After looking at lot of the review on Yelp, I would have to agree that is company is "Extremely" rude and unprofessional. Our Home Warranty company also sent these people out, and from the beginning seemed bit shady. The plumber's name is Cody, and just like other posts, he was there for only 5 mins. Now we knew it was our Pressure valve (outside by our lawn). But he didnt run any proper test. Let me explain. He came out says its your pressure valve (we knew and agreed), says to replace it he needs to dig to get to it and would cost $350 or you do it yourself. My wife told him if its not a big dig that my husband would do it. So he left. We think since he lost the chance to score some $$$, he tried creating another bogus service request. He claims we need to change the pipes to, which would cost $200. We told our warranty company how would he know to change the pipes if he hasnt dug the ground. These people have "Extreme" X-ray vision. Charged us the $60 call fee and left. The Warranty company wasn't that much better. They said we would have to get a written letter form another licensed professional saying the pipes don't need to be changed. Definitely not calling them back ever again. Gonna look else where

If there was a 0 star rating, I would be giving it.
We had a root blockage that HydroJet cleaned. They verbally told me that they had looked with camera to see that it was clear but said no warranty because of tree roots.
Pipes were back to being slow within two days (I have receipts for all the drain cleaner that I bought to fix the issue post hydro jet), dishwasher backed up 3 days after that and three weeks after the initial server, a complete second backup with floods on floor through toilets and drains. Called back, took two days to come back, and refused to re-do the work as remedial. If they didn't do the job correctly the first time, they should be fixing for free. Period.
Cody was rude and dismissive. Don't call them if you are going to be having anyone other than your husband or male partner dealing with them.
Stated that I refused a camera option and so no warranty because of no camera line inspection. Invoice says "no warranty because of roots" not "no warranty because no camera line" which I would have called them on at the time as they told me that they had done a camera inspection. Certainly didn't say "no warranty because we don't care about doing our jobs properly and so will do what little we can get away with and then try to engage you for another round of expensive, ineffective service"
Save your money and call someone else.
FOLLOW ON: No idea if related to this review, but within 20 minutes of this being posted, HydroJet called, and was beyond aggressive. They called back and told us "you owe us money" - even though they chose to drive off before doing service and without asking for payment for non service.

American Home Shield sent this company out after my hot water heater died. I did not like their listing of "modifications" (which AHS denies to cover) such as: Co2 detector for $160.00, Permit for $200.00 (permits cost $50.00 if you get one yourself). I know companies have overhead - but gheez. Their total bill was at $1800.00 for the job. My house is not very old and their other listings/upgrades for a vent, insulation, pan, etc... would have been unnecessary to replace. I had a plumber come out and install my new heater and he stated there was no need for those upgrades. My total cost with the other plumber and the water heater was $750.00.

My home warranty company sent this company to my home for some toilet repairs. The tech showed up on time and that was the only good thing about my experience with them. They "repaired" one of the broken toilets that wouldn't flush. As soon as they left the toilet started running constantly. My wife had to turn the water off to get it to stop running. This wasn't an issue before the tech messed (I mean "fixed") the toilet. We called several times and eventually got a phone call back. We were told they wouldn't come back out until the next night. This didn't sit well with us and they told us to "find another company." WOW. Great customer service. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Take your money elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with my home warranty company.

Extreme Hydro Jetting & Pipe Inspection was sent to inspect and repair a plumbing leak at my Austin, TX property by American Home Shield home warranty company. The tech arrived, very young and inexperienced, and balked at removing the sheetrock necessary to inspect for a plumbing leak in the downstairs ceiling that had caused sheetrock staining. I finally got him to remove a piece of sheetrock containing a large water stain in order to inspect the upstairs bathroom drains. I ran water in the upstairs bathroom while he looked for leaks. He told me he couldn't see a leak and didn't know what else to do. He said he didn't know how to further diagnose my problem. He attempted to collect $75 for doing basically nothing and his machine couldn't process my card. He told me I'd have to call his office and relay payment info to office staff. If you use these people, you do so at your own peril. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

AHS sent these guys out to fix a couple of things in my place. They arrived on time, did the jobs properly, and weren't rude or sexist or anything else the reviewers here said. AHS denied some of the items they needed to fix - but that isn't the plumbing company's problem.

Great service, very professional. Derril came out same day that I opened my service request with home warranty. Diagnosed the problem, gave suggestions and taught me a thing or two. I highly recommend them, they have been at our house on a few occasions and have been spot on every time.

My home warranty company sent this company out to fix my bathtub leak. On the first visit the technician said that he was replacing the cartridge and he flushed the line and everything appeared to be fine. Later that evening I discovered that he had the cold water coming out of the hot side and the hot water coming out of the cold side. I called them to come back out a couple of days later. The technician fixed that problem and caused another one which again I didn't discover until later when we were running a bath that the hot water pressure was low. A few weeks went by and I called them to come back out for a 3rd time. I left 2 voice messages and no one called me back. Finally after the 3rd attempt a week later someone called me back, but they would not come back unless the home warranty company reopened the order even though their technician caused the low water pressure.
My home warranty company sent a new company out who was great. The new company showed me the cartridge that this company said they replaced and it was clearly never replaced or was used. They are also horrible at returning phone calls. Will never use them again.

A completely unprofessional company. Came into my home on a AHS call and walked in with dirty shoes. The plumber was abrasive and rude to the point of being confrontational. I asked him to be professional and he walked off the site. He then filed a report to AHS that indicated that the work that was pre-approved was not valid. I called the company and left a message to speak to the owner. No response.

Horrible company. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend to anyone to never do any business with this s**t company and especially never let them near your home.
