Cesar is amazing, whenever I call he is always available. He returns calls promptly and when he says he'll be there he is. Our gas fireplace went out and he cans in found problem and took care of it. I highly recommend Faith Plumbing and Air as the customer service is outstanding as the work is always timely.

Caesar came out and spent about a half hour checking out our toilet that overflowed and leaked downstairs. Since he technically didn't do anything (he said) he didn't charge us. I told Caesar it was his time he took to come out. He told me to just give him a yelp review. I will definitely be using Faith plumbing in the future!! Great customer service. Thank you Caesar!

Update 11/2019: Cesar has come to the rescue yet again for furnace and AC and water heater preventative maintenance. If something is wrong, or is acting weird, he keeps you updated as to what it could be and completes the task.

Again, top notch quality of work and professionalism, and very friendly as always. If he can't be there, he and his office keeps you updated as to why and never leaves you hanging or wondering where or why he didn't show up or will be late.

A true pro in his field.

Quick response to my call. My heater wasn't working. Cesar crawled up in the attic and checked the heater controls, fixed a problem. The thermostat was also non-responsive so Cesar replaced it with a good thermostat. I'm now warm and toasty. Thank you Cesar.

We choose the faucet we liked at the local hardware store, and Cesar installed it. He did a great job at a very good rate. The company is a Christian company and we like Cesar a lot.

Cesar and his team were wonderful. They came and assesst, and really looked at everything. Gave us a very honest quote. Then kept us informed the whole time the project was going on. He took pictures, showed us damaged pipes, and really helped us understand what work was being done and WHY it needed to be done. I had a problem with an AC system that had been installed just 3 years ago. I called 5 other places and got a recording at each. I left messages at all of them. Cesar was the ONLY one that answered his phone. He gave me a very reasonable time he could be here and kept his word! The others NEVER even called me back ! He fixed the problem in just minutes and then checked out the entire system. His price was very reasonable also. They even sent a ""Thank You"" card for using his service! That is TRUE service ! It's good to find people like him.
