I needed to have a section of my sewer pipe replaced. I contacted several companies and got quotes from 4. 3 companies quoted the same price, so I based my decision on the way the person who came out to the house explained how they would do the work. I chose Fast Plumbing and all their employees are good. The woman who answers the phone is excellent, and the two guys who did the repair, Eric and Elijah did a good job. It was more complex than usual because the pipe sloped downward in the area that had to be replaced, so it was awkward. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and answered my questions. I have no complaints about any aspect of the company that I dealt with, and their employees are above average, are thorough and friendly.

We needed a connection to the main line for an irrigation system. Fast Plumbing was very responsive and the plumbers were friendly and got right to work. It turned out the pipe I had exposed for a connection was a dead line, probably from years ago. They immediately helped locate the current main water line to the house, which I was able to expose within 15 minutes and they installed the valve. It all took about 2 hours. we were very appreciative of their patience and professional work. I give them 4 stars - the plumbers are great, but very high priced for the time and materials involved.

I've used these folks for years and couldn't be more pleased. Lee runs a tight ship, and all the people I've dealt with have been top notch. Today Eli and Steven came to fix a jetted tub with a wonky drain. They had the problem identified in no more than 5 minutes and fixed it quickly. Very nice lads, and knew their stuff.

Can't say enough good things about this company and the people!

We paid this company $3,100 just for a diagnosis. After talking to friends and neighbors, we've never heard of such a high price for what amounts to an estimate. I'm making sure no one ever pays this company again. Once they walk in the door and start doing tests, it's hundreds of dlollars. Then they tell you they need to do more test, and it's hundreds more.

I still can't believe they charged us $3,100 for an estimate (not one bit of repair actually done, not a single dollar of that estimate goes toward future repair).

We even called to tell them how upset we were and how we couldn't even afford a second quote after what they charged us. The owner said he'd get back to us in a couple of days about a lower quote. He said he'd work with us. It's been a month and not a peep.

Go elsewhere! They will tell you how they're one of only a few companies that do a certain kind of diagnosis. They're full of crap.

Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called.

Be careful with these guys... Fast plumbing showed up to inspect a blockage in our main line. After 2+ hours running a snake and camera they left us with a $550 bill and still clogged line. The team was young and probably inexperienced and although they did work relatively hard, they couldn't get it done. I talked to the manager on the phone for a second but got a lot of short answers. We had a very sour taste in our mouth so we called a different plumber for a second opinion the next day. The other guys got it snaked and unclogged and provided significantly better service at almost half the price. I wouldn't recommend Fast Plumbing unless you know you're getting their top brass. Also, don't feel left like a sucker like we were and don't pay unless they can get it done. I texted the manager to let him know what happened but haven't heard back.

*UPDATE* Based on the response from the business, I have upped my rating to 4 stars from 2. As I said below, I've already had the work done by another company, but I appreciate the response. Since I wasn't actually present for the interaction between my wife and the employees, I am willing to give this business the benefit of the doubt, since there are no similar previous complaints regarding them... *UPDATE*

I've written over 150 Yelp reviews, and only 2 of them have been 1 star. This was almost #3. The only reason I am giving 2 stars was because the service was in fact fast, and the employees were at least polite...

Our water heater died after 12 years of faithful service. I reached out to these guys via Yelp because my regular plumber was out of town and unavailable. These guys showed up as scheduled the following day (10-16-19).

I was away from the house, so my wife had to deal with the plumbing team. They examined the water heater and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. This is where things went off the rails... My wife was told that it would cost 16,500 dollars to replace the water heater!

My wife asked if they meant 1650 dollars and was again told the price to replace the heater would be 16,500 dollars. She said that the guy told her this was because they would have to replace the corrugated pipes leading to the heater because these were not "up to code."

I could take my family of four to Disney World for an entire month for 16,500 dollars. I could buy a decent car for 16,500 dollars. I could partake in an entire weekend of Lamar Odom-esque debauchery at a brothel in Las Vegas for 16,500 dollars. A friend recently spent less than 16,500 dollars having his entire bathroom remodeled, including new tile and a fancy shower with jets in the ceiling and side walls.

Needless to say, we did not go through with the installation. We waited for our regular plumber to get back to town the following day, and got a nice new 50 gallon water heater installed for under 1400 dollars.

I was really surprised this happened, given all the great reviews this business has received. My wife said the kid that gave the quote did not seem like the brightest bulb in the box. She thinks he just may not have known what he was talking about or might have made a math error. I think that is being too charitable... I think it is more likely that the kid assumed my wife would just go along with whatever he said because she probably didn't know any better. Little did he know that my wife actually has an associate's degree in code-welding, and she said his explanation about the pipes and how they had to do all this extra work made no sense at all. I'd like to think all of this was a misunderstanding of some sort, but I don't see how it could be...

I called to get a sink drain unclogged. I specifically asked if they had a travel rate for coming to my house in Paige and they said no. So I set an appointment. Got a call a while later saying that they charge 125 dollars to come out along with the fee for the actual work. It's a 15 minute drive. I was specifically told that there wasn't a fee. Very disappointed in their customer service. Cancelled the appointment.
