Had a leak in our bathroom, water dripping downstairs in our neighbors bathroom. Had these guys come over to trouble shoot, pulled the toilet and was advised it was the wax seal, opted to replace the toilet also since it was old. $455.70. The next day had a leak again, called and they came back out (now its Saturday and double the labor charge) was advised it was the Angle stop valve, had that replaced $310.49! Called the rep said it was $190.00 for the part (it's a $10 part max!) the rest was labor. Asked to talk to the manager and ""he wasn't there"" Called the following Monday and ""he wasn't available"" and was told he would call me back, never did. AVOID THIS COMPANY, OVER CHARGES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

had an issue where someone in my building must have turned everyone's water off, could not figure out what it was, we called other plumbers and no one could figure out what had happened. We called EZ and they were there that day and figured out that someone had turned the valve for the cold water off and were able to just turn it back on, were super professional and very nice and explained a lot of plumbing terms to me that I didn't know. Would definitely hire them again.

The workers are unreliable and irresponsible. I called to make a complaint about one of their workers who came to my house and started ruthlessly yell at me. He was supposed to fix my kitchen sink that I am still unable to use because of various reasons. Then, he began to blame me for his own mistakes in front of my neighbors and finally left. So I did what any person would do. I called the company and a girl name Michelle picked up. I started to state my concern when she all of a sudden started to yell at me. I was only trying to reason with her until she hung up on me. I felt very displeased by their behavior. A few minutes later, the company manager, Mike Mesropian, called me and started to tell me everything I was doing wrong. I tried to ask for his and Michelle's full name, but he refused which is very disrespectful on his part. Any company manager is obligated to give out their full name because it should be company policy. They never apologized for their cruel behavior and seemed to have justified their disrespectful conduct. Never use this company for your own good.

While the owner Mike said he did fix the skylights, that is true but he left the boiler unit damaged and not hooked up correctly, as well as the skylight door was left unrepaired and there were other issues such as the wiring being exposed to the elements, etc. We had to contact the manufacturer and get another A++ rated company to finish installing the unit properly. Even the manufacturer was shocked and dismayed at the quality of work (which was NONE) done by EZ Plumbing. (We also reported this terrible work to the LA Inspectors office, because it was supposed to have been approved by them and the supervisor was just as shocked at the sign off) As I said in my original post, BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I did report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. We have spent thousands since to get the unit up and running correctly. Well worth it as we didn't have to deal with EZ Plumbing. Unprofessional, untrained, CROOKS! As so many others have stated in their reviews.

I had a great experience with EZ plumbing. out toilet backs up quite often and my husband was out of town. called them and the girl answered the phone was nice. she had them come right away and done in about 15-20 minutes. Thank you EZ

It's hard to believe I gave this company five stars a month ago. Even though the first technician ""Jeffery"" did not show up until much later than the appointed time. He said, ""I got lost"" you've got to be kidding me! He said he would be back the next day to replace a valve on the toilet. He did not show, and this time the excuse was he was still doing a job for another client. So I informed Michelle I did not want to do business with Jeffery anymore. They sent over Angel and he replaced the toilet valve in my personal townhome. I was please with the job he did as well as the price. I was so impressed I recommended them to our HOA. A basic pipe cracked in the garage, and they wanted what I felt was an unreasonable rate for the repair. We got another estimate, and the job was done for half of what EZ Plumbing estimated. Yesterday we received an invoice from EZ Plumbing for work they did not do. I also received invoices for work done in my home that was paid for. They have a bad habit of wanting to give invoices after a job. That's not the way it works, and I never signed off on anything. I contacted Michelle who I said was courteous and professional in a previous review was anything but this time I contacted her. Although I was in communication with her throughout, this call she wanted to defer me to accounting. I'm not going to waste my time on the phone, and the HOA is not going to pay for job they did not do. After giving us a ridiculous high estimate to repair a basic pipe, I informed Michelle our HOA would not be doing any business with EZ Plumbing. For those of you that wish to do business with this company, I wish you good luck!

I have been looking for a plumber to come out to fix few leaky faucets and stuck tub plunger. The plumbers I reached out to will never show up, until I called EZ Plumbing. Michelle was extremely friendly and professional. Before the plumber came out, they sent a text with his name and picture w/eta. Antonio came on time and did an amazing job! He came assessed, gave me an estimate, and completed the job - all on the same day. The price was fair and I could not be happier!

We had an issue with our toilet leaking. Our landlord reached out to this company. It took forever for them to respond. Once we got an appointment they canceled on us, due to booking issues. When they finally came the plumber was nice, but obviously not well trained. He said he wasn't sure where the leaking was coming from. He just sealed the toilet with 3 coats and bolted it tighter which cost us $310. That very night, the toilet clogged really bad. No amount of pludging or snaking made it work. And we haven't had issues with cloghing like that in the last 5 years. When we reached out to the company about the issue, they said it had nothing to do with their previous work and wanted to charge us another $125. We tried to explain the situation, but they wouldn't listen and kept trying to gouge us for more money. Overall, the quality, customer service, and pricing is horrible! Do not use this company!!
