There's not a star low enough to express how awful this company's service actually is, This company was assigned to me for service. The first time the repair person came out He had terrilble body ordor that made it almost impossible toengage hime. The plumbing matter was not resolved due to needing to order an additonal faucet. This took 3 months toget a return visit only for them to return same guy same ordor the faucet was the incorrect faucet.
We called and called the company and the representatives were rude and defensive. We purchased our own faucets and had them installed.
Recently I had a toilet issue and we were assigned the same company. I wasnt 100% sure it was F6 Plumbing so I ask the represenative had they been to my home previously and he could not verify they had been. Had I been sure I would have cancelled right away.I received a text that the repair person was on the way w/ a photo of the same stinky guy.. unbelievable its the same company. No problem I put my face mask on and texted my gate code and sat by the door waiting, This guys pulls up sits in the car on the phone for about 10 miniutes and drives away. I called and the company rep was not supportive nor helpful..... The service level of expertise is extremely poor. The customer service is also poor. I've currently filed complaints with everyone I can possibly think of in regards to this company. Please save yourself the aggrevation, wasted money and time by not using this company.

I understand that when dealing with a home warranty company, there are certain guidelines that have to be followed, but my experience today with this company made it fairly clear that both parties, this company and the warranty company, were looking for a way to make sure that the cost of the repair would be on the customer not the warranty company. And I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Quick to find where the leak was coming from & we really appreciate what a clean cut Fernando made in the wall since our tub didn't have any access to it. It will make repairing it or making a permanent access to it much easier.

I was assigned this company from AHS to repair my water heater. I was given a date and time. The Tech was running behind. He arrived at the end of the day and determined that a new water heater was needed. He went to his truck and came back and told us that to have my water heater replaced it would be over $1800.00 and I would have to pay half to secure a spot for the next day. He emphasized that he was a licensed plumber and he would have to secure permits. He was only concerned about whether we would pay the half to secure the spot and made a point to tell me the permit was $200.00 when actually the permit was only $50.00. Needless to say my water heater was not fixed and we have opted for the to fix it on our own. We were excited to learn that this was a Veteran owned company as my husband is a 100% T&P Disabled Veteran. Unfortunately all that glitters surely isn't gold. It's hard to imagine what else may have been overpriced. We will never know because the Tech didn't even give us a breakdown or an itemized list of what needed to be repaired. Totally disappointed is putting it mildly. Proceed with caution.

Fixed my garbage disposal. Gave helpful advice on how to maintain its upkeep regularly. Friendly and professional. Arrived on time and identified himself fully before entering my home. F6 comes highly recommended.

F6 Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield for an active leak. I was given a window of 8:30 am-5:00 pm, so taking the entire day off work, for a technician to arrive on Thursday. After no contact all day I called their office at 4 pm and was told that a tech would still be out that day. I receive a text at 4:55 saying Uriel A. was on his way. Uriel got to my house, stood next to the leak for about three minutes before returning to the van to call the home warranty. He returned a few minutes later to tell me that warranty wouldn't cover it, and quoted me over $1,100 to replace galvanized pipe. I told him that it looked like the leak was coming out from under the slab in a different area than where he initially looked, at which time he went back to the van to call the home warranty, returning a few minutes later to say they weren't going to cover it...having absolutely no idea what the issue actually was. Uriel was gone in less than 20 minutes without even trying to address the issue. He said that they would send another technician to perform a more thorough inspection (not hard to do) and provide a quote. No further contact from F6 the following day, all while water poured out of the ground. Maybe Uriel had a bad day, maybe it was the fact that they weren't going to get paid through the warranty, either way a poor showing and I would suggest finding a more proactive plumber than F6.
