We had an issue with our toilet leaking. Our landlord reached out to this company. It took forever for them to respond. Once we got an appointment they canceled on us, due to booking issues. When they finally came the plumber was nice, but obviously not well trained. He said he wasn't sure where the leaking was coming from. He just sealed the toilet with 3 coats and bolted it tighter which cost us $310. That very night, the toilet clogged really bad. No amount of pludging or snaking made it work. And we haven't had issues with cloghing like that in the last 5 years. When we reached out to the company about the issue, they said it had nothing to do with their previous work and wanted to charge us another $125. We tried to explain the situation, but they wouldn't listen and kept trying to gouge us for more money. Overall, the quality, customer service, and pricing is horrible! Do not use this company!!

I can not explain how thankful and happy I am with Mike and E Z Plumbing. We had a leak under the slab and it Mike was able to quickly find where the leak was coming from. The galvanized pipe under the ground was leaking and he professionally repaired it.
The price was extremely responsible and I highly recommend their services.

I will always go straight to E Z Plumbing.
It's extremely hard to find an honest and reasonable plumbing company nowadays. I've had issues with others in the past.

They all types of jobs from hydrojetting to simple kitchen clogs.

The worst plumbing company I ever deal with.
Unprofessional, the technician didn't know what he was doing...He didn't had all equipment required for the job.He sent all the wrong information and caused me to having my water heater warranty been void...
His supervisor called in, he was as dumb as his technician,even he backed up his technician (dumb & dumber)and keep telling me it is all the venting issue and they won't check water heater issue till I fix it. According to both of them the venting was not by the code,which after calling 5 times to manufacturing company and sending a picture they changed it and said ""oh it was a mistake venting it is by the code""..
