Eric, the plumber who came to my house, was a really nice guy and very competent.
They have sonar, so if you can't find your leak, they have that service (vs. a camera, which, in our experience, is really time consuming). After an initial misunderstanding with the owner, we were taken care of by Fast Plumbing. That says alot about a plumbing service! There are so many con's in this business that when you find one that will stand true to their word and treat the happiness of the customer as the primary goal, then you should trust them.

Sent them a message at 5:00 on Saturday evening . They came out and had a toilet pulled and resealed by 7:00. I'm impressed.

These guys are great. They showed up on time and did the work as promised. They did not try to up-sell us and did the work for a great price. They are our plumbers from now on. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing.

I submitted a request for a bid on a water heater repair over the weekend and Lee called me personally to discuss the issue. Eric came out first thing Monday and gave me a reasonable quote (I had already gotten one unreasonable one) and called in a crew to replace the water heater immediately. They will be my go to plumber from now on.

And it's fixed! Fast, it definitely was! 15-20 minutes of running an auger and it's back to working order, Not to mention the awesome guy that came out was super friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Hopefully won't have to be a repeat customer any time soon, but if there's another plumbing issue to be fixed, they will be my go to for sure! Thanks fast plumbing!

I called Fast Plumbing yesterday about 5:00pm and was able to get someone out today. The office called and let me know when the plumber was on the way. Lee and Sparky came out and were great. They were able to pinpoint my leak very quickly. The main water pipe to my house was buried in the slope of the yard and the leak was directly under a Yaupon tree. They had to dig down probably 4 feet in front of and behind the tree to get to it. They were very careful not to harm the roots of the tree and repair the leak. They kept me updated through the repair, set my expectations and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I think I have finally found a plumbing company! Although I have used a variety of companies in this area, I believe Fast Plumbing provided better service for less money.

I called this company on January 27th and the arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. 5 days later it started to clog again so I called the technician and he told me that since it was not clogged all the way warranty would not apply. I sent an e-mail to them and they replied promptly and told me the were going to send somebody to my house on Tuesday February 7th around 1 Pm to handle the issue. I took my lunch hour and went home and they didn't arrive so I call them and they said the were behind and they will make it home around 3PM, told them that was not an option for me as I had to get back to work. We then agreed they were coming out after 5pm, I told them specifically that I get out of work at 5pm an that it takes me 20-25 minutes to make it home. Well, they showed up at 445 pm knowing I was not at home and they left shortly before I arrived home, My son told they rang the bell but they did not call me on my cellphone, I called the tech and he confirmed he had just left my house and said he could not return due to traffic. things happen right? so I asked him if he could home the next day(yesterday) and he agreed. he told me it would have to be during business hours so I told him I could be at home by 425-430 pm and he told me he would be there, so yesterday I worked 7 am to 4pm instead of 8-5 pm to be at home for the technician and he did not show up. I sent an e-mail and the reply was we went to your home yesterday and you were not there so you have already missed the free warranty trip that we allow. nobody even bother to call me yesterday during the day to let me know they were not coming. I cooperated every time and they never even acknowledged or mentioned the fact that I was at home as agreed initially during my lunch hour and they missed it. I had high hopes on this company and they failed me. Stay away from them!! I will update this review if they complete my repairs properly.

I've used this company in the past and kept their info on my rolodex. I only keep names of companies I liked for their service, value, etc. So they were the first people I called to have two silcocks replaced for the washer and dryer. I also needed a circuit breaker replaced which the company told me they could do, but the tech did not want to. Ultimately, the work was done to my satisfaction and the issue with the price was made right. I would not necessarily recommend that particular technician, but Lee tries to make things good with his customers and he did for me as well.

Sparky and Eric were the absolute best. They were friendly and I felt they really cared. They were willing to go the extra mile to ensure my problem was solved. They went above and beyond. I will always use these guys. Merry Christmas!
