I have a plumber that I use when i need a plumber, unfortunately he isn't available for now, however he did highly recommend this business I trust him so I used this company twice already. Today I was in urgent need of a plumber and they sent out Andrew very pleasant and informative. I was pleased with his work and knowledge. I highly recommend this company it's family owned and they're prices are great! Honest, trustworthy and affordable!

Writing this because I would hate for someone else to experience what I did...

We had a plumber come out to fix our faucet to replace. We had the replacement ready but they suggested we just change the screw. We trusted their expertise, and charged us $135. However, one month later, it's loose again exactly back to how it was before.

I reached out, and someone said they will get back to me. I received no response after several attempts. It's been a week and a half at this point now. Finally received a message back.

Not sure who is in charge of their texting service but now they're charging me another $195?!? On top of the $135. That is $330 total to replace ONE faucet when that was the plan initially. Mind you, I was quoted $190 by another company to begin with but we went with family plumbing. Now I wish we chose the other.

So upset with the customer service and having the audacity to ask for two payments when it was their mistake. I would totally understand if it's been quite some time, we are talking exactly one month later. I'd rather support another business.

I hope this is helpful for someone else who is reading this and wish I experienced what the other 4/5 star reviews did :(

I'm very disappointed to write this poor review of Family Plumbing and Rooster. We had them come out and do an inspection of a property we had purchased. They did a sewage camera inspection, and we had asked them to do an internal inspection given some concerns we had. They agreed to all of this. They were done with the internal inspection in 5 minutes, which clearly was cursory. We had other vendors come out and point out 2-3 obvious major issues. We called to file a complaint and spoke to Sabrina. She never apologized and were incredibly defensive, saying the $300 they charged was just for the sewage inspection. This was never communicated to us, and incredibly over priced for it just being a sewage inspection. What was really the most disappointing was her attitude and response in regards to our call. I would not recommend Family Plumbing and Rooster.

I've used Family Plumbing a couple of times recently and both times they responded right away and fixed the problem on one visit. Last night our hot water heater started making crazy noises. I texted Family Plumbing and they sent 2 people out the next morning, and by noon I had a replacement tank and hot water! I'm so thankful!

I can't say enough about Emmett and Sabrina. I just bought a new house on the west side and they have been there for me every step of the way. From the inspection to all the little things that needed to be fixed. I also recently opened a new fitness studio in town and their new construction division has handled everything efficiently and professionally. I am putting in two new showers and two new water heaters. They are the only company that comes to my studio that rolls out a big tarp so they don't track just foot prints all over my studio and all of the work you do is extremely clean. Their guys don't take shortcuts and do things right. Thank you Family Plumbing!

I have a tankless water heater that just quit on Monday, so we had no hot water! Called Family Plumbing and was told they were so busy that no one could come out until Wednesday. Well, Sabrina worked and worked and arranged Emmett to come out first thing Tuesday morning. The problem was solved without repairs. I so greatly appreciated Sabrina working so hard to get someone out the next morning. Can't recommend the folks at Family Plumbing enough.
