Over all a good experience, they were very flexible with time and was very friendly, fast and efficient. He got the job done clean and i am very satisfied with the service. Price was a bit high but I expect to pay when it comes to plumbing, and great service.

My water on my toilet kept running and my wife was giving me grief because I am not too handy when it comes to fixing things. Falcone had always done a great job when I owned a deli many years back so I thought I'd give them a call to see if they could come out. Within a few minutes a worker (Rudy) called me and said he was in the area and could come by. He fixed the problem within ten minutes and was on his way at a reasonable fee.

Hi I called Falcone for a leaky shower valve. My shower would not stop running no matter what I did! I even bought a shut off valve it still didn't stop leaking! The plumber showed up on time and checked out the problem! He tried to fix it but it was so old he couldn't I was so thankful for him trying! All I needed was some plumber not even trying to help me and out to just get my money! The valve just fell apart! He then suggested a reasonable price shower valve! He fixed my tub/shower knob, the shower valve, shower head! Cleaned it all up it looked better than when he started! The price was like 200.00 dollars less than I was quoted from my HOA! It doesn't end there! My sons school was having a fund raiser he asked the guy to donate and he did better he called Mike Falcone and he donated a faucet and install for my sons schools fundraiser! Next on my list from Falcone is a A/C unit! I'm totally happy with the customer service and the price they provided!

This review should not even receive a star, however, it definitely needs to be brought to the attention of others. We first used Falcone about 2 years ago. After searching all over the web, we could not find anyone who would work on our brand water heater other than Falcone. Read some good, some not so good reviews, but decided to give them a shot anyway since we had no other choice. They came out, figured out what was wrong and gave us an estimate to repair. The prices seemed reasonable and not totally outrageous. After all, they are the ones with the experience. When all said and done, we had to shell out another couple hundred for some ""additional"" problems. A little irked, but it is what it is.

Two years later, our water heater took another crap, so I gave them a call. Called in the morning to schedule an appointment and got the time frame of 3-5pm. 5:15pm rolls around, call, no answer. 5:30pm hits, another call, no answer. Ten minutes later his service tech is finally at my front door. He checks the heater and tells me the problem which I already knew. Goes into his speech about how he needs to do this and needs to do that just to make everything work. Gave me a soft estimate of about $2300 but would need to confirm prices since they just went up recently. Sounded way expensive. Since it was already past 5pm, everything was closed and he could not give me a hard quote.

Told him how disappointed I was about him being late, not to mention he could have come earlier during his time slot and may have had everything done. I asked him to give me a call in the morning with a hard quote and I'd decide if I will have them do the work. I got a second opinion from someone very familiar with our heater and quoted us $1800. I get the call from Falcone in the morning and he said it would be about $3000. He was ""kind"" enough to give me a $100 discount for my disappointment the day before. Of course I ended up going with the other contractor for $1200 less. Now I get a bill in the mail from Falcone for $100 for their service fee for coming out late the evening before! Good luck trying to get that from me! I highly suggest getting a second opinion before getting work done with Falcone. The other company offers FREE estimates and did a beautiful job without all the ""extras"" that Falcone said needed to be done for the new heater to work.

AWFUL!! Just Awful service and work preformed. My wife cry her self to sleep for a week!!! They made more damage to our property than they were here to fix. Stay far, far, far away from they guys. And to add insult to injury. They billed us for the work they did to repair their damage to our new home. Personally, I don t think they even know what they are doing. I would give them zero stars, but you have to give them at least one to write a review.

Too expensive!
Falcone's plumber charged $ 215 to unscrew an old, leaking fitting on a heater and to replace it with a new one. A person who is not a plumber could have done it in about 10-15 min at a much lesser cost.

Called them at 7:45 am because our heater sounded like it turned into a wood chipper. I chose them because I thought their reviews would motivate them into good customer service. I was expecting a 4-6 hour window, but the man on the phone said he could have someone here between 8:30 and 9 am. He was here by 9:15. I have a sign on my door that says, ""Baby Sleeping"" and he came in very quiet and asked if she was still asleep. Thoughtful!
As luck would have it, the heater seemed to be working fine at this point (of course!) The serviceman took a look anyways and found the problem in minutes, a broken fan. He made a quick call, left to pick up the part (they had it in stock) and returned to replace it. He was done in about 10 minutes and even took a minute to mention to me that I needed to replace my filter. Fantastic customer service! And a totally reasonable price. THANK YOU!

Called them and they were out the next day. Apparently the repair we needed done was a bigger job, so they came out for a little bit for the last 3 days. I was so pleased with their work. The office and the guys in my house were all so nice and informative. I would refer this company to anyone who needs work done.

I hired Falcone in 2007 to install air conditioning in my home. As I am a worry wart about such things, I asked him about permits, since I could not tell from my City's website whether one was necessary. I told him I was concerned about what would need to be disclosed if and when I sold the property. He told me none was needed, but that he could get one if I wanted. I said I did, because I wanted to be able to disclose that it was installed to code, and that these things were important to me. He said he would do so. About a month or so after the installation, I asked again about any paperwork. He then said that he did not get a permit, and that it would cost ""extra"" to get one, and that it would cost several hundred more to (1) put it on a concrete pad, (2) install a gfi plug and (3) a kill switch to make the job per code. I told him I would pay for the permit, but not the additional work. Ultimately, he did the work. However, the system never worked right, and the following summer I hired another contractor to review the system. They said the valve for the refrigerant seemed to have been left open. This cost me several hundred dollars more. Finally, this year I sold the house. The home inspection service pointed out three electrical violations by Falcone related to their installation of the AC system.

I have never had the misfortune to deal with a company that is more unprofessional. Not only did they miss my appointment by 6 hours. When they did show up it was too late for them to fix the problem. I would never hire this company in the future.
