David has worked on my home on a few occasions and has consistently delivered great results with above and beyond service.
The work has ranged from simple under the sink tasks, work on the main water line and a complicated toilet issue.
I was most impressed by the toilet replacement that had to be completed urgently. We discussed various options on how the problem could be fixed and was able to find a solution that not only was the least invasive, bu† was an option that was never mentioned by the couple other plumbing services I previously reached out to, and delivered at a cheaper price. David took the time to make sure the project was done right and was patient to answer every one of my questions.

Great and prompt service, was able to resolve our issue within 2 hours of calling them. Didn't shop around for pricing since the need was urgent, may have been able to have found lower pricing elsewhere, however extremely happy to have had the issue resolved so quickly.

David and his crew helped me with two jobs. When I wanted an angle stop valve installed, he listened to the reasons that I wanted a threaded connection and offered advice that helped my preference instead of going against it. He explained the purpose of the plumbing parts without talking down to me. He gave me an accurate estimate of how much each option would cost so that I could decide what I needed. 

In another occasion, he came to clean out a clogged drain. When I explained that the whole bathtub would eventually be remodeled, he refused to charge me for the pipe that was going to be replaced anyway. He let me observe as much of these processes as I wanted, and explained all the steps and options. I felt like he was truly acting as my ""plumbing counselor"", not just my plumber.

Broke the hose bib pipe. Needed to be fixed in the crawlspace with new copper pipe and a new hose bib fitted onto it. David answered my call and told me he could squeeze me in on the same day, (on a Saturday!) Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again.

David and Gil did a nice job with water heater and kitchen faucet change out. We had to return HD's damaged water heater, but David was able to go get a similar unit in less than an hour. Was nice to get hot water back in less that 4 hours. Thanks guys!

So we had a leak in a pipe before the cut off valve to the house. It was going to the yard sprinklers, maybe. David comes out looks at the problem and figures out it's a old line no longer needed. Fixes it in 10 minutes. Problem fixed, on with the weekend!

This is a very good company. The people are professional and honest and fair. We had our faucet leaking and they replaced it, the faucet started leaking again (because the faucet was defective) and they came out again and replaced and did not charge us.
