Super impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and attentiveness on the phone and in person. They were able to come give me a quote on the work I needed right away. Then they scheduled to perform the work ASAP. Their office kept me appraised of arrival times. Emmett showed up to do the quote and the work. No-nonsense, straight-shooter, quality workmanship. Unbelievable. I had Mike Diamond and Rescue Rooter out giving me quotes and they both quoted over $200 to clean my tub drain and I was STRESSED about the money. Then along comes Emmett with Family Plumbing with a super reasonable quote ($129 cuz I had draino in it), came out quick, then pointed out I had the tub lever set to closed and charged me nothing. An HONEST and incredibly reasonably priced plumber. Sure I'm embarrassed that I had such a blonde moment but I'm grateful that he just laughed with me and was totally gracious.

I had water leaking from behind my washer and I called reliable plumbing services to fix it. Thur said it wasn't my washer and charged me $80. I called Emmet thinking it was a plumbing issue. He spent an hour doing diagnostic work and ended up showing me it was in fact coming from my washer. He even cleaner up the floor behind my washer and dryer. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He didn't charge me for the service call. I couldn't be more impressed. I highly recommend his company for all plumbing and washer needs:)

His company also did a plumbing inspection before we bought our home. He fixed all of the little things he noticed. We haven't had any issues.

What a great company! I am so impressed with Emmett and Family Plumbing. We had leaking sink and they offered to come the same day. I couldn't figure out how to make that work so he came on a Saturday. They gave us a window of time and I even got a text that told me he was on his way. Emmett showed up and was extremely professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He was so friendly and very honest. What an easy and pleasant experience! Emmett personally supervised the project and descaled, installed liner and reinstated our main line in short order. Excellent work and the job site stayed clean throughout the process. We had an upstairs bath tub that was leaking water. Texted them to coordinate an appointment time. They were very fast to respond.

On the day of the appointment, Emmett came to the property. He was very nice and professional. He came into our home with booties on, accessed the problem, quoted us a price and fixed the problem the same day. He left the working area clean.
