Robert and Neil are so nice and professional. I emailed to Robert Sunday night, and he replied me right away. With giving a timely call/text on Monday, I was able to leave work for the installation. Neil did a great job. He installed with all new parts and helped me about the water heater setting. Robert was so kind for answering all my questions. Express was awesome

They showed up on time. Robert explained everything and went over the process
He and Donte replaced the Water heater with all new parts. I like that they put it on a stand and in a drip/spill pan with drain pipe.
Also replaced the pressure regulator valve.

Everything looks great.
And they did a great clean up job.

It's never fun having to do that as a home owner
But Express completed it in 6 hours and it was painless

I will definitely call them again and I would definitely recommend them.
