Absolute horrible service! I have never been treated so poorly before. Wendy from their office didn't even have the decency to call me and work out a misunderstanding I had with the plumber. The plumber, Eric, just called me and refused to show up for his follow up appointment to fix my water heater. I called the office to express my dissatisfaction with their service and was YELLED at by a man. I was in shock! He even had the nerve to throw in my face that they didn't charge me for the initial consult to """"diagnose"""" the problem which wasn't even the right diagnose. That was their choice to not charge me, not mine. Regardless, I thought it says """"free estimates"""" in their information does it not? I don't know how they operate a professional business. It was an absolutely horrible experience and I would give them zero stars if I could. Please don't hire them. There are so many other reliable plumbers in this city that have more respect and consideration for their customers.

I recently used Falcon Plumbing to replace the kitchen facet and fix a bathroom toilet. Our repairman was Giovanni S. He was prompt and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Giovanni even insisted on cleaning up any mess caused by the repair. I would recommend and use their services again. We have been a customer of theirs for a few years now and have always had good service.

The worst owner in customer relations!! Appointments are not followed though!! They don´t care to loss customers and business!! Owner in very high stress manners, very disrespectful!! STAY AWAY!!

Horrific experience. Refused to break down cost and labor until I threatened to sue. Even then they charged me over 800 to """"repair"""" two leaky faucets in shower and kitchen. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Get an estimate before they show up!!!!! Their pricing is astronomical, and if you decide the quote they give you when they get there is too high and don't want to spend that, they charge you $75 just for coming out. Had they let me know how ridiculous their fee was to change a drain I never would have had them come over. So they don't let you know and when you are shocked by the quote they bill you for coming over. I am so angry I actually gave them the $75 since they also never told me if I didn't have the work done I would be charged that amount. Never again!!!!! I feel I was really ripped off and it could have been avoided by being up front with their pricing and policies. If there was a zero star I would give them that. One is too high.

Quickly came out and fixed a shower that had been leaking for months. I was told by another company that it would require breaking through the wall and replacing the internal plumbing! The Falcon plumber told me that yes, it could be fixed that way and ultimately might have to be. But he was able to pack the leaky connection and it's been working well for a few months now. Very happy with their service, and the price was more than fair. The folks were friendly and helpful from my first phone call to the moment he left with the job well done.

Great company to work with. Every time I've called them, they were able to come the same day and even provided a call 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. I did try calling other companies and they cancelled on me, so I was happy that this company has always arrived around the time they estimated. The dispatcher and the plumber were polite and explained things well. They weren't the cheapest, however, they are licensed plumbers so I believed the prices to be fair with that consideration in mind. On different occasions their work required them to make a mess and they did bring in a shop vac to clean up. One time I had a problem with a slow sink drain and they actually took the time to show me how to fix it on my own the next time it happens. I had called them for something else and was pleased that they didn't charge me for the time to fix the slow drain.

HORRIBLE !!!! These guys rescheduled us several times. Finally a technician made it out to the property and totally misdiagnosed the problem. He had diagnosed a toilet leak, unfortunately 2 months and $1,000 later the leak persisted. Upon which we contacted them on several occasions to try and send a technician out again to retest. We were then told on numerous occasions that the technician was busy on another job but that he would call to discuss. We waited several days and finally after approximately 10 phone calls into their office we got a call back from their technician. Apparently this guy was in a very bad mood after being told to return our call. And started yelling at the top of his lungs and dropping F-Bombs after every other word. This reaction from a supposed professional company was so unbelievable, i have never experienced anything like it. We now have an even bigger water bill and have had to hire another company to properly diagnose the problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst company ever! Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged for basic services. I called them to check my gas water heater and all the technician did was turned on the city meter. He charged me $215 to turn the meter from off to on!! To top it off he did have any change and I had to give him an extra $5.00. The technician did not spend more than 30mins in my unit and charged me over $200.00...this was a horrible experience!
