I use EZ Plumbing for everything. All of their plumbers and very nice and courteous and get the job done right the first time. I've talked to Leonard on the phone and had Mike, Gabriel, Ryan, Robert and Steve out to my place. They are very tech-savvy when it comes to scheduling and record-keeping. Thank you EZ!

These guys were pretty amazing. It was not an easy job to say the least. but they came together and got the work done.
They replaced my hot water heater and did a bunch of re pipe work and installed a new pressure regulator. Mike was very knowledgeable about what was and wasn't up to code so I felt very confident having him there to supervise the gig.
And there was also a really nice guy named Steve who was just a work horse, he never stopped working and was very patient with a lot of my questions.
One thing I noticed was no matter how much work needed to be done they never had bad attitudes and with me that goes a long way . Not to mention the water pressure is now amazing

I will defiantly be using EZ again for all my plumbing jobs.

Thanks again Steve and mike for not leaving me hanging!

Yesterday my kitchen faucet literally exploded in my face! I got one of the mailers which, frankly, I usually toss only two days ago. EZ sent out Javier a great guy and excellent plumber. He took care of it for less than I had expected. Thanks, EZ Plumbing! Great job.

We've used EZ Plumbing a few times, they've always been punctual and attention to detail. Our toilet was leaking, so we called EZ Plumbing for help. Avoid this outfit! They came out to my house to do hydrojetting and said they couldn't do it. Then they talked me into having a piece of sewer pipe replaced that was, according to them, blocking the line,for $1250. They said they replaced the section of pipe, but then abandoned the job when I told them I didn't want to do further work that would cost $8000. My lawn sat with a trench several feet deep for over one week, before they contacted me again. By then, I had retained a competent plumber who did the hydrojetting, and told me that the pipe EZ Plumbing replaced was done incorrectly on good pipe. The second plumber did the hydrojetting and backfilled the trench, and I didn't hear from EZ Plumbing for another few days, after the job was properly completed by the second plumber. They still wanted their $1250!

I would give them a zero star review if I could. Like many others here, I was referred to EZ Plumbing and Rooter by my home warranty company. They came out to clear a kitchen sink blockage and tried to cable it but were unsuccessful. They then quoted me $4300 to re-pipe the kitchen sink line since they couldn't find the blockage. Needless to say, I called another plumber on my own that had EXCELLENT Yelp reviews for a second opinion. Fix All Plumbing came out this morning, ran the cable and cleared the blockage in about an hour. Saved me $4100 dollars.

This is the worst in service we have ever experienced. we fully agree with all the negative reviews on this site and just wanted to add our warning to others who are considering using them. This business should be out of business as a positive for society. Try to get someone else; if you have to use them, well, you've been warned.
We had a simple leak to repair from the bathtub faucet; Robert came out and then argued with us that there was no leak!!! ( the water from the leak fills a 3 liter basin nightly). He then offered to decrease the leak (the leak that wasnt there) by decreasing the water pressure to the whole house at which point he told the warranty center we need to change our water pressure regulator (money). he then left us with poor water pressure through the whole house, about 1/2 what it was causing our toilets to take about 3 minutes to refill, and our kitchen washer to be out of commission.
Oh yeah, we still have the leak. I see they've done this to other people as well. Well, hopefully you wont need them but if you're smart enough to see the reviews first (which we obviously didn't) use someone else. Well, this is my first negative rating in Yelp; hopefully it will help someone avoid going through what we went through.

I work for a Property Management Company. I have used EZ Plumbing before. I called them this morning at 8am reporting no hot water at a property. They told me someone would be there between 1-5pm. I told them if they could send some sooner that would be great as it is a 12 unit building. At 8:45am Ozzy called and said he was on site. He troubleshot it, first step was replacing a part. He was able to locate a supply house. He left to get the part and do a quick job on that side of town. He than returned replaced the part and now it is working!! Ozzy was fantastic.
