Wow what can I say! Called Family Plumbing today for a nagging leak in the kitchen and they were fast getting back to us and gave us one hour time frame and stuck to it. Phil and Tracy were friendly and professional and when Phil looked at my problem he told us it was an easy fix and wouldn't charge us. These people have made a customer for life.
If you have any plumbing problems don't hesitate to call them, they're honest and will not charge for unnecessary work.

What a great experience having Phil & Tracy take care of a long-term nagging plumbing issue we had. They replied back to us within 30 minutes to say they would be at our house in 45 minutes to assess what would be needed. Once they determine the parts needed for our somewhat unusual plumbing issue, they were back the next morning to take care of the issue and the charge was minimal. This is a very nice husband and wife team and we'll be sure to use them again. They are SO polite, and they even take their shoes off when coming inside. My wife & I can't recommend them enough, you'll be very happy with them and the quality work they do at a fair price. Not to mention they won't find extra unnecessary work to do or say something needs to be totally replaced instead of repaired like some of the big television plumbers do. Five stars!!!

Phil and Tracy were so wonderful! They came out to provide a free estimate for some extensive plumbing work at our house and they took their time and were quite thorough. I was quite impressed by how thorough they were because the first plumber who came by was in and out by 5 minutes. Phil explained that the work could not be done because of several reasons, but that our general contractor would be able to resolve the issue on their own without a plumber. I was so impressed by his honesty. I am definitely going to use Phil and Tracy for our future plumbing needs. If you need an honest, thorough, and all around great company, no need to look further, definitely give Phil and Tracy a phone call, you won't regret it!

Family Plumbing did not show up to their appointment with me. They left me a text message 25 minutes after the scheduled time to say they were on another job and would not be able to make it. I understand that unforeseen situations arise, but to notify me that late when my husband rescheduled meetings to meet with them is unacceptable. If you are on a complicated job you know well in advance that you will not be able to make your next appointment, especially when you factor in expected travel time. And a text message instead of a phone call is unprofessional and rude. If you schedule with Family Plumbing be prepared for them not to show up.

I don't even know where to begin! What an incredible blessing to have found Phil and Tracy on Yelp! I am often skeptical about glowing reviews, but these two are the real deal! Like many, I have had my share of bad experiences with either unskilled plumbers or those that overcharge for their services (or both!). You never have to worry about those issues with Phil and Tracy! To say that they have integrity would be an understatement! They are the most conscientious, honest, caring, and genuine contractors, and, for that matter, people, that I have ever met! Not only do they know plumbing, and approach it with tremendous skill and a get-it-done, positive attitude, but they are a fun and joyful couple to be around! What a rarity to find such a lovely couple and team that seems to truly take pride in and love what they do. Thank you, Phil and Tracy, for bringing such an amazing plumbing company to Escondido and the surrounding area!! I am so thankful to have found my forever plumbers!
