Had a water leak and F6 came out. Uriel fixed my toilets. The one in the master bathroom was constantly trying to full the bowl up so water was running all day every day. I didn't hear the water running.

I found Fernando to be very professional as he even tried to look at a less expensive options. Wish this options worked out-but also appreciate him discussing and trying them.

If you are looking for a reliable company who specializes in plumbing then look no further. My Tech was Micheal C. Prior to his arrival the company sent a electronic photo and brief description of the tech.
He arrived on time. He asked me question about the problem . He examined the issue. He showed me what was causing the issue and how it could be fixed. Within the hour he had repaired my plumbing.
He did a couple of test with me to insure me the repair was complete.
He reviewed the warranty with me and ask if I had any questions. And with a smile I was up and running again.
This is day 3 and my garbage disposal is still working.

Came out and fixed our hot water heater. They were friendly and worked fast. Had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. Recommend for sure.

I stated there was a faucet and pipe leak in my AHS work request. The Technician took a 3 minute look at the kitchen faucet and said that it currently wasnt dripping so there wasn't anything to fix. I suggested that it may be a washer or something simple to fix and he said its not dripping and to make sure I turn the faucet off properly. VERY insulting to my intelligence. I told him I had to move the handle around so that it doesn't drip. He didn't care and never did anything to stop the drip. He barely looked at the issue causing the pipe leak and never explored other possible issues. I was not pleased with his service. I called F6 plumbing to explain that I wanted a second opinion because the technician seemed as though he was unconcerned and wanted a quick fix. I told the technician I needed to understand how he decided so quickly what the issue was with the leaking pipe in the bathroom sink. He explained what he thought the issue was, however I'm not convinced and would like a second opinion. In totality, he spent all of 10 minutes diagnosing my issues. I spoke with the company BEFORE the technician arrived and explained what services I needed and they still got it wrong. When I called F6 to let them know about my dissatisfaction with their technician, they told me there was only one issue submitted. It clearly states in my work request that I have issues with the faucet and a pipe leak. I'm not pleased with his service and the lack of accountability from this company.
