. I had two young guys come out and gave us a very confusing picture about what was going on. They told us we had old galvanized pipes that were the problem (not calcium deposits) and needed to be replaced. One of the young men reassured us that he would let Melissa in the office know everything that he saw and that needed to be fixed, and they left us on a Friday afternoon with no water at all coming from that sink- still don't really understand what they did to worsen the problem.
No one called me back. I called Melissa who started talking to me about repiping the ENTIRE HOUSE at which point I said I was very confused and needed another opinion. She said she would talk to the young guys the next day and call me back, she never called me- I gave her two days.

**I called another plumber who came the next day, flushed out some calcium from the hot water line, changed the aerator and charged me only $100. It's completely fixed. **

I feel that this was a boldly disrespectful and dishonest interaction with this company and I can guarantee I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I had a second floor toilet that was leaking through to the first floor ceiling. I called Fast Plumbing for help. I was told they had a service person in my area. Eric arrived in about 30 minutes. I explained my problem to him and he immediately went to work. In about an additional 30 minutes he had my leaky toilet problem resolved. Thanks Eric and Fast Plumbing for a super job that exceeded my expectations.

This was an emergency project and Fast Plumbing came through marvelously and at fair price! Eric and Sparky were professional, expeditious, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to replace a sewer pipe and main within hours. In addition, Melissa provided any necessary updates on all of the other aspects to this type of repair. I would recommend Fast Plumbing for any major plumbing project and I would presume small projects/repairs would also come out perfect as well!

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

Caused us further problems instead of resolving the issue. Then, terrible customer service. They did not deliver on the work they clearly stated on the invoice. Run away, try another plumber.
