Yesterday evening our water heater reserve tank sprung a leak! We called Falcone, because they out in the water heater 10+ years ago. Mike said he would get us fixed up the next day and to expect Steven between 8-10a. Steven was here at 8:30 to assess and had things fixed before 10a!!!! He was personable, proficient, timely and got me back to doing laundry in no time. I can't speak to the cost, since we rent. No water for flushing , cooking etc is not fun. We are so thankful this company got us taken care of in less than 24 hrs. Thank you Steven for amazing service!

Referred by another good plumber, Chris Dominon in South Bay. Had an emergency leaking in my 75 gallon Rheem water heater, which was installed less than 5 yrs ago. Falcone did respond quickly & help draining out the water from the tank so that I won't have water flooded.
However, when the water heater was replaced eventually the next day, Mr. Falcone asked for $3,100 & refused to break down the parts & labor. I found this to be at least $1,000 more than norminal as It's just a 3-4 hrs labors, with 50 gallon water heater should cost no more than $1,000.

The verdict: Responsive & decent work quality, however, way too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone for its price of the service when you have choices around.

The master bath shower was leaking cold water and I thought it was a routine component swap out. But after the service, the leak started again, and got bigger and bigger. Falcone got back to me promptly on a holiday weekend to debug and execute a same day fix that ultimately involved addressing component mismatches behind the drywall and replacement / rewelding of pipes. A truly heroic effort again during a holiday weekend. I truly appreciate the prompt and very thorough response.

Called them to fix my water heater. Based on status code displayed while igniting the pilot, I gathered it has to do with gas control valve. The technician came and after some troubleshooting confirmed the same for $145 ( face palm moment). What was outrageous is, I was quoted $1412 for a fix with 2 day wait and $2100 for a fix the next day. Shopping around the manufacturer part costs $379 and with this technicianquoted labor of $500, will come for half the lowest price he quoted. Further digging reveals I could get the water heater replaced with brand new for $1500. It just makes me feel I am taken for a ride by this company.

Falcone Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has always done excellent work for us, so when my mother-in-law's furnace wouldn't start, we knew who to call. A technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That's worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person's home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain a replacement, and I was impressed that the replacement part was sold by the furnace manufacturer, and that it was not a ""generic"" part. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn't detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.

Nobody enjoys having to call for help with a plumbing or HVAC problem, but when you have to make that call, I definitely recommend Falcone!

I had two plumbers look at the problem before. Both said that I had to cut open my walls. I hired Falcone for plumbing because Kevin always did my heating. I had this problem for over two years.

Stephen was outstanding. He was thorough. He ended up fixing the issue without tearing open the walls.

Stephen has great customer service and was so knowledgeable.

I am so impressed with Falcone. Miguel Perez was also very knowledgable with heating and air conditioner.

MY pest control guy let me know I had a water leak in my equipment space under the house. I called my normal plumber and their diagnosis was that the a/c pipes had frozen and the water was a result of the ice on the pipes thawing. I waited 24 hours and the leak grew worse, so it was obvious that the diagnosis was wrong.

Some years ago (30) we had used Falcone Plumbing when we first moved to California. I was referred to them by my wife's parents who lived in Willow Glen.

I called and spoke to Mike and as best I could I explained what I thought was the problem. It was a leaking pipe, which was physically located above the #1 a/c unit air distribution ducting. Impossible to access, and equally impossible to see exactly which of 3 pipes the leak was coming from.

Mike sent out one of his team memebers, Stephen, was faced with a difficult and time consuming job. He thought it through and discuused the options with me. Once we had settled on a strategy he went about finding the leak, correcting the leak and then restoring the a/c to a fully working condition. I am very pleased with the end result.

My very old hot water heater tank broke down just before Christmas. I placed a call to Falcone Plumbing and they responded quickly. A decision was made to put in a brand new tankless water heater on the side of my house. I got my new tankless water heater just in time for my daughter and her family to arrive on Christmas Eve. Special thanks to Ray who worked without breaks to install my new tankless water heater right before Christmas! Everyone in the house took nice warm showers on Christmas morning. Great job!
