Robert and Neil are so nice and professional. I emailed to Robert Sunday night, and he replied me right away. With giving a timely call/text on Monday, I was able to leave work for the installation. Neil did a great job. He installed with all new parts and helped me about the water heater setting. Robert was so kind for answering all my questions. They will be my plumber as long as I live in San Diego.

Neil installed a new 75 gallon water heater for us today. Also installed a new circulation pump and so we're hopeful that we'll have many years of trouble free hot water. He was on time, knowledgable and kept me informed as the project progressed.

I called them today to come out for a leaking pipe in our wall. They were on time, extremely professional and very honest!! That's so hard to find is the construction world these days.
He referred us to someone who can detect the leak.

Express was awesome

They showed up on time. Robert explained everything and went over the process
He and Donte replaced the Water heater with all new parts. I like that they put it on a stand and in a drip/spill pan with drain pipe.
Also replaced the pressure regulator valve.

Everything looks great.
And they did a great clean up job.

It's never fun having to do that as a home owner
But Express completed it in 6 hours and it was painless

I will definitely call them again and I would definitely recommend them.

After taking a tepid shower, we discovered that our water heater was leaking (thankfully, it did not have time to do damage), and while my husband was shutting off the water and draining it, I immediately called a couple of places that advertised they do water heaters on Saturdays. I got voice messages at two, but Robert answered the phone on the 3rd ring, and said he could be out in less than 2 hours to replace it. He was here in an hour and a half, and did a great job installing a new one, including a pan to catch any leaks in the future (I didn't even know there was such a thing) and drain them into the garage so they could not do water damage to the house. Before he left, he inspected the inside of the house really carefully to make sure there was no damage (there wasn't) and advised us that we would not have to call anyone for drywall repairs or mold mitigation.

After this experience, I would advise everyone to be sure to get a pan placed under their water heater to catch any leaks . We were lucky to not need a huge expensive repair to the house.

I can recommend Express Water Heaters without hesitation. Good job, nice guy!

Texted Robert last night around 1030pm when I noticed my water heater leaking in the garage. He called me back within 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem for me. I needed a new water heater. It has been 10 years or so since anything has gone wrong.

He was patient on the phone in the morning while I decided whether or not to go for it. He was there at 930am just when he said he would be. They finished up a little after noon since I had more water damage than anticipated. They cleaned the water up for me as well.

Robert is an honest and nice guy who stands by his work and the products he installs. I highly recommend him.

Awesome. Had received a quote that I thought was high yesterday, so looked on Yelp and found Express Water Heaters. Called at 7:30am this morning. Robert answered, very nice guy, gave me an immediate quote over the phone at a much better price than I had received from other company yesterday. Robert & Express was onsite by 1pm, and finished the replacement by 3pm. Awesome. Nice, professional, fair priced, and same day service....what more can you ask for? Thanks Express Water Heaters!

Robert to the rescue!!! My water heater blew at the end of the day so after turning off the water I was stuck. I called ""express water heaters"",. Robert told me not to worry he would get there sometime that night to at least get the w.h. bypassed so I would have cold water and toilets. He arrived at 845pm having already worked a grueling day! Nicest man youd ever want to meet. Hooked me up with water ,and promised to be back the next day.The water heater was delivered in the morning and shortly after Robert and his son arrived.First class is all I can say.The old water heater had been installed badly and not up to code.scarey I cant believe the difference in the appearance,and the safety features,new copper piping,water tray,pvc drain pipe,and the units overall quality.I am so happy to have found this wonderful company.I would recommend ""express water heaters"" to anyone.Its so nice to see a job done the right way!!!!Excellent, and real nice people too!!!

My mom was so happy with Bob's (the owners work), She loved his professionalism, timeliness and friendliness. She wishes that more home service companies operated like this one! He did an excellent job!
