This is the second time I've used Fantastic Rooter, for very different jobs. First was fixing a leaking waste line under the house, second was cleaning out main line. Both times they responded quickly, were very clear about charges and options, were courteous, and did the work promptly and well. I'd definitely use them again.

Super fast response. Office staff responded very quickly to my voicemail. Followed up with a phone call to say that their technician was on his way. They did not charge emergency pricing. Eduardo was our technician he was thorough, knowledgeable, capable, professional. Highly recommend for quality and customer service.

I had a leaky faucet and also a broken bath tub faucet and a really old shower head. I scheduled some time with Fantastic rooter and they sent over Brian to look at my faucets and he recommended changing them as there was no way to fix these things. Brian suggested me to take time to find the faucets of my liking and did not force us in any way to get things fixed sooner or with their Company. I really liked Brian's professionalism and the no obligation investigation he did made me want to hire him for the job. So, when I bought the parts, I reached out to Fantastic Rooter and it was really have to have Brian come in install the new faucets and shower head. He also fixed a minor problem with my toilet's flush tank. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Brian did and also I highly recommend his work. He also charged me a very reasonable price for his services.

I discovered a leaking pipe in May 2020 & searched Yelp, panicked. This company had great reviews and I'm happy to add to that now.

I sent out multiple inquiries through Yelp late in the evening (nearly 11pm) and Jaime, the owner, quickly replied. He coordinated for a technician to come out the next day.

Gerardo (our technician) arrived with his apprentice Humberto. They were efficient and installed some copper pipes that ran along the ceiling of the garage, and we appreciated that they were careful in cutting the sheetrock to allow for it to be patched up in the future. Gerardo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would gladly hire them or recommend them to others in the future!

I can't say enough about Gerardo at Fantastic Rooter. I had a garbage disposal that failed. I called Gerardo and he installed one the next day. Gerardo is a lifesaver as usual. Thank you for being there one I need you, Gerardo. He came in with garbage disposal for me and installed it in less than an hour. He is quick, efficient, and clean.

Jaime and his team are awesome. I hired Fantastic Rooter to replace a 132 ft 2""-gas line that went from the front of the house and all the way to the far side of the backyard. Jaime and his team had to trench a line for the entire distance without breaking the concrete patio,walkway or gas fire pit. This project took a full 4 days and they completed on schedule with no issues. His team showed up on time and stayed late to get the work done on time. I would highly recommend them for any of your small or large projects.

I had Eduardo come out and descale my Rinnai tankless water heater. Eduardo was very informative and professional. He went through the method of cleaning and any troubleshooting issues that may arise. It's an easy process, one that I will hopefully be able to do on my own in the future. It was really great that Eduardo was able to walk me through the steps. Overall, I am pleased with the service, company and work. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I'll definitely give them another call.

Called Fantastic Rooter on labor day for shower leak, Eduardo called me back shortly, he figured out the problem and quoted upfront cost, and he got the particular shower valve needed before arriving. My problem was solved quickly, good job done!
