HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. We were with McGee plumbing for years. F.H. Furr bought McGee plumbing so we stayed with them. We have a yearly service agreement.
One of our toilets was running so we called them to come out and fix the toilet. The insides of the toilet needed to be replaced. $275, expensive but we wanted to get the toilet fixed. The plumber that was sent out suggested that we replace the insides of our other toilet to be proactive so we agreed.
Several days later, the toilet that never had any issues started leaking. We called F.H. Furr to send a plumber back out to see what the issue was. The tank was cracked. Again, never had an issue until the plumber with F.H. Furr touched the toilet. They wanted $1,100 to replace the toilet. Wow!! That is a ridiculous price.
Spoke with the manager at F.H. Furr who told us that the fracture in the tank happens. I have had many toilets in many homes and never had an issue. Once their plumber started working on it had a problem.
Went to Home Depot and replaced the toilet and installed with a Kohler toilet for $473.
I would use any other plumber besides this company.
It is a shame I had to give them one star. A zero star would be more accurate!!

Well I really wish I would have read the reviews before contacting this company. A simple fix has turned into a nightmare that is about to become a civil court issue. The tech unhooked the water line from the toilet, noticed that the valve didn't stop the water completely. He then decided to cover it with paper towels like Adam sandler in big daddy and then not mention a word to me. Was told I had to put grout around the toilet so it should stay off until that happens. Next morning there is water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen from the water the tech left running. The tech came back out 2 days later, took photos, said it's in his bosses hands and that he will call me by 3pm, this was a Friday. It's now a week after the incident and im STILL WAITING for that call from the boss as the water damage continues to sit in my ceiling. I did call in on tuesday and requested a update, which i was transferred to the supervisors cell and was sent to voice mail. So i left a message, a lot of good that did, 3 days later and still....no call. They have until tomorrow before the courts get involved. Also even with all this, stupid crazy prices.

High prices and when I challenged the rice they lowered it a little, so obviously didnt give me there best price first. 626 dollars to change the wax ring to one toilet. I said no and did it my self

FH Furr refused to issue a refund for work they failed to perform as outlined in their proposal and for the subsequent damage this caused to my home. I reported this issue immediately and repeatedly without resolution. FH Furr technicians and additional contractors confirmed that the work wasn't performed.

Made 2 separate trips to have a Moen Flo valve installed in our condo in Ocean City, both times the technician didn't show up. The third time I received a text message at 7:40 am, ""your technician is on the way, should be there in 30 minutes, didn't show up until 2:30pm. He started the install and said ""If you want it done the right way, it will cost you $400 more than the price I quoted."" How is that even remotely logical? He finished the install and put the valve before the main water shutoff, not after as the Moen instruction manual clearly states, The manager told me that is a suggestion, and not necessary.

Very poor customer service, and even worse craftsmanship. Stay Away!!!

Albert Carracino, Came to my house and fixed a problem that other technicians had cause. He answered all my questions. I'm very happy. If it wasn't for him I would have problems because of other technotions. When people come to your house to fix your furnace or something else they don't need to sell stuff.They need to be there to work on the problem. At the end, it cost me money.

HVAC Spring AND Fall Technical inspection. Horrible scheduling issued. They cancelled at the last moment twice, one hour before appointment), did not show up twice all reschedules were 4 to six weeks later.
