I had a situation happen the other day ... my main line broke ! Oh no ! It was on ordeal to say the least ! However, F&M we're there to access the issue the same evening and fixed us up the very next morning ! So grateful. The men were honest, friendly and efficient when making the repair. When done they cleaned up very neatly and we're fine fairly quickly considering the size of the repair. Thank you F&M !

My sink was leaking. They came to my home in 20 minutes from my call, figure the problem out, and came back the next day to change out the faucet. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Called in the early morning and was given a confirmation use between 1-4. By 5 no one had shown up of called. I asked what happened and no definite answer could be given. Won't make the mistake of calling this place again as my time is just as important as theirs.

Our main line backed up and Jose, Ramon and Tim really saved the day. While installing a 2-way clean out, they discovered that our cast iron line had deteriorated so badly a simple tap with a boot broke the outer shell exposing the inside. They fixed the clog, installed a clean out, dug out a trench and replaced about 10 feet of the corroded cast iron with new ABS. We are so thankful and grateful that such a great team of guys got the job done in only 1 days time! I would definitely recommend this company. Now we are up and running again with great drainage. On top of that they took great care not to do damage to our irrigation and gas lines and even carefully pulled and replaced the grass in neat patches. 5 stars all the way for above and beyond service!

Our shower backed up Friday... it drained overnight.
Saturday after I took a shower, it did not drain. I meant to call the plumber but got busy, but it drained overnight & again I forgot.
Today...I took a shower and... it did not drain again...
I used the restroom before going to the free music in the park at Memorial Park in La Canada.
When I came home after about 3 hours... the floor & the mats in the bathroom were soaking, it looked like the tub exploded black stuff all over & the toilet too!
What in the world happened?

It was now about 8:30 pm. I looked for plumbers near me, and thought that I'd look for a 24 hour option...
F&M was first on the list and had many great recommendations. I called.
The answering service was a little awkward, but they took my information and the girl said that she had notified the company and I should expect a call shortly. I was working at home so about 20 min. went by and a gentleman called and said that he could get me help within the hour.

They sent a savior! JESUS! He was kind, knowledgeable and worked diligently.

He found a pipe under the kitchen sink and ran the huge snake for about 30 minutes, I flushed the toilet, ran the tub & the shower, but still the shower would not budge...
So he came in with a smaller snake and worked at the drain in the shower for another 10 min. and about 18 inched of what looked like a water rat came out...

Boom that was it!
JESUS SAVED MY DAY! And he recommended that I replace my fill tank valve on my toilet to help it fill quicker.

After some old foods etc had been poured down the kitchen drain -maybe the garbage disposal had not been running- the drain clogged... husband tried to fix it but it didn't work. Finally I called F&M Plumbing and they came just over an hour later. The plumber also called and notified he was running late. The professional plumber fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Yay!
