I had F&M replace my old water heater and they did a great job. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. My earthquake safety brace wasn't installed all that clean prior, and they took it upon themselves to clean up that install as well.

After the replacement, I noticed I wasn't getting good hot water flow in half my house. Mike came back and back flushed all the problematic faucets, as my house had old pipes that probably got some debris clogged in the pipes when the hot water was shut off then turned back on.

Highly recommend Mike and the guys at F&M Plumbing!

My hot water heater had finally gone out and I was without hot water in my house for days. I called different plumbing companies for price comparisons for replacing my old water heater with a new one and didn't find any that I liked. I found F&M Plumbing and I really liked the info and price I was given to do the replacement. The plumber who came to my house, Jose, was very courteous and was able to replace my water heater in a couple of hours. Jose also made sure to let me know what to do if I had to replace anything related to the new water heater in the future. I would definitely recommend Jose and F&M Plumbing to anyone who needs their hot water heater replaced.

I have used F&M Plumbing for over ten years! They have been extremely responsive, do great work and are reasonably priced. Mike and Ray are extremely knowledgeable about repairs and the best way to evaluate/tackle a problem. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my house. If the problem isn't one that they can handle, they will also supervise the subcontractor from start to finish to ensure the job is done correctly and priced fairly.

If the ratings allowed, I would give them TEN stars!!

Coming home from vacation several years ago, we discovered water leaking from under the kitchen sink. The instant Hot/Cold tank had sprung a leak. Even though it was after 9 p.m., Mike the owner of F&M came out and fixed it for us, and later installed a new tank. Since then, I've been a loyal customer, using them for various projects in the bathrooms (valve stems, angle stops), toilets (flap assemblies, angle stops), and replacing the entire back yard drainage system that had become weed-clogged. Then, today Kevin replaced a tricky valve assembly in a leaky kitchen faucet, avoiding the need to buy a new faucet. We've been thoroughly pleased with their work every time. Our only suggestion is for F&M to add more a detailed description to the bills.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Kevin came out within 5 hours of my call. We have a tankless water heater and he fixed it. The guy we had the day before said I needed another one and it would cost us $2000. OUCH....
Well we didn't need a new one. It was fixed by this knowledgeable gentlemen.

We had a problem with replacing our old kitchen faucet for a new one as the old one was rusted in place. When disconnecting hot and cold water lines, one of the lines broke and we had to turn off the main water line which in turn prevented us from access to the shower and toilet in the bathroom. Kevin dispatched a highly skilled technician, on short notice, who worked very fast and efficient and for a reasonable cost considering it was an emergency call. We are very grateful for their professionalism, courtesy, quick repair without a long wait time, and great overall service. We highly recommend F&M Plumbing to all friends and family and would hire them again for any plumbing repair.

These guys helped fix a problem I had been having with my shower/tub for months. Another contractor told me it would cost $800 but F&M figured out an easier way to do the fix for just $200. My only frustration was that I didn't have a clear idea of what it would cost until after the work was completed. But fortunately it was a very fair price!
