David was here in less than 1 hour, and the bad blockage was cleared in 15 minutes. David was clear with what he intended to do, and gave me a quote before he began work, even though I made it clear that he was authorized to do the work without a quote. I will add that I called Extreme after 6:00 pm, and my regular plumber was closed for the night. I will use this company again.

David is the plumber of your dreams. Responsive and kind, he won't overcharge you to fix a clogged sink within an hour of your call. The first time I called him, I was happy he could come over the next morning to fix our clogged kitchen sink. While he was here he immediately recognized that our drain and disposal needed to be replaced. But because it would be ok for a while, he kindly wrote an estimate for us without hard selling it. Well, we decided we needed it within a couple of weeks and he again immediately came to do the work. I agree with others that he may be undercharging, but for the average person, he is a godsend.

My bathroom sink started leaking (badly) and wanting to use a local business, I ""yelped"" Extreme Home Service, Inc. I'm glad I did. David from Extreme was able to come out in less than two hours. He was quick to identify the problem and quoted me a very fair price. As he was finishing, I suggested he might as well snake the drain just in case of a build-up. He explained that he hadn't found a reason for doing so and that it wasn't necessary. I was so appreciative of his integrity. He could easily have done it for the extra money if he weren't honest. He cleaned up the area and didn't leave a mess for me to take care of.

And finally, David was genuinely nice. I immediately trusted his abilities. I have found a new plumbing company and will refer Extreme Home Service, Inc. and David to my friends.

Thanks to David, I can use my sink again!

As first-time home owners of an older home, we were very concerned about our first plumbing issue that required the water to be shut off until repairs could be made. It was around 8 p.m. and after calling several other plumbing companies who either didn't return my call, couldn't come out until the next day or later and quoted an arm and a leg for repairs, we were relieved to have found Extreme Home Services.

David was professional, prompt, polite and reasonably priced. He explained the whole process start to finish and gave us advice for future reference. For as late as it was and how much work he does, David had a courteous attitude. We felt like he genuinely wanted to help. We highly recommend and will definitely call Extreme Home Services any time we are in need of repairs.

No job is to big or to small! I should have written this review over a year ago...Last year, David came to my rescue and replaced a 20+ year old water heater in my condo while were in the hospital w/ my newborn daughter. This was a big stressor in my life at the time as I wanted to get it taken care of before we brought her home. He came highly recommended to me by my neighbor, a flood restoration specialist, as they had worked together on several jobs in the past. David was very professional and gave me the best all around quote (labor and the American made water heater) for the job at hand after coming over to assess the situation.

Just recently, I had called him to see if he could check on a minor issue we were having with our sink. He happily took the time to come out and again provided us with excellent service. I am very thankful to have him on speed dial as I know he will be here if we need him know matter what how big or small the job is.
