Our sewer line had a clog between the house and the street. F6 rooted the line. The clog reoccured and they rooted the line again at no additional cost. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to F6, we are clog free. F6 is my go to plumbing solution.

Not worth your time. Tried to call them 3 times for over two hours and nobody answered. Asked our home warranty company to assign someone else. If there are problems getting them to answer their phones, I could only imagine the headache with a repair. Longest call was over an hour on hold. No excuses since they were open to schedule service.

These plumbers are the BEST! My double vanity was clogged and the previous company was unable to get to it so Shelby came down and she nailed it. I cannot say enough how awesome she is to get this complete after almost weeks of us not being able to use the sinks.
She spent nearly 3 hours finding where the pipes were to unclog the sink. Shelby spent most of the time in the hot attic in the smallest corner with her all her tools. Even when one tool wouldn't work, she found another way to fix the issue. Afterwards, she even poured some Thrift into the sinks to get the gunk that was clogging the drains to release. She even fixed another sink by using Thrift. Even after being exhausted with all those things she fixed my toilet tank with a new valve!
I cannot stress how awesome she is! For all the other reviews that say ridiculous things, people blame the plumbers for their home warranty companies that suck. Instead of getting mad at the plumbers that are just doing their jobs, maybe they should call their home warranty company and yell at them and write them bad reviews. Again, don't read the other reviews cause they are upset they have cheap warranties that do not cover anything.
SHELBY AND TEAM ARE AMAZING....PERIOD!!!!

I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I would NOT give them ONE STAR.
They were recommended through Home Warranty Company! They were to fix a garbage disposal in our home. This was not covered by AHS warranty company. We PAID them to install a new disposal. The plumber installed the garbage disposal but did not complete the job by replacing the hose. She said the previously installed hose was modified to fit the previous disposal And she could not hook it up but would have the warranty company send an appliance tech to do the job. I specifically asked if the warranty company would honor this as they declined to replace the disposal citing "secondary, incidental, indirect, consequential....damage." She said yes that should not be a problem. Well, you guessed it. It was a problem and AHS - warranty company wanted no part of that and declined to make the hose installation.
We tried contacting the company for over a week through phone calls and leaving message. No returned phone call nor did they answer their phone from my personal phone. I called from my wife's phone and they answered immediately. After discussing the problem with Ashley who said she would send the plumber back out the next day if we signed a form stating they were not responsible for any leakage moving forward from the dishwasher.
We again attempted to call back after just speaking to them no answer. Called from my work phone they answered immediately to discuss the problem, explaining that a cut hose that was now to short to reach to the disposal was the problem. The final decision was I could repair the problem myself after paying them 350.00 for incomplete work.

AHS assigned F6 Plumbing for my repairs. Scheduling was quick and easy. They arrived within their given time frame and were very nice and courteous. The 1st day out they were missing a part. The ordered the part and come out to finish the job within a few days. Danny is the best, very good guy and professional. The 2nd day he had TJ precepting with him, who was also courteous and professional. 5 Stars from me!

I'll skip my home warranty when I need a plumber again. At the very least I will not accept this one, F6. My warranty service sent them for a kitchen water faucet leak. I expected the old one needed to be replaced but the quote of $285. was a little high. I waited a week after they supposedly ordered a new faucet and called them. They said it wasn't in yet, and weren't sure how much longer it could be but the plumber who had initially come out also said he thought I needed a new shut off valve that would cost $265. So $550. would be my total since the warranty would not cover it. I waited another two weeks and went to Lowe's where I found a whole line of faucets to choose from. Bought one I liked, better than the one F6 would provide and called my favorite handyman, which I should have done in the first place. He installed the faucet for $100. and guess what, no shut off valve leak existed! $100. vs $550? This company will hustle you and then overcharge you. I don't know how they got a 2.5 rating. I give them a ZERO!!!

My home warranty assigned my claim to F6 Plumbing to fix a pipe that burst in my wall. The service call was scheduled for 02/27/21. I was beyond excited when they called and asked to come out on 02/21/21 as I did not have running water. That excitement quickly faded when the technician arrived. I was advised the home warranty would not cover if it was determined to be freeze related. Of course it would be as the temperature stayed below freezing for five days. This is something that could have been communicated over the phone when they called to change the appointment date. The technician cut a hole in my wall to find the pipe and advised the break was freeze related. The minimum cost to repair would be $650. I declined and paid the service fee for the hole that was cut in my wall and not repaired.

Home warranty sent F6 out and after running the camera for clogged toilets the felt it was due to tree branches and a slab leak and was wanting to charge $4,000-$5,000 to fix it so I called another plumber for a second opinion and he says not a slab problem and fixed it for $350. One Star

Unprofessional company. Paid for a service and they didn't do what was promised! Don't use this company.. Techs are not clean and doesn't wear mask either. Beware

Terrible, absolutely terrible. They try to gouge you on prices. Look at the attached photo to see the uptick in pricing they are charging.
$165 for a pan. $43 at Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/The-Plumber-s-Choice-30-in-Aluminum-Water-Heater-Drain-Pan-30AWHP/309163036
$85 for insulation. $26 Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/M-D-Building-Products-Water-Heater-Insulation-Blanket-R-6-7-04663/205129965
$140 water lines. $30 Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/SharkBite-3-4-in-Push-to-Connect-x-3-4-in-FIP-x-18-in-Braided-Stainless-Steel-Water-Heater-Connector-with-Integrated-Ball-Valve-u3088flex18bvlf/202685676
These are just examples but everything is over priced on the estimate. Even though these are the most expensive ones at Home Depot, these items are less than half the cost. I would have been comfortable with even a 50% overcharge but 400%? Do these people think people don't have Google?
Do not trust such a dishonest company.
Update: Second company the home warranty company sent quoted $629 instead of the $1,300 quoted by F6. First American is currently running an investigation into F6 about this matter and for overcharging.
