STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!!! The Plummer was a nice guy but his boss and owner of this "company" Darril was so extremely rude and unprofessional. I was forced to use this company with the home warranty that came with my house and still had to pay $250 for him to dig a small hole. The company scheduled five other jobs for my plumber to complete after fixing my water leak. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job because he had to leave to go to other jobs so for I had to go almost 3 days without water. When I called to complain about the job not been completed, the owner literally stated, "You are not my priority", when I told him, he was being very rude and unprofessional on the phone, he said well go use somebody else "bye bye" and hung up on me. His tone of voice and attitude was extremely rude. I was already extremely stressed about the situation, and he made everything way worse.
Once again, the Plummer himself was very nice. My yard looks super messed up now but at least he cleaned the mud off my porch. Anyways stay away from this company.

My home warranty company put me in touch with these guys. And I haven't had the best track record with the companies they contract with. However, Steven was very professional and helpful with my water heater. He went above and beyond what I was anticipating or expecting.

Contacted and spoke with owner about simple hydro jet of driveway drain. Nothing elaborate or broken/clogged. Owner quoted $1,200 and when I explained the job and said the price seemed high he asked " what's your budget?" ... I'm the the COO of a $60MM distributor with 100+ staff and do budgets all the time but never one for my driveway drain! We settled on $800 which still seemed high for a no problem flush out of my drain.
Two days before the appointment I was told I needed to provide 50% down payment in cash or
Credit card , problem was I was told previously a 3.5% charge would be added for credit cards ? They agree to waive the fee for the deposit ..... oh boy, thank you :) I asked if they could send an invoice and payment method ( PayPal,
Zelle , Venmo etc ) they said call the office and read your card off to whoever the office attendant is. BIG RED FLAG!! So I read the reviews more closely and their business model depends heavily on outside warranty company repairs which indicates they can't build a client base on their reputation and referrals.... Many reviews , albeit warranty clients, warn against shady practices and " bait and switch" tactics. I cancelled the appointment immediately as I don't trust a company that requires a 50% deposit via credit card and doesn't provide a secure way to provide that information? They could be writing it down on a cocktail napkin for all I know ! ( read " credit card fraud and risk" ). I called Abacus who is coming out tomorrow to actually look at the job before quoting. Dodged a big bullet....... Read all reviews as so many red flags

My warranty company sent this company out to deal with a leak in our water heater. Since we have two water heaters they isolated the one leaking and left the other one working. The next day the leak was worse and I called immediately. One of the technicians did come out and notice that a leak had not been missed in one of the pipes so he took care of it and left the one operating heater working. I contacted the company because it appeared that more water damage had been done when the water heater was isolated because of the missed leak. The business owner was extremely confrontational and difficult. I told him that I did not want to create an issue for him I was just trying to get this resolved. He sent me pictures of what his technician saw when he was at our house. After looking at the photos I agreed that there was no need for him to do water repairs. That same night the second water heater that was supposed to be working stopped producing hot water. It appeared that because we were gone for a few days we had drain the hot water and that The second technician may have accidentally shut off the water supply. I reached out to extreme and nobody called me back. I texted them and they did not respond that night. Finally I received a message via text telling me to file another claim since it was a different water heater even though they had worked on it. I called the warranty company and filed the claim and they sent me back to extreme again to repair the heater. When I texted the information to extreme they did not respond. I called them several times they did not pick up the phone. I sent the new claim number via text to extreme and received a response that they no longer we're willing to work on the water heater for me to go else where. The mark of a truly professional company is finishing what they start. This company is horrible and will leave you hanging even if the problem was potentially put in place by them. I would stay far far away.

I've been dealing with my kitchen sink not draining for over a year since I've bought the house. I've called at least 3 plumbers before we finally called Extreme Plumbing. First plumber said it was not getting enough air into the pipes and it's because I had one sink hole. Second plumber said it was the splash guard. Third plumber snaked it after my boyfriend had already snaked it. We finally call this company and they're the only ones who said it's probably grease. So they hydro jetted the pipes and a whole bunch of grease chunks came out. They also scoped it and found some more clogs. My bf then dumped gallons of water down the kitchen sink and it all drained with no issues. I'm so happy that this 1+ year issue is finally solved. I was really regretting this house purchase. I would definitely use this company again. They're extremely professional and also on time with great communication.

I had a leak in my upstairs toilet. They came to my house, said a new toilet was needed. After bringing in the new toilet, they said there was a problem with the piping and it would be a 1200 fix. I talked to a different contractor. The solve was $4. These guys are worse than a used car lot. I would steer clear unless you enjoy paying people for random work that's not needed.

My home warranty company, One Guard sent Extreme Hydro-Jetting and Pipe Inspection to fix my two toilets and my sink. The person (I believe his name was Avi) they sent over did an outstanding job! He came wearing a mask and immediately was able to fix the toilet in the master bathroom by replacing the valve in the tank. The issue with the toilet in the other bathroom was much more serious and he was going to have to replace it. Because it was a home warranty issue, they were initially going to have to replace it with a small inexpensive toilet. I asked him if I could pay the difference and get a a larger toilet because I have a husband who is disabled. He told me not to worry, that he would see what he could do about getting me a better toilet. He ended up using the money One Guard allotted him and searching both at Home Depot and Lowes to find me the best deal on an elongated ADA compliant toilet that was MUCH nicer than the one being replaced at NO EXTRA COST to me! I am so impressed with this company's thoughtfulness and caring attitude and the fact that their plumber would spend extra time and trouble to shop around for an affordable toilet that would help my husband. As to the sink issue, he was not able to fix it because of a broken part underneath the sink. Unfortunately, that part was not covered under our warranty policy so he had me speak with One Guard to explain why. He then said that if I wanted it fixed, it would cost me $30 for the broken part and $75 for the labor to replace it. I thought this was very reasonable, so I agreed to have it done. He then was able to fix my sink. never realized how grateful I could be for good working toilets! I highly recommend Extreme Hydro Jetting and Pipe Inspection and would definitely use them again.

My upstairs bathroom sinks and air conditioner condenser lines were backing up/clogged. My home warranty company sent Extreme Hydro Jetting.
I was nervous that they would try to upsell us on something that was not covered by our warranty, as I have seen folks complain about this type of thing with various plumbers servicing home warranty claims.
I was really delighted with the experience and outcome. Steven and Darryl showed up on time (they sent me a text with a tracking system so I could see where they were!). Very professional and polite. Wore masks and shoe covers without us asking.
They diagnosed the issue instantly, fixed the clog in about 10 minutes (by dismantling the trap and sending an auger down the pipe all the way to our main), and shared some advice about how and when to do preventative maintenance to avoid the issues going forward.

After reading all the reviews, I was a little weary when my home warranty company (OneGuard) sent Extreme Hydro Jetting to repair a leaky shower valve. I have to say my experience was completely different.
Avi, showed up early which was great since we had been without water for 2 days. He was very professional and was quick to fix the issue. I thought this would have been a costly repair but Avi had all the parts on hand and it was all covered by OneGuard.

They fixed the problem in 30 minutes!! I went 8 days without a water heater and it took the third different contractor to fix it! Awesome job and very impressed.
