This man was rude, angry, and unhelpful. I am not sure why he is even in business. When I called my husband and he spoke with my husband he created a softer, nicer tone. But he acted as if he didn't like women and was angry to even be doing our installation. I would never use this man ever again based on the way he treated me as a customer. I bought 3 toilets from Pacific Sales, but I will buy nothing from them again if he is the installer because I would never allow him into our home to install anything.

I am very very pleased with the service I received from Express Water Heaters. Robert was on time, very professional and did an excellent job. Both he and his associate were very polite and thorough in explaining all that was being done and why. I have used other companies in the past but will only use Express Water Heaters from now on. Great job and they do it right! Came home Tuesday afternoon to my water heater leaking. Robert and company had installed a new water heater and were out of here less than 2 1/2 hours from when I made the initial service call. One more thing, $price was just as we discussed on the phone. Highly recommended!

Yet another 5-star review for these guys. On my suggestion, my elder son hired them for a shutoff valve (3), water heater, and pressure regulator replacement job. My sons and I are proficient do-it-yourselfers, but every truly successful DIYer knows when to ask for help. Robert delivers what he promises, when he promises, at the price he promises, and he and his associate definitely know their trade. You can't go wrong with them.

Wow! I had water leak in water heater that soaked the surrounding drywall in my garage. I got a quote of $1269 for new water heater with install. They also wanted to have another company come out to repair drywall and charge me another $450 to reinstall water heater once they were done. Robert came out and for $931 replaced the water heater and all its surrounding parts, reinforced the platform with steel stand, I am currently drying the barely wet drywall with a fan. What a deal and I got a good brand water heater and service being on time and done in a timely manner. Next I am going to have him install a new toilet for $175 flat rate. Yepee!

I was very happy with this company and would use them again. My water heater is located in the house and the staff took extra care to protect my hardwood floors. Installing in a home was $100 extra, but I was notified before they came out so no surprises. They arrived on time. They replaced all attachments to the water heater including: venting, new drip pan, reattached the earthquake strap, cleaned up the area and recycled the old water heater all for the same price listed on the website. Good Job!

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this company. Robert answered the phone himself on a Sunday, offered to come right out and replace our leaking water heater for a set price of $899, and also suggested we wait until Monday to save an $88 weekend service fee. He came out right on schedule (no 4 hour window!), did the job, and also told me that they are a full service plumbing company. One of the other reviews here mistakenly says they only do water heaters, but that's not true. In fact, he took a look at two of our shower heads for free and gave me advice on what my husband can do to fix them himself.

They also cleaned up the mess left by the leaking water heater. Class act!

I recommend this company to anyone who's looking for outstanding service.

We found a leaking water heater in our garage. It was a hassle that we did not want to deal with! We found Express Water Heaters online and gave Robert a call that evening and he came out first thing in the morning, on time! No 2 or 3 hour window arrival time here! Robert made everything so, so easy. He carries water heaters in his truck, had all the fittings, tools, and permits right there so he fixed it and about an hour later, walked us through the basic workings of our new water heater! What a difference from the other 3 major appliances bought elsewhere in the past year that when installed, they just left without telling us about it. Robert showed pride in his work showing us exactly what he did, what was changed, what was upgraded, how it works, and what to do in an emergency. No upsell, or waiting and all for the 1 price.

Pros: quick, on time, professional, friendly, no upselling!- nice to know before the work exactly what you will pay at the end! left my garage clean of the watery mess and took the old heater away.
Will definitely get Robert to do ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS in the future!

Best water heater available (I did my research- Bradford White is considered the best) with the best price to install it. Everything was included, just as their website claims. I shopped around and got much higher estimates from other outfits, and they were going to charge me extra for fixtures. Professional service and they cleaned up the garage, including the mess from the leaking old water heater. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.
