Plumber was making personal calls throughout the 4 hours he was at my house. Which was surprising after selecting fast Layne based off reviews. Probably why 2 of my sinks were crooked I noticed after he left. He was distracted. Appeared to be a completely routine thing making personal calls while in customers houses. I'm guessing most of there plumbers don't make personal calls while in peoples houses based off there good reviews but grey clearly was not one of them. I will not be using fast Layne ever again

I chose Fast Layne Plumbing after getting several estimates to replace a standard water heater that was under warranty. Most of the other companies wanted me to take the water heater back to a distributor to get a credit on a new one. That was way too much effort. I originally paid about $1K for the earlier replacement with Bishop Plumbing but he did not respond after I tried calling several times. Fast Layne Plumbing had mostly 5 star reviews so I felt pretty comfortable with them. The installer, Jesse, was super friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up his work. I ended up installing a tankless system and am super glad I did. See pic below.

Can't believe how fast they came out to fix a leak under my sink. I called around 1:30 and they were here at 3 pm. Excellent work done.
They fixed the problem and even cleaned up under my sink. They are now my go to plumbers.

Set up appointment thru Thumbtack - Trevor arrived within 15 minutes of the 2 hour period - tried to install my hardware (which was missing parts from online order) - purchased and installed new flush handle in timely fashion and works great - this after another plumbing company overcharged me and did not completely fix. Would highly recommend this company for timeliness and correct repairs. Will definitely use again.

Ronnie and Jacob did a 5 star job for us. Installed 2 new faucets and hot water recirculator (new valve). Original quote was for the 2 faucets. No charge for the valve. After another company came out and had no idea what I had agreed to on the phone for service, but did fix some of my issues, they left me to Youtube the rest since they could not fix it. My toilet was not working and although I diagnosed the issue correctly, I could not fix it (even with the help of Youtube).

I then contacted Fast Layne. Bo came by and was prompt, professional, and informative. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. The price quoted was very reasonable. I have definitely found my new plumbing company (of course, I hope I don't have to call for a while, but if I do, I'm calling Fast Layne and will be asking for Bo!).

Just moved into our new place within the last 2 months. Still trying to get used to things. I dropped a smaller sink stopped in the master bathroom drain and it was lodged in there. I couldn't get it out. Booked an appointment, stating it was not urgent, but they were able to come out the next day. Trevor showed up on time, and I showed him the problem and he was able to fix it fast. I also explained a couple other issues I thought were going on and he also addressed them. Trevor was very knowledgeable and personable. Was very happy with the service and the cost! I will definitely call them again if I'm in need of plumbing services! Thank you!

I needed a softener and RO system. They came out promptly to give me an estimate, and they beat the other estimates I got for the project. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time for the install. They did a great job! One company was going to run water lines along my ceiling and walls, and told me I'd need to patch some drywall when they were done. Not Fast Layne. Everything looks really professional.

So, if having work done on time, professionally, and for the lowest price matters to you, I'd give them a call.

I can't say enough about Fast Layne plumbing and Cody, who came out to our house. We just moved into the neighborhood and were having trouble shutting off our outdoor fireplace. Cody came out and pointed out that we simply had the wrong key and declined to even charge us for the service call. I will not hesitate to call Fast Layne in the future.
