Saw and his crew were very professional. He gave me a fair estimate that was lower than the competitors. He did a good job at installing plumbing for the washer/dryer upstairs in my small bedroom. He was nice enough to come out twice to give me an estimate and go over the plan of action. Saw even offered to snaked one of the pipes for free since it was backed up and full of grease.
Highly recommend them and would use them again!

Our AC stopped working the day before we left for vacation, it was so warm that we had to go to the airport HOURs ahead to get some last minute work done before taking off. I emailed a neighbor earlier in the day and she gave me Fairland's name to try, so I tried and was happy to be able to make an appointment on the day of our return. Min called to notify us he might run half an hour late and he did arrive very much at the new time. On the first check of the outdoor machine, he suspected the compressor was dead, then he checked the indoor system and tried something -- honestly not paying much attention as I had to respond to emails -- soon I felt the cold air was coming out from the vent. How nice! Apparently, Min figured it was the thermostat that failed to send signal to the compressor to work. Whoa, the cost is just the new thermostat and his labor. Min was very courteous throughout and explained things well. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this firm. I'm considering to get a service contract as my neighbor also has been using them for plumbing services.

Fairland gave me an appt at the last minute b/c i had no heat with a 5 month old baby in house.. I had an old thermostat change by a friend...he apparently did not know what he was doing and caused heat to stop working. I then called a company ""diagnostic Heating & Cooling"" to fix the issue that they did not fix and when I called him back he told he would have to charge me again. I then declined their service and decided to call fairland. They fixed the problem quickly, gave me a 90day guarantee and charged half of what the other company was charging.

I am the Head of Maintenance for an Apartment Community in Rockville. I have been using Fairland Plumbing for over 5 years. While we do most plumbing repairs in house, I do use Fairland for major drain clogs, water supply line replacements/ repairs and also for Boiler installation and repairs. I know when I call Fairland that I will get a fair price and profesional work. I trust Fairland enough that I sent them to my Mother's house to install a Hot water heater. Great Company and even better people!

This company is awesome and we will be using them for all our plumbing needs. Min and associate really did an excellent job making the repairs when we had a plumbling emergency. Our basement was flooded with water and he was the only one that answered the phone at 11pm Friday night. He showed up very quickly and they did a really good job making the necessary repairs at a very fair price.

Extremely upset with this company! They have horrible service. Installed a new until improperly, unit breaks down and severs technicians come out but can't fix it then I'm given the run around and this is all happening in 90 degree weather. Is no one there trained???

I have dealt with this business for multiple years. My furnace started working erratically and Fairland made a service call to my house on January 16. I specifially requested that no work on my furnace be done without a written estimate and my consent. After 15 minutes of working dowstairs, the technician called me down to look at the furnace. He told me that I should sign up for a service plan with Fairland because the only thing wrong with my furnace was a dirty flame sensor and he would have to charge me $185 for this call. After I protested the fee and lack of written estimate or permission to make the repair, the technician went out to his truck and wrote up an invoices for repairs that he did not make. When I called the office to protest, the office manager told me that they would not process my check, but would accept a replacement check for a lower amount. Needless to say, my original check was cashed by the company on Jan. 26. Illegal, unethiical and a gross abuse of client trust. Will never use them again and will never refer them again.
