Found Cesar on Yelp and he came right out.

He was brave enough to crawl under my house to assess the problem vs the quick fix of raising the carpet (which would never lay back down correctly). Found another issue while under house but a quick fix. Had him look at an HVAC issue and he's going to be fixing that as well.

Honest. Prompt, Courteous. Cesar is all of those and more. I will be calling on him whenever I need work done around the house.
