Eduardo and his team at Fantastic Rooter Plumbing did an entire house re-piping, along with the installation of bathroom toilets, fixtures, and water heater. They were professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Eduardo was very responsive to our needs and explained things thoroughly so that we understood what he was doing. We had no clue what to expect when we hired Fantastic Rooter but we were extremely impressed with the quality of the service that Eduardo provided while completing our project.

Had a plumbing issue at my home in Gilroy. Called the number and spoke to a seemingly nice lady. I explained my issue and she said she would find a tech in the area and call me back. Well that was 5 hours ago and I'm still waiting. I moved on to another plumber. I don't recommend these guys if you expect a call back or service in general.

Same day service and we couldn't have been more pleased. Gerardo replaced our leaky spout in the shower/bathtub and it was heavenly to take a shower without half of the water being wasted and it's so much more quiet now!
He also repaired our super loose kitchen faucet that had been installed by a handyman not even a year ago.
I highly recommend this company based on our excellent and prompt service.

The business owner contacted me promptly to look into my complaint. Jaimie came over, inspected the job site, offered to take care of it promptly. In fact, the leftover galvanized pipes were not as much as we initially thought. Many of them were inactive pipes. He came today and took care of it. My impression is that this was not intentional on his part and his prompt and professional approach to address my concern impressed me. I will recommend him to others and do business with him again.

Our water heater started leaking internally recently and it was clear that we needed to replace it. We got three different bids and ended up going with Fantastic Rooter. While I have to admit I was shocked a bit by the price tag, FRP was in line with other and with advice I received from a friend in the business. In every other aspect we were extremely pleased with the work done. Eduardo was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the options. He worked with us until we had the solution best suited to our needs and still got the job done the day after we agreed on the details. He and his crew worked hard all day and completed the work in a very professional way. All of the modifications look clean and well implemented. The area was left much cleaner than when they arrived, as well. Eduardo took the time to explain everything and when I called after with a couple of questions (after giving them the check), he was just as responsive as before payment. On the whole, I would recommend this business to anyone - we were very impressed.

Water heater pilot light would not stay on, made a call to fantastic and they had a tech there within an hour, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours and at a very reasonable rate. Not only did they fix my issue but pointed out a potentially hazard cord I had wrapped around a vent. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Eduardo was our our tech and highly professional.
