We found our plumber !! Not one but 2 !! Husband & wife team -- Phil & Tracy are just awesome. Their quality of work is superb, very professional, they work fast & reply fast. Straightforward and no one can beat their price. We got 3 bids and theirs was the lowest (substantially low)--- the best !! They did our bathroom faucet,installed our dishwasher,kitchen faucet,change our gas line (so stove with fit perfectly), re-installed our stove, fixed leaking lawn faucet and recently they fixed our leaking water heater. They our just awesome , excellent work & wonderful pricing Highly Recommended.

I can not say enough good things about Phil and Tracy! They are great to work with and even make extra time to come out after hours. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. They are great about texting you back even when they are super busy. I have had them install a garbage disposal as well as reseat a toilet! They give you the option of buying the parts yourself or having them buy them for you.

Phil and Tracy showed up on time and quickly snaked a toilet for $50. They did such a good job, I scheduled a few more plumbing projects with them. They don't take credit cards now, but plan to start accepting credit cards soon. Great husband and wife team.

Excellent service! I had leaky spickett in my front yard and I had called a plumber I used in the past to fix it but never heard back, so attempted to tackle the project myself. All went well until it started leaking again. I called Family Plumbing, they came right out, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. And all for an extremely reasonable fee. I booked another plumber because of a faucet and disposal leak. I'd used the other plumber before on two occasions and was really happy with them. When I called this time though I got a price that sounded way too high--and was told it should be higher but I was such a good customer that they discounted it ""just for me."" So I posted on Escondido Facebook Friends asking what others thought of the price and was given a rave review for Family Plumbing with Phil and Tracy. I checked Yelp and found more stunning reviews. I called and got a price almost half of what I'd been quoted--and they were at my house within a couple of hours fixing my plumbing. It was really hot in Escondido, but they came with great attitudes and went right to work...............very friendly, amazing price, and great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful that Escondido Friends on Facebook steered me their way.

Phil and Tracy are an amazing husband and wife team. Me and my other half like to support local small business as much as possible. We were referred to Family Plumbing from a friend of ours who couldn't stop saying nice things about them. We were so blown away by their work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. We had an issue with our toilet leaking stinky air into our house along with other issues and they came out the same day took a look and got right to work. The price was right their attitude was such a joy. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

So we came home from work to find our downstairs bedroom flooded and water everywhere... Water shut off, no dishes, no showers... What a nightmare!
I called three of the larger plumbing companies I could find on Google. Since it was about 7pm, after hours, no one had available plumbers to come out. Through a friend on Facebook, we were recommended these guys. Wow! The customer service is flat out the best I've ever had. Phil is just a great friendly guy. His wife Tracy very cool as well. I called up after hours and they said ""no problem, be there in a few"". Next thing you know, they're on my doorstep, ready to go! He got right to work finding the leak, fixing it and barely charged us a thing. He gave us all kinds of tips on cleanup and repair and made sure to know we were in good hands. This team is now our neighborhood plumber because that's what it felt like, your next door neighbor coming over to give you a hand. Thanks Phil and Tracy!

P.s. finally one of the larger companies called me about 9pm that they had a free tech. About an hour after Family Plumbing had fixed the leak and went home!

This husband and wife team installed two low flush toilets for me a couple months ago, were quick and efficient. Two weeks ago i had my sewer back up i called Family Plumbing again they said they could fix it but Phil had the flu so he said he would try to come out the next day, they did just that, but it was obvious that Phil still wasnt feeling very good and he needed to run the snake into the pipe via the roof vent, he dragged a heavy machine with an electric motor up a ladder onto a two story building by himself (one tough dude) then he ran a 100 foot snake down the pipe and had my drain flowing again in no time. Thanx guys i will recommend

I had a broken garbage disposal thats needs to be replaced. I called several plumbers in the area and got different quotes. I came across with Family Plumbing, spoke with Phil and he gave me the best deal/quote. So, I made an appointment with him to replace my broken garbage disposal the following day. I work during the week and Phil understand that so he told me that they can come to see me after I get off work. Phil and his wife Tracy showed up ready for the job. They were very polite and professional. After they installed the garbage disposal, they tested it to make sure it's working, and that there's no water leaking. Phil even showed me how to troubleshoot the newly installed garbage disposal in the event it will get clogged and gave me tips on how to maintain it. My faucet needs to be replaced soon and Phil even gave me a free diagnostic check. I highly recommend Phil and Tracey for your plumbing needs. They are reliable, affordable and easy to work with. I have his business card and they even told me to give them a call or text in case i have questions about anything. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
