Great service and easy to pay for the work they completed. I would have liked better communication from the actual plumber or company, because the plumber just showed up without a heads up. They did advise me about a three hour time frame the plumber would arrive which is great but let me know if you are on your way next time. Especially with people working from home, kids and all that. They took pictures of their work and sent me photos as proof which was awesome.

Updating a previous review and once again, Fantastic Rooter provided awesome service! Jovani was the plumber dispatched to our home as we needed our kitchen faucet replaced. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. The job went smoothly and he left the area clean and tidy after the work was completed.

My kitchen sink drain got stopped up on Christmas Eve (Friday) and by Monday (December 27) it was very smelly. Julio arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave me a price, and got to work. It was a messy, unpleasant job, which he did efficiently and effectively. He was pleasant, respectful of property, and informative. I found the price to be fair, and the work to be excellent. I would definitely hire Fantastic Rooter Plumbing again - highly recommended!

Our toilets and shower started backing up. I called Fantastic Rooter at 3:30pm and a technician was there by 5pm! They found the problem which ended up needing a whole new sewer pipe for our septic system. They came out the next morning to fix (on time) and had the new pipe installed that day. Everything is working great. Went from problem to fix in less than 24 hours! They are professional, efficient, friendly and did not break my bank! I highly recommend.

Came back from work travel on Sunday night and discovered my water heater was leaking! Called Monday for someone to come out and take a look at my situation. They were able to get me in the same day but it didn't work with my schedule. So someone came out today and advised that I needed a new unit plus I had water damage on my flooring. They were able to fit me in the same day to remove and install a new unit. Eduardo and his team did an amazing job. They were super knowledgeable, professional, helpful and responsive. I would totally recommend them for your plumbing needs. At the end of the day I have peace of mind that I got a fair price and amazing quality!
