Wanted to drop a note and acknowledge the team at Falcone!

We came home from a long weekend, walking into a frigid house as our aging furnace had decided to stop working. I tried to self-diagnose and fix it on my own, but it was pretty obvious that this was beyond me. So... I flipped out Yelp and called the top three that popped up. Alan at Falcone called me back within 5 minutes and was at my house with an hour, on a Sunday !!

Alan was a total professional. He walked me through the problems and then patiently went through the steps needed to fix it. All the while bantering with my son and I about the NFL Playoff game that he was missing, so that he could help us!

When Alan discovered that he needed a part that he did not have, he volunteered to run back to his shop, pick up the part and come back so that we would not have to spend a night in the cold... did I mention that this was a Sunday and he was missing the NFL Playoffs?

Alan was back at my place within 30 minutes, installed a new capacitor and limit switch, tested the system and made sure we were OK.

If I could give them 6 Stars, I would... this sort of above and beyond service is very, very rare these days. Thanks Alan and thanks to Falcone!

Best experience ever in getting help through internet. Allen worked all day to replace our old furnace today. He is well equipped and knowledgeable in about every thing related to this furnace. He is detailed, neat and organized. Good attitude, easy to talk to, and very pleasant.

Our kitchen remodel was held up because we needed a vent installed for the fan to be going over the range. We called Falcone and the third generation owner, Mike,
provided an estimate on the phone. We asked how soon someone could come to look at the job. He sent Alan the same day. Alan is a mechanical engineer and installed the vent that day. The work is precise and very professional.
We highly recommend this company.

Had a confirmed appointment. No call, no show. Upon confirmation of the appointment, I specifically asked whether the tech would be phoning the day of the appointment to confirm - was told ""no"".

The day of the appointment, no call/no show. Phoned the office and was told that the tech called, and I did not answer.

That is not true. I've been waiting for 3 hours, by the phone. No ""missed calls"", no voicemail.

Why am I being told that the tech would not call, then miss the appointment, then be told that he DID call, when in fact that is a lie?

Made an appointment for Friday from 2PM to 4PM. Didn't show. Falcone called and rescheduled to Saturday from 8AM to 10AM. Plumber didn't show. Plumber said he didn't get the text from his boss and couldn't come. I took a vacation day from work and waited 4 hours on two separate days.

Decades ago - my mom was one of Sr. Falcone's starting customers. Our family likes to support the community by continuing to do business with family business traditions like the Falcones. Michael sent out Tony or Tomi - not sure which, my hearing isn't what it used to be, who was delightful. But I found the pricing of $700 to replace the cold and hot water pipes from the water heater to the wall a bit high. Being a senior person without water isn't a good thing, so I felt compelled to go ahead with the job. However, I think I will have to break with tradition and look elsewhere for any future plumbing work. I wish you well Michael.

Two thumbs up for Tony and Michael! We had a water heater leak and needed to replace the whole unit. The leak saturated the wooden panel underneath our water heater as well. Our home required a power vent water heater, which is more difficult to install. Tony talked me through the whole process and also replaced the wooden panel underneath. We had received three other quotes from other companies and Falcone Plumbing and Heating gave the best value. Tony and Michael completed the job in a short amount of time, 3 hours, with clean up included. We are definitely referring them to our neighbors. Thanks Tony and Michael!

I had an issue with my waterheater. I had one other company come out, before I called Falcone...which was a waste of time. I wish I had called Falcone from the start. The owner was so nice, believe his name was Mike. He was going to send someone out the next day, but i asked if he could get someone to come out that day...so I wouldnt miss another day of work. And he did...which was awesome! The guy he sent out was professional (Tony), he explained what he was going to do and got right to it. I will definitely be calling Falcone again for all my plumbing issues...and more!

I recently used this company to service our furnace and air conditioning, to install an attic fan, and to install ventilation filter frames. All work was done perfectly, cleanup was excellent, and the people who came to do the work were professional and conscientious. I highly recommend this company.

A year and a half later, heater still not working properly and NOW they want $200 more after $8,000.....really?
