Fantastic Router Plumbing did a great job for us. Someone called us back promptly to set up an appointment . It was Memorial Day Monday, but no extra charge was added for it being a holiday. Eduardo came out at the appointed time and did a good job clearing out our clogged drain. Very professional company.

I called these guys for a water main line leak (in my front lawn), and Eduardo promptly called me to set up a visit the next day. He called an hour before arrival, advising me of his ETA. He checked out the leak, and explained in great detail all of my options, i.e. repair or replace the line. He explained the scope of work, and patiently answered all my questions. He gathered up his crew, and replaced the water line on a Saturday (during a long holiday weekend). I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family, and anyone who needs a professional plumbing company. Hopefully, I won't be needing any plumbing services for my properties, but I'm glad to know that I have a goto plumbing company if I ever do need one.

Gerardo came out to fix a clog and I asked him to do a toilet upgrade in the guest bath. He arrived the next day with a quality toilet and did a perfect install. His clean up was impeccable! We talked about a water conditioning system and I will have them install that very soon. Excellent job & company.

My sewer lateral line replacement project was done on-time and within budget.

After dealing with a fraudulent plumbing company I read the great reviews for Fantastic Plumbing and asked for someone out to come and check the line for a possible blockage.
The service man Gerardo was polite and professional. After checking everything he told me my lines were clear and would not need flushing at this time. This was a huge relief since the other company told me it would cost $5000 to fix a ""bulge"" in the line. This was after they had charged me $2600 to clear and scope the line.
Gerardo did not charge me for coming to give me his opinion. Jasmine, who answers the phone, was also professional and called to let me know what time he would arrive.
I will use this company whenever I need plumbing service. They are the best!

Wow!! Am I glad I called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to help. Earlier in the day I had another rooter company out to clear a clog in my main sewer line. After this other company was unable (more like unwilling) to successfully remove the clog - they wanted me to put in an unnecessary clean-out at 2 1/4 the going rate. I then called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing. Jaime Olvera was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about how he handled the situation. I explained everything that had been done including having the City out to clear the line from the existing clean-out to the sewer main. After I explained everything Jaime decided to use his camera and found no clogs. You read that right, the first guy got the clog removed but showed me the water backing up in the toilet drain. I was told not to use the toilet or anything associated in that bathroom until they could come back the next day to install this device. Jaime also put in a better connector for our toilet since the existing flange was too short and he caulked the toilet when he re-seated it. The previous guy just flung the old caulk into my backyard and didn't re-caulk when he was finished. Jaime also discounted my job since I had been through such an ordeal. I will definitely be using and referring Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to any friends who are in need of these services. Also, thank you to Jasmine in the office for being persistent in getting hold of Jaime who was likely under a house when she tried calling him She kept calling him every 10 minutes until he answered. I appreciate her diligence!! Thank you Jaime and Jasmine!! Great teamwork!!

I needed a gasvalve/thermostat replaced on my water heater. I got the part under warranty from a local distributor. The distributor indicated that Fantastic was a good plumbing company.
Eduardo of Fantastic Rooter adjusted the estimate downward after I explained that I had already flushed and drained the water heater myself. Some plumbers would not bother noting the need to flush/drain the tank which could lead to the new valve failing quickly.
The Fantastic estimate was the lowest of 4 I got. And Eduardo was extremely professional and friendly. He was thorough and did not rush or try to cut corners. He did excellent work, relit the pilot, and explained things as needed. He also offered to replace the drain valve with a better one without charging for the labor, just the parts, which he then did.
The Fantastic support staff in its office was also friendly and extremely helpful.

Gerardo came out immediately when I noticed excessive humidity in the house. He crawled under the house and found I had a leaking hot water line they was spraying hot steamy water all underneath my house. He was able to come out with his crew and totally replace all the pipes in my house the very next day (and completed the job before sundown!). He was also able to find a HVAC guy to come out the same day and repair some major damage to the duct work.

He also responded promptly to address a couple concerns I their work was done. Really, really happy with the service!
