We called Falcon to fix a few issues we had in the house. As it turned out, two of the issues were non-issues and we weren't charged for them. The other issue was promptly fixed and Christ, the plumber looked up pricing from a book which I much prefer other than having some random number quoted. Additionally, we used a coupon from their website which took $30 off the cost. They are BBB rated A+ which shows they are a business to be trusted. We will not hesitate to call them the next time we need a plumber.

I had a broken water line in my first floor ceiling and called Falcon at my neighbor's recommendation. Adamo from Falcon showed up very promptly. He was super nice, very neat, clean and efficient, and cleaned up after himself. At first the cost seemed a little high, but then when the repairs were actually done and I saw what had to be accomplished, it was a fair price I believe for the repair. Again, it was very prompt, great service.

AWFUL AND EXPENSIVE!!!! After reading the positive reviews on Yelp I happily called and made an appt. The receptionist was extremely friendly and I was given an appt for the next day from 8-9am. On the day of the appt. I did not receive a call from the technician until 9am to state he was in traffic and would be late. He did not arrive until 10:30am. After explaining I had 3 leaky faucets and 1 leaky toilet he presented me with an estimate of $850 for all the work. Only $80 of it was for parts, the rest was for labor as he was charging labor for each individual item instead of once for the entire visit. I told him it was way too expensive and was only interested in fixing my leaky toilet for now. He stated he would knock off the $150 charge for the toilet and do everything for $700. I told him it was still way too expensive for such simple work. Needless to say after $150 and an hour's work, the toilet was already leaking the next day. When I called the company to complain they stated they would resend the same technician the following day (again between 8-9am) as it was their error that the toilet was not properly fixed. The day of the second appt he had not arrived by 10:30am. When I called the company, the receptionist apologized stating the technician had a """"family emergency"""" and was supposed to have notified me. When I said he had not, she quickly said she would have him call to see when he could arrive. When the technician called a few minutes later he merely stated """"I'm sorry."""" No explanations for his lack of professionalism. When he finally presented himself at 11:15am, again there was no explanation. I pray he fixes the problem so that I do NOT ever have to use this company again!!!! I don't know if I had the misfortune to have an unprofessional and bad technician but at this point I am unwilling to give this company another chance. Use at your own risk!

I had used Falcon Plumbing once before and was happy with the service and the price. I used them again for a stopped toilet in my master. It took the gentleman 5-10 minutes from front door out including payment. I was charged 198.00. I called and was told that they had a fixed price. I will not use them again. But the young man who came was very professional and polite.

******STAY AWAY******* I recently decided to use Falcon Plumbing because I had used them in the past even though they were a bit expensive; however, that was a bad idea. The plumber came out and charged the standard diagnosis fee. On the day the service was supposed to be performed, the plumber wasn't available. He said he called, but I live in downtown Miami where I get terrible reception in my building. The plumber never left a message. So when I called him to find out where he was his response was """" I waited five minutes and you never picked up the phone"""". So I replied well, you didn't leave message? Maybe you can you come back. He said """" No, because I have two other calls to tend too"""" I live in a condo so there are restrictions regarding the times contractors can be in the building. I said """" I'll call 'Wendy' and have her send you back since I've already bought the parts and paid you and we have a contract."""" he said """"OK"""" so I called Wendy and apparently she was to overwhelmed to deal the phone calls she was getting and kept putting me on hold. Finally, the call got """"disconnected"""" and I called back and 'Ray' picked up. I explained to him the situation and he told me there was """"Nothing he can do """" . I said, yes you can, you can give me my deposit back. I also informed him that I never received the email with the receipt showing that my account had been debited. he said, """"Let me send you everything at once including a notification that your deposit has been returned"""" so I reviewed the email Ray sent. I never received the initial receipt because the plumber spelled my name wrong. I have a very simple name, so I'm not sure how that happened, anyway the email Ray sent was a garbooled mess. It didn't say anything. I'm still waiting for my refund. They took my money, but it's still not back in my bank account. I called back today and 'Wendy' said """"There was nothing she can do because Ray works from 8AM to 3PM (of course she couldn't do anything, I mean, she couldn't do anything the previous day so why should I have expected her to do something now?) That's my fault for expecting decent customer service. I also work during that time she advised me to call Ray, so it's inconvenient for me to track down Ray so I can get my money back. This is a very unscrupulous business practice and I will NEVER use their services or recommend them. My next stop is the BBB.

I would not recommend Falcon plumbing. I called due to a huge water bill. Their website states that they have many gadgets to detect leaks. The plumber arrived and changed the lid for the toilet. We looked at the meter and we saw that it's still running. I asked if he could use one of the devices listed in the website to find the leak but he said he doesn't have those. I still had to pay $90 even though the plumber told me there's still a leak somewhere in the house. (Obviously!) I called 4 times to see if they can send someone to detect the leak using the leak and deduct the amount I had already paid. They said they'd send someone on Friday and the person never came. Again, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Mission and a headache.

""""VERY BAD SERVICE TECH SCREAMED AT MY WIFE"""" Called for a water leak ($195), technician (Ralph), came in stating that needed to change pumps on toilets $150 I agreed, when he chanced it, said that my toiled on second floor was clogged, said that needed to run the snake I said ok, that was another $150, then when when I was not looking don't know what he did that my shower was not running and started running water he said I need to run a snake from the roof that was another $400, my wife and I told him that was working perfectly fine before he came in, he started yelling at my wife and had to tell him to lower his voice, he kept yelling at my wife saying (you think I broke it, you saying I broke it, I'm doing this for 30 years,), I said just tell me what I owe till now ($697) and leave my house, the next day I called and Lindy (owner or manager), said Im very sorry this happened to you and company will reimburse with $195, you will get a check in approximately 4 to 5 business days that was over 22 days ago. I called today and Lindy said I don't remember what you are saying just called after corona virus is over.

Problem was solved, however they are expensive!! Over $300 charged to unclog the main drain line; slightly under 2 hrs of work, 1 person. The guy did show up on the agreed upon time and the issue happened on a saturday. There are cheaper option s out there be sure to shop around so that you don't get """"hosed""""!
