Rick is a life saver! No joke. I was having problems with my furnace and my son-in-law recommended Rick. The short story: I have allergies and couldn't smell the gas leak!
Rick did, shut down everything associated with the furnace. He saved my life. I have a new energy saving Trane. Smoke and CO2 detectors where they are suppose to be. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Rick.

Highly Recommended for HVAC services. Rick is very educated and informative on HVAC systems. He never tries to up-sell you anything, he is very honest about the work needing to be done.

I have used them for HVAC services, at my personal home and at one of my rental buildings.

HVAC services are quick, prompt and very reasonably priced! Rick is always readily available and on time. He always gives us a 2 hour window for work and arrives either a few minutes early or within the first 15-30 minutes of your scheduled work.

I am giving them one less star, as I found their plumbing quote to be quite high for one of my rehab-flip projects for a tank-less water heater. I will try them again for plumbing in the future and hopefully it will be more competitively priced.

Rick is a lifesaver! We woke up this morning with no heat, and - literally - 15 minutes after we called, Rick was at our front door to do the repair. Our furnace is old (really old) and he still was able to fix it, find parts (raced to his warehouse to find a valve that we thought he'd have to order), and had heat back on within hours. If you need a repair, call him FIRST! You won't regret it.

Vince just left. We like Vince. This wasn't the first time he's been to our house, but it is the first time we had to pay him. About 18 months ago we noticed that our upstairs shower was leaking and showing it in the ceiling below. Vince came out and gave us a cheap DIY solution to try before ripping out sheet-rock to replace stuff. That was not forgotten when our kitchen sink's drain pipe decided to fall apart last night. I called around 7:30 this morning, and got an answering service, I think. So I was a little worried when I hadn't gotten called back by 10 or 11. But right around noon, I got a call from Vince. He was able to come between 2 and 4. Showed up right around 3, completely replaced all of our under sink plumbing by 4. Fantastic. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest, but they definitely aren't the most expensive, and the work looks top notch to me (better than what we had). 18 months ago we had other plumbers come out and estimate $600 and $1,100, but Fairway gave us an option that we could try for about $10 first. That and this quick response and beautiful work have won our loyalty. Thanks, Vince, and Fairway Plumbing!
