I moved into my rental and had no hot water. David was here first thing the next day, explained exactly what he thought it was in kindergarten terms so I can actually understand. He came back same day to install my new water heater and fixed my issue. Highly recommend

I don't know the first thing about plumbing. So when David showed up to assess the problem, he walked me through what needed to be done and educated me like a true professional. I was grateful he didn't make me feel stupid since plumbing is not in my wheelhouse. I was babysitting my autistic nephew at the time and came to find out that his son is autistic too! It was a breath of fresh air seeing him interact with someone the way he needed. He told me he and his wife plan to use their company to help spread awareness, and i think thats so beautiful! We need more people in the world like David and everyone at Fast Layne Plumbing. If you're looking for a quality job well done, then look no further than Fast Layne Plumbing! My husband and I have an AirBNB property in the greater Phoenix area and a guest of ours contacted us saying a toilet was leaking and would not stop running. Because we live three hours away, we searched on Yelp and found Fast Layne Plumbing not only had great reviews but a great purpose in raising awareness for autism. We called right away and the owner, David, picked up on the first ring. I was so pleased with how eager this company was to help us fix this time-sensitive issue. David arrived the same day and fixed the toilet issue right away. Our airbnb guest even mentioned how nice and courteous David was. I can't tell you how important it is to know and use a trusted company!! We are also so appreciative for their contribution towards autism awareness. Just an all around amazing company!!!

I had some plumbing problems that I tried to get fixed with other companies that couldn't figure out the issue. I called and David quickly showed up and identified where the problem was. He fixed my problem and helped me with a couple other issues caused by other companies. He was reasonably priced and answered all my questions. I had a few plumbing issues I was dealing with at my home and I wanted to make sure I hired a company that knew what they were doing. When I found Fast Layne Plumbing, I was hoping their name spoke for their work and I was not disappointed. David, the owner and plumber, was not only knowledgeable and friendly but he got the job done fast. He was reasonably priced and I didn't feel like he was gouging me on part prices or labor costs. I don't normally write reviews unless I'm completely impressed by the company or product but they deserved a great review! Fast Layne is my go to plumbing company now and I am so grateful for their help! Did I mention they are also proud supporters of Autism Awareness?! Such an incredible company! Thank you FLP!!!

Was renting out an air bnb in Phoenix and came back from dinner and found the entire garage flooded with water. Contacted my air bnb host and they sent out Fast Layne Plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised in how fast David arrived and he let me know step by step how everything was going too happen so I wouldn't be surprised by anything. 30 minutes later he had fixed the leaking water heater connection up on the top and had all the water in the garage swept and cleaned out. I was more impressed by FLP then the air bnb host too be honest.
Before leaving they let me know where all the emergency shut offs were, (water & gas) in case we had another emergency in this house during our stay !
