If you need any service that can be done by Faith Plumbing & Air, make the call. They are prompt, professional, and personable. I called them early, before business hours, to repair a water heater failure. They called me shortly after opening to get the model number etc... the parts were found and an evening appoint was set. They arrived on time and completed the repairs. Saved me several hundred dollars compared to the cost of buying a new one. Good People!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Cesar is very competent, kind, and personable. He showed up both times exactly on time as scheduled and stayed as long as needed to complete his work. He was forthright in telling us what was needed and what we could ""do without"". He pointed out some issues that needed fixing (such as a loose gas pipe) but did not try to pad the bill by fixing it on the spot. His rates are fair and he is very honest. I heartily recommend Cesar for any plumbing repair or installation needs.

We had a clogged main line in our recently purchased old house. Cesar quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took time to explain the issue to us while very thoroughly clearing the clog from multiple drain cleanouts. Cesar is clearly an excellent tradesman with the honesty and courtesy of a true professional. His rates are very reasonable and his level of effort is above and beyond. i called Cesar out too look at our one year old water heater that had stopped working. He came out after normal hours to try and make sure my family had hot water for the following morning. A part had failed, Cesar even went to his stash of parts to see if he could get us up and running. We ended up having to order the part which was shipped next day and Cesar was there to install it shortly after. Thank you so much Cesar!!

Cesar is so great to work with, his communication is great, and he truly cares about his customers. He is very thorough in his work, and took the time to explain what the problem was.

Ceasar came out on short notice even though he was booked up to look at a water heater leak in my garage. It needed to be replaced and so even though it was after his normal working hours he bought a replacement heater and brought someone to help him and they installed and tested it that same day. I thought he was very careful in every step of the process and wanted the job to be perfect, which I think it was. He advised me about preventative maintenance to prolong the life of the new heater. I am overall very satisfied with his work and think it was a fair price, I will use him again.

We ran into trouble with another company and Cesar saved the day. The other company had misdiagnosed the problem and also had left wires unconnected, etc. With a dinosaur of an air conditioner and no model number or wiring diagram to be found, Cesar found out the issue was not the capacitors we were told and that we actually had burned though wiring and a very bad short. The problem looked like we would need a new air conditioner but he gave us a less expensive option that might work and rewired the whole thing and we have cold air! I am amazed by how quick, professional and honest he was.It is wonderful having someone you can trust. Thanks so much!!!

Cesar went above and beyond to fix a leak that eluded other companies. He was honest and diligent and worked even though it was 100+ outside. I received a very nice thank you card after as well. In a world where customer service is lacking this was a welcome and delightful treat.

They did a great job replacing the sump pump under our house. During the recent flooding they had to come inside the house to get to the crawl space under the house. They were extremely professional and careful keeping the inside of our home clean. They were also very economical in their prices. And really nice people to work with.

Will use them again when the need arises.
