I called them and they came out the next day. I did not need any work done I found out, I just needed to clean the hair out of the drain myself in both showers. They did not charge me for that call or advice so I am going to use them the next time I really need something done. They work really hard there and by all the reviews you can tell they are awesome.

The wierd bad review down below they should just toss out, really! If you had a problem then go out there and tell them.

I am a second time user of Express Sewer and Drain. They are local, have very experienced and dedicated staff, and demonstrate a level of professionalism in their conduct not typically found anywhere.

I had a 20 foot section of a very old pipe replaced. It ran directly under my new HVAC pad and if I had any idea that both jobs needed to be done, I for sure would have done the sewer first! That said, Eddie, my tech (and a really good guy - low pressure, very knowledgeable) assured me that they would be able to cut a piece of my concrete patio, run the pipe under the HVAC and connect it on the other side with no adverse effects and then patch the hole in the concrete.

They did just that. I was super impressed with the quality of the help. They filled in everything, swept off the concrete patio (the whole thing, not just the area they worked on), and went above and beyond in several other ways too.

During this process I was able to talk to the owner, who is very hands on in his business, work with a true professional in Eddie, and experience the high quality of their help. Thank you for a job well done guys! Don't hesitate to call these guys.

i recently had Express S&D come because our main drainage line was clogged. I had never used them before, but reviews and grading on Angie's List were excellent. I can see why. Armando came out right on time, and assessed the situation. He showed me through his camera in the pipes what was going on, located the clog quickly, and got to work. He found a tree root had broken a portion of the old cast iron pipe and grown a mass of roots inside. He showed me every step of the way what he was doing, explained why, what he needed to do to fix it, and made suggestions of work to consider to avoid some problems in the future. He was very informative and friendly, worked efficiently, and did a great job at what I felt was a very fair price. I would definitely use this company in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

On a Sunday they came out and charged me the same as they would on a week day. They were here several hours and their rate was phenomenal! Eddie was friendly and I would recommend him and this company!

Wow, these guys were so incompetent. The only reason I even called was because of good Yelp and Angie's List reviews. They had to come back to our house 4 or 5 times to finally fix our problem. I am still not even sure all of it is fixed. Not good.

I called express sewer and made an appointment to have a clog in the main line cleared. I expressed that it was due to roots and that we needed them cut out. We were considering trenchless but it won't be in our budget until next year.

They sent out Andrey who came 30 minutes later than the appointment was made for. (understandable) I repeated the problem and also told him we wanted the roots cut since we can't afford a major repair for another year. He unclogged the back up and offered to show us on the camera the problem. It showed roots in the line with a small hole where he cleared the clog with roots covering the rest of the area. I mentioned we had expected the roots to be cut, he said he did cut them and he couldn't control how much it cuts and then wrote up a quote for trenchless saying they could be out on Friday. The next morning we had to call someone else because the system started backing up again!

I am very disappointed that the dispatcher didn't communicate and that the technician didn't LISTEN to our needs. We were budgeting to get the repairs done it's just clear that we will NOT use Express Sewer and Drain to do the repairs.

Within an hour of my call someone was there to take a look. Quickly evaluated what we needed (new faucet, old one not fixable) and gave us time to pick out a new faucet for him to install. Came back first thing in the morning. Despite having severely rusted bolts and other complicating factors that required heavy power tools to get out, he had it all in working order quickly. Coincidentally, and unrelated to the initial issue, the cold supply line sprung a leak only minutes after he left! We called and he was back in minutes to replace the lines. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency of the people at this company. Going to call them in the future for sure.

This company is amazing! We had a leak that forced us to shut off the water main to the house overnight. Called them at 7am and they said they'd be here by 8:30 at the latest. Got here early and were done before then! Max was really nice and explained everything ahead of time, and it was less expensive than I expected. These are my peeps for anything plumbing related from here on out. :)

Professional, polite, and thorough, Cory was able to clear the blockage in the drain. He also offered to run a camera down the line. When we found roots protruding into the line, he used a locator to find the approximate location of the line in the ground where the roots were penetrating. He recommended a free service from the county to determine the ownership of the pipe where the break was.

Had a shower back up due to a block in the pipes. It was causing the sink to drain to the shower. The whole thing was a bad mess. I called Express Sewer & Drain and they came same day. Armando took care of the blockage through putting a rod into it and pulled out a mess. He ran the shower and made sure everything was draining properly, checked the sink as well. He also cleaned up (rinse and disposal of major bits) the shower floor which I appreciated. The workarea was clean and he asked if he needed to worry about carpets, which he did not because he had booties). The price was fair and I got an Angie's List discount so all in all, it was good. Lastly, I asked about a toilet that kept running/draining and he fixed it quickly and showed me how to adjust a part in case it happened again. It was a minor issue, but one we were glad was not more serious. He was polite, professional and did a good job. We would call them again.
