I just wanted to comment on a holiday service level that was unexpected- it was indeed fast and fair. Thanks for coming out on a weekend+holiday and resolving our drainage issue. You really made the experience seamless, responded quickly and ensured our Saturday plans remained intact.

Eric and Kelly came by to replace aging/leaky toilets in my house. They arrived a bit later than expected (about 20 ish minutes not too bad) but worked quickly and cleanly. Eric is also super easy to talk to. Thanks guys!

Also a shout out to the folks (receptionists? admin?) who work the phones - they called me very soon after my Yelp message and that's how they got my business. They also have a sense of pleasant urgency in their demeanor in the followup calls - hence Fast Plumbing I guess!

Called and talked to person who answered phone, gave direction , contact #. Said he would come out and fixed clogged drain. He gave me prices and options over phone. Never showed up or called to say he was not comming. Called the next day, someone else answered not even apologetics after I explained what happened. Cost me business, money.

Eric, the plumber who came to my house, was a really nice guy and very competent.
They have sonar, so if you can't find your leak, they have that service (vs. a camera, which, in our experience, is really time consuming). After an initial misunderstanding with the owner, we were taken care of by Fast Plumbing. That says alot about a plumbing service! There are so many con's in this business that when you find one that will stand true to their word and treat the happiness of the customer as the primary goal, then you should trust them.

I submitted a request for a bid on a water heater repair over the weekend and Lee called me personally to discuss the issue. Eric came out first thing Monday and gave me a reasonable quote (I had already gotten one unreasonable one) and called in a crew to replace the water heater immediately. They will be my go to plumber from now on.

And it's fixed! Fast, it definitely was! 15-20 minutes of running an auger and it's back to working order, Not to mention the awesome guy that came out was super friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Hopefully won't have to be a repeat customer any time soon, but if there's another plumbing issue to be fixed, they will be my go to for sure! Thanks fast plumbing!

I called Fast Plumbing yesterday about 5:00pm and was able to get someone out today. The office called and let me know when the plumber was on the way. Lee and Sparky came out and were great. They were able to pinpoint my leak very quickly. The main water pipe to my house was buried in the slope of the yard and the leak was directly under a Yaupon tree. They had to dig down probably 4 feet in front of and behind the tree to get to it. They were very careful not to harm the roots of the tree and repair the leak. They kept me updated through the repair, set my expectations and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
