Complete waste of time. They left me waiting an entire day for a service they said they could do that day. Only to be told after 3pm that they would not show up. Was not able to get other people who could have done the same job in because of how late in the day. To not lose the business was lied to and they tried to reschedule. Nothing worse than a company that lies to try and leave customer from going elsewhere, now ill sleep in a hotel so my kids don't have to smell the backup in my house they committed to fixing.......

******STAY AWAY******* I recently decided to use Falcon Plumbing because I had used them in the past even though they were a bit expensive; however, that was a bad idea. The plumber came out and charged the standard diagnosis fee. On the day the service was supposed to be performed, the plumber wasn't available. He said he called, but I live in downtown Miami where I get terrible reception in my building. The plumber never left a message. So when I called him to find out where he was his response was """" I waited five minutes and you never picked up the phone"""". So I replied well, you didn't leave message? Maybe you can you come back. He said """" No, because I have two other calls to tend too"""" I live in a condo so there are restrictions regarding the times contractors can be in the building. I said """" I'll call 'Wendy' and have her send you back since I've already bought the parts and paid you and we have a contract."""" he said """"OK"""" so I called Wendy and apparently she was to overwhelmed to deal the phone calls she was getting and kept putting me on hold. Finally, the call got """"disconnected"""" and I called back and 'Ray' picked up. I explained to him the situation and he told me there was """"Nothing he can do """" . I said, yes you can, you can give me my deposit back. I also informed him that I never received the email with the receipt showing that my account had been debited. he said, """"Let me send you everything at once including a notification that your deposit has been returned"""" so I reviewed the email Ray sent. I never received the initial receipt because the plumber spelled my name wrong. I have a very simple name, so I'm not sure how that happened, anyway the email Ray sent was a garbooled mess. It didn't say anything. I'm still waiting for my refund. They took my money, but it's still not back in my bank account. I called back today and 'Wendy' said """"There was nothing she can do because Ray works from 8AM to 3PM (of course she couldn't do anything, I mean, she couldn't do anything the previous day so why should I have expected her to do something now?) That's my fault for expecting decent customer service. I also work during that time she advised me to call Ray, so it's inconvenient for me to track down Ray so I can get my money back. This is a very unscrupulous business practice and I will NEVER use their services or recommend them. My next stop is the BBB.

I had a plumbing problem that I clearly explained before having them come out to fix it. They promised to give me a one year warranty on the job. They said they fixed the issued but three weeks later the same problem occurred. When I called them and referred to the one year warranty that they issued on the receipt they refused to honor it saying it was only parts and labor and does not cover the problem! I am very upset because I paid $850 and never saw a remedy to my issue. When I call back to speak to the manager they never return my call. Horrible, dishonest and fraudulent!!!

We called Falcon to fix a few issues we had in the house. As it turned out, two of the issues were non-issues and we weren't charged for them. The other issue was promptly fixed and Christ, the plumber looked up pricing from a book which I much prefer other than having some random number quoted. Additionally, we used a coupon from their website which took $30 off the cost. They are BBB rated A+ which shows they are a business to be trusted. We will not hesitate to call them the next time we need a plumber.

When I came back from vacation to a major plumbing issue, I am glad that I called Falcon. The customer service staff was friendly and helpful even late at night. My plumber, Stevan did an excellent job with repair. Professional and sensible price is what I experienced.

Most reviews are correct. They have excellent customer service but they are overpriced. I was charged $75 just because the tech came by my house and found that we no longer had an issue with the plumbing. Will definitely never use them again!

They are friendly, and competent. Used them several times, some jobs were complicated. I had a problem with the price on one job but the owner, Wendy, made sure I was satisfied eventually. I recommend you confirm pricing before hand so there are no surprises. WRONG! A month later I called Falcon for a simple clean out and they declined to honor our previous agreement of hourly pricing. They insisted on charging a flat rate of $650 to remove a toilet and run a snake, a job that my handyman and his helper accomplished in 1.5 hours the next day. How can they justify their prices? As a General Contractor and owner of apartment buildings for over 20 years I have used a lot of plumbers and although capable, they are extremely expensive.

