I called to get a sink drain unclogged. I specifically asked if they had a travel rate for coming to my house in Paige and they said no. So I set an appointment. Got a call a while later saying that they charge 125 dollars to come out along with the fee for the actual work. It's a 15 minute drive. I was specifically told that there wasn't a fee. Very disappointed in their customer service. Cancelled the appointment.

It gives me no pleasure to have to write this but I really feel like I need to give folks a heads up. I want to believe that people are generally good and fair and honest. My experience today with Fast Plumbing tarnished that idealism.
I'll start with the good: like their name says, they are fast. And the work seems to be of decent quality.
Now on to the bad: this company was recommended by a trusted friend after a hose bib snapped this morning. My partner made the appointment and, as I mentioned, they did arrive quickly. So quickly in fact that I didn't have a chance to get home and check out the problem before they arrived. When my partner made the appointment, they mentioned a possibility that the pipe could have broken off behind the masonry.
When I got home, James, the technician, was already working. The bib wasn't broken behind the masonry. There was putty around pipe that needed to be cut out. He removed putty. That took 5-10 minutes. He had to clear the pipe by blowing into it to have a dry area to solder- another 5-10 minutes. Then he attached a new hose bib. Final 10 minutes. Then he chilled in his truck for a while.
Simple repair. No surprises.
That is until they showed the bill. $600.
Let me repeat: they tried to charge us SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for a simple hose bib repair.
Of course that is absurd.
This wasn't an emergency repair. We just called and made a regular appointment with a recommended business. What should have been a simple transaction, became something really frustrating. Had the pipe been broken inside the masonry, there is a chance that the repair could have been more expensive. But that wasn't the issue. That isn't what happened.and still they tried to charge us as though it was the worst case scenario.
I'm the end we paid $490-still highway robbery for the work that was done.
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth that any company would try to take advantage of a customer that way.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Fast Plumbing. I wish I had.

Highly recommend their service. Came out at about 5pm and stayed past 9pm to fix a water leak. Very friendly and respectful. Mycol and Elijah did a great job with our issue and had great customer service the entire time. Very honest and dependable. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I first called Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning and the guy told me it would be $502 to fix this tiny leak on the valve. I know the valve is just a $20 part. I told him no and then he said he would do it for $400. It was just a terrible sleazy company. I then called Fast Plumbing and Gary came out and fixed the issue and only charged me for a service call, since it was an easy fix. Gary is the man and great with customer service and very honest.

I usually hold my breath when trades enter the house. I never know how my adult son (autism) will react to them or how they will react to him.

Eric came to install a replacement kitchen faucet.

Eric is such a calm soul.

My son insisted on supervising the job, right there in the thick of it and Eric wasn't bother at all.

Got the replacement faucet installed and my son was calm the whole time.

Would definitely use again!

Eric and Eli were put on the case right when I called, and I spoke with Eric before he even came out. I really like the preparedness here. Then they were at my door in about the time it would take to drive to my house. To my great surprise, the work needed was less bad than thought (No part replacement!!) and they fixed the problem at way less cost than quoted! They COULD have ripped me off or even replaced the part perhaps unnecessarily, but they didn't. These are my new guys. They also gave me a solid quote for a wholesale replacement (which is probably needed ultimately) that is about half what i got from another company an hour earlier.
Don't call the "other company" - call Fast Plumbing first.

Fast Plumbing was fast. I called on a Friday morning about 11. They sent an angel, Mycol (Mike) who had my under sink leak repaired and a new non leaking faucet installed within a few hours. On a Friday! I was impressed with Mike's thoroughness. He even cleaned under my sink!! I had many questions and visited with him while he worked. He was professional and patient when I asked about other work I needed done in the future. I will definitely recommend Fast Plumbing for any plumbing repairs. Thank you Mycol!

This company saved us on a Saturday. All our plumbing was backed up and they came to our rescue. They arrived within 2 hours of calling for help and were very professional. They resolved problem and us back and running within an hour of arriving. Our family of 5 was so thankful for flushing toilets again so quickly. Thank you!!
