I have a tankless water heater that just quit on Monday, so we had no hot water! Called Family Plumbing and was told they were so busy that no one could come out until Wednesday. Well, Sabrina worked and worked and arranged Emmett to come out first thing Tuesday morning. The problem was solved without repairs. I so greatly appreciated Sabrina working so hard to get someone out the next morning. Can't recommend the folks at Family Plumbing enough.

In my many years of home ownershipI have worked with many plumbers and regretfully foud many crooks. The large and national cpmpanies are in my experiece the worst and most ridiculous in cost and service.

These guys did my rather high cost job and did a good job! Now I know a good plumber, finally!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing job. We had NO idea how much we were being over charged for the job they did, and when they came out the job was done wrong so we have to wait another 5 days to have our refrigerator water line hooked up. The owner, Emmet, was sarcastic and referred to me as dude when I called to complain. Save yourselves the trouble, do your research and find a company you can trust!
