Have two bad shower valves and a broken front hose bib. Eduardo came out and was fabulous. We had old Kohler shower valves and he also noticed our sink faucets were corroded from the hard water. He told me to take pictures of each and call Kohler. They would send me replacements for free. So, no charge for fixing two showers and two sinks!
He then built an entirely new hose bib with a ball valve shutoff. All of this took about an hour. Great folks at Fantastic Rooter. This is the fourth or fifth time I've used their service and I'm never disappointed.

I thought I had a clogged drain line in the garage for my laundry machine. It turned out to be a broken metal pipe that came with the house originally built 70 yrs ago. It took Gerardo more than 3 hrs to complete the job under triple digit hot Labor-Day weekend (9/2/2017) and part of the work was done in the crawling space. He also arranged another contractor on the spot for patching up the damaged drywall next day. I called Fantastic Rooter on Friday late afternoon, they showed up next morning and by Sunday noon I have all the problem fixed. All I can say is ""It is fantastic!"". I am a return customer and will be calling them again when I need service.

Reliable, honest and informational! Eduardo came out to fix what we thought were frozen shut-off valves underneath the bathroom sink, in order to fix a leak in the faucet. He was able to turn them however, so no work there. Then he advised us to call the faucet manufacturer to ask for the part needed (for free) in order to fix the leak. Then we asked about the water softener. He inspected the unit, explained his experience with the brand, advised us to call and ask about the warranty. He was very personable, very very helpful in explaining what we could do at no cost and what he could do when we got the parts. We're so happy to find a plumber we can trust and recommend! I called Edurardo Olvera, introduced by a friend, when we discovered that we had a seweage problem under our kitchen. He inspected the situation, recorded every thing on his phone and explained the problem to us patiently. Our kitchen sink drain pipe had been broken for a while, water accumulated in our crawel space for a couple months. the water has to be taken out first before the drain pipe can be replaced. He arranged a water damage expert to come the very afternoon, completed the water cleaning work second morning. then Edurardo finished all the drain pipe replacement work in the afternoon thruough lunch hours. His work was professional, his attitude was polite. We sincerely apprecite his good work.

I went a month and a half without a plumber to complete the water heater installation. The reason for the long delays was because most plumbers who promised to come by to look at what I have, and no-show. Finally in 1 week, I had Jaime and another plumber came by and look at my water heater configuration. In the end, I chose Jaime, because he sounded like he knew what he was doing (with suggestions and such) and his price was just as competitive as the other one. He finally came by yesterday to do the work and it was beautifully done. I am very happy that I chose Jaime to do the work. Almost 2 months later, finally the installation is complete. This is for my electric tankless water heater. Paying by credit card was easy too via his phone.

Eduardo came and solved the nightmare we're having with a leak from our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed it's coming from our second floor toilet. After a little over one hour, he replaced an old wax seal and problem solved.

Eduardo came out after my husband called him for a water leak problem in our front yard. Thankfully it wasn't vandalism but just an old pipe (galvanized) and regulator.