So typical, my water heater stopped working on the 4th of july. I figured that I would at least call around and try to get a plumber out. After trying 7 different companies, most were closed or booked up, I found Falcon Plumbing. My water heater wasn't leaking so I didn't know what was wrong. They sent out Mike. Mike found that the thermo-couple had gone out, it was a old water heater that will need replacing, but he was able to fix it for $150. I was really amazed. They just wanted me to promise to call them when the water heater goes out, he said it wont be cheap, but will try to take care of you when it's time. A+ for being open and not taking advantage of someone that doesn't know alot about plumbing.

Background nature of my water issue : I had a leak in my home which was evident every time I received the WASD's water bill. Over the last few years, I have called SEVERAL different plumbing companies to have this problem resolved. A plumber would come, change a toiler flapper, replace a faucet etc and would assure me """"there were no more leaks"""" and the issue had been resolved. Then came the next quarterly bill and the bill would be higher. Again, I would call another plumbing service and on and on this went for over 3 years. This last time I contacted Falcon plumbing. The SHORT VERSION of my review is as follows [in case you dont have time to read below at length]. They are simply the BEST at what they do. I will now use them for all my plumbing issues and for the other reviews which state how 'expensive' they are : I would say they are completely competent AND professional, have a different type of pricing structure, and if you want to have no more plumbing issues' or headaches, as in my case - their fees are fair to have the problem repaired once and only once. Peace of mind is priceless and they guarantee the work performed. Their goal is simple: to solve the issue and to make sure their customers' are pleased and satisfied with their work. PROS : They do not have an answering service who is useless when one calls. I spoke to Wendy, who is one of the most professional people I have ever spoken to. Not that this is indicative of the quality of service they provide but I am at least assured they are willing to LISTEN and schedule someone who will do a thorough job and not be in a rush to go to their next job. I scheduled an appointment in 2 days. Could have had it the next day, but the repair job was complex and required one of their plumbers who was best qualified for what the work entailed. I was contacted [as requested] by Adonis [plumber who went to my home], and he informed me he discovered the outside leak issue and also did a thorough examination inside of my home. [really makes me think of all the past money I wasted on calling previous plumbers who were either unwilling or unable to locate the source of the leak I had.] Cons : There ARE none. I have read all the reviews here and many folks are complaining about their services being .Expensive ? To have a dependable, reliable, on time, EXPERT plumber such as I had go to the home locate the source of the leak, repair it and have this issue resolved ONCE and for ALL correctly. The cost was not 'expensive'. They do have a unique pricing system in that they do not charge by the hour - they charge by the job - regardless of how it takes to do the repair. I was taken aback at first by this concept, but having tried so many other plumbers in Miami, and after having been gouged for 'hourly rates', [AND travel time], I thought I had nothing left to lose. I am SO glad that I went ahead and decided to give Falcon a chance. I only wish I they had been my FIRST call. side note : I am an extremely busy person (as we all are) and while I always read what other people have to say before I hire a company, I never make the time to write a review. THIS TIME I am making an exception not only to share the experience I had with Falcon Plumbing, but to also provide a better perspective to the folks who said : Falcon was too expensive on Yelp's web site. I have had a LOT of experience with plumbers, too much in fact, but the buck stops here with FALCON. Without sounding like I work for them [I do not], I will say that anyone who is looking to have a plumbing issue(s) resolved, I strongly suggest to contact Falcon FIRST - then decide. There's a choice : you can pay less with another company and chance it, or pay for a professionally done job and not have to worry about it ever again. For the record : They do have stellar reviews on Home Advisor and in the Yellow pages. They ALSO have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau [I checked], and I dont think the same can be said for all other licensed plumbing companies. I say with absolute proof : NOT all plumbing companies are the same, and FALCON stands far above the rest. The proof is in the WASD bill I just received from Miami Dade. [my service call was done on March 20th, 2013, but I waited until I received the next quarterly bill to make sure my issue was truly resolved and I could write with absolute certainly. My water leak woes are now officially over, and if you seek professionalism, quality, dependability with superior service, FALCON PLUMBING is the company to call.

I had a broken water line in my first floor ceiling and called Falcon at my neighbor's recommendation. Adamo from Falcon showed up very promptly. He was super nice, very neat, clean and efficient, and cleaned up after himself. At first the cost seemed a little high, but then when the repairs were actually done and I saw what had to be accomplished, it was a fair price I believe for the repair. Again, it was very prompt, great service.
