F&M Plumbing managed to unblock a major stoppage from my pipes - and they did it with professionalism and a smile. It was no easy feat and they didn't stop until it was done. I value their expertise and their can-do attitude. Not to mention their amazing plumbing skills.

As good as it gets. My plumber was not available for an emergency (Pasadena area). I called F&M and Lisa got us an appointment right away.

Not only did the inspector spot what was wrong, but it was the actual cause of something that the old plumber had failed to spot and handle in three different trips. The inspector had the parts and fixed it on the spot and the price was more than fair. He even tested the work after we had thanked him and assumed he was leaving, wanted to be 100% sure, which is very professional.

I'm glad my plumber was not available, since I now have a new favorite plumber.

We have had some issues with our shower and toilet backing up. F&M have come out several times to try and fix the problem. The office staff is helpful, but the technicians don't communicate well, don't clean up after themselves, or let you know when they're coming or going. I feel like they half-assed and rushed through the job, as all they do is snake it, which is just a band-aid. I got a second opinion from Courtesy Plumbing, and they were great! He even resealed the toilet, to stop the leaking! The technician brought his own towels, so I wouldn't have to use mine to clean up the wet floor. He explained everything thoroughly and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He took time to make sure everything was working. I would not recommend F&M, after my experience with Courtesy.

Santiago came out to our house wishing 20 minutes of call. There were tree roots in the pipes. He fixed it quickly and efficiently . 2 thumbs up!

The business owner claims I came to some agreement? I never made any agreement nor got anything for free. All details stated in my review are anything but erroneous. What is questionable is the tactics for posting your reply. Especially since you are calling me a liar and claiming there was some agreement which also never happened. Luckily for them, others have had better experiences with your company.

I don't write a lot of reviews on Yelp but every now and again someone goes so far above the call of the duty that it's worth my time. F&M are those people. Three months ago we called them with a leaky shower faucet. They fixed it that day. That alone should merit them a 5 star ready. Great people. Great service. But then three months later the shower started leaking again. They came back, the same day we called and fixed it. No charge. No quibbling. Nothing. These people stand by their work. And that's why I am writing this review. A++++. Thank you.

Our condo HOA prefers F&M plumbing as they know the in's and out's of our complicated plumbing lines. Minus the initial frustration in coordinating and communication of scheduling, I was satisfied with the final completion and overall service of work. Juan, Jesus, and Kevin (their supervisor) were great! They cleaned out and replaced my kitchen main drain line. The horizontal line was completely replaced in the garage and the vertical line hydro-jetted on Saturday morning after discovering 20 feet+ of complete blockage with years of build-up. Feels so refreshing and cathartic seeing clean free-flowing water after plumbing headaches!

There was a leak between the shared walls of townhouse and called this company for emergency plumbing services. Mike has his team were very professional and methodical in determining the source of the Ieak. I was updated every step of the way in what was happening with the leak and fixing the broken valve that caused it. Will repeat in the future.

Kevin and Miguel were so helpful when what started as a backed-up kitchen sink ended up being a plumbing problem from a different unit in my building. They fixed my sink, identified that the original problem was coming from elsewhere, and followed up with building management to let them know the blockage was not my fault to ensure that I was not the one who was billed. I will definitely be calling F&M again if other plumbing issues arise.

Kevin and Jose saved us today! At 5:30am this morning, my husband woke me to let me know that there was a toilet leak in the basement of our brand new home. Water was coming out from the base of the toilet and yucky stuff was coming up the shower drain as well. He had been mopping up water for the last hour, hoping not to wake me, but he needed help. I went on Yelp and called as many 24/7 plumbers as I could. Many didn't answer, since it was so early in the morning, or didn't have availability until later in the day. I really needed someone who could come out right away.

I called F&M, and I love that they have a 24 hour answering service. I was able to speak to a live person who took down a description of my situation and passed it along to one of their technicians. Kevin called me back within 30 minutes and was able to meet us immediately. He was professional and courteous and figured out the problem right away. He called his colleague Jose to bring over a large snake. They taped down plastic runners to protect our carpet, then ran the snake through the pipes under the toilet, and then they did the same with the shower drain. All the water cleared, and they even helped us clean up the gunk in the shower and gave me a little bottle of organic disinfectant that I could use to spray the shower with after I did a final cleaning.

Before Kevin left, he gave us recommendations on next steps for identifying or installing a clean-out for our property so that if this ever happened again, the water would not back up into our bathroom again.

The cost for today's visit was very reasonable. We were so happy and relieved that the problem was resolved by lunchtime. Since they're in Pasadena where we live, we will definitely keep their number and will be calling them again for any other plumbing issues we have. From other posts, it looks like they also deal with water heater issues.

P.S. Found out that this is a family run business and that Kevin has been doing this for 30 years. All their guys have a lot of experience. If you want experts, no need to look elsewhere. They've dealt with it all. Support locally owned!
