I always gets at least three estimates for any big job that needs to be done on my house. Express was my third estimate. I just had a huge root snaked from my sewer line last week. My plumber suggested I get a company that deals with sewer lines to check out the lines. He doesn't do big work anymore.

Tyler, was fantastic. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. He confirmed what the technician from Affordable Trenchless told me on Tuesday that my sewer line was fine. Unlike what I was told from The Trenchless Company on Monday that my line needed to be repaired. Their quote: $12,000.00.

It is nice to know I have two plumbing companies I can trust. I will definitely refer these two companies to family and friends.

Thank you Max. You did a fantastic job clearing the outside drain. You are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. You explained what you were doing which was very much appreciated since I didn't understand how it all connected. You jetted it twice and showed me the inside of the drain with the camera twice. You are very thorough and described it well on the invoice. Plus you charged half of what the other company I called would have charged. I will definitely keep your number and call you when the need arises, because there will most likely be a next time!

Used them twice, they were great both times. First was for a sewer scope when I was purchasing a home, the second was to jet the sewer line and inspect standing water in drains. Both times they were able to come out within 24 hours.

After getting a VERY high quote from a large plumbing chain for work we didn't really think we needed, we have Express a call after hearing great things.

At that point, we were under the impression that we needed a major hydro jetting service and that our kitchen line had severe build up and blockages.

James called a few hours earlier than our appointment window to ask if he could arrive early - of course! He wore a mask and practiced social distancing which we were glad about.

James immediately took me outside to show me video of his camera inspecting our pipes. He proceeded to explore both my kitchen line and then the main line down to the sewer. Guess what? No blockages at all!

He told me he was glad we called, spent some time educating me on some plumbing stuff and charged a very reasonable hourly rate.

Will continue to use them moving forward.

I had been out of town and came home Sunday afternoon to find an exterior pipe that was spraying a lot of water. I called Express Plumbing and within an hour their technician Max was at my house. He fixed the pipe and also detected that I had another problem with the shut off valve. He came back on Monday exactly at the time he said he would and did the repair. Not only was there no extra charge for coming out on Sunday, but I was able to get a senior discount. Also, Max was very nice, professional, and presented himself well. Five Stars for Express Plumbing!

One star only cause I cannot choose ZERO. Needed a whole house inspection on sewer and plumbing. Called a few times to be sure it was understood we needed a whole house inspection because we were looking to buy the property. The technician Max only checked one portion of the house, one bathroom to be exact. Not the kitchen, laundry room or second bathroom. He said didn't have accessibility when asked why he did not perform a complete inspection. There are two access points in the back of the house in the patio and he never inquired about. Max also made a point to continue saying how was he supposed to know to do this a few times. You'd think we would get a whole house inspection when its asked for. He tried blaming our realtor since they were present but the work order should have been right, so why would he verify with a realtor instead of inquiring with us or the office. Plus, he only said this after we told there were access points he should have asked about. So was it that you could not find access or that it wasn't on the work order, which would have still been your receptionist's fault-she was also very rude. So he'd rather throw the realtor under the bus rather than find out where the miscommunication happened and resolve it. So no using these guys EVER AGAIN. If we wanted our money back we had to go through the owner, Bill. No thank you. These guys must get a lot of complaints despite the good reviews here cause they were QUICK to treat us the way they did. Also, they delivered the report late and only after we paid. If you are trying to close escrow and really want to try this company DO IT WAAAAAY IN ADVANCE AND BEWARE. Be present for your inspection, dont trust them to do it right. We are going through another company and will be present during to be sure it's done right. I will remember to tell people who NOT to use. All nice til the mess up, then they're full of bs.

Had a minor toilet emergency -- and really, whenever you have an issue like that it's not really minor -- and these guys came through like heroes.

Called at 12:40 on a Wednesday, dispatcher said they could have someone out between 1-3 TODAY, and in about 45 minutes a technician was here. Fixed our issue within minutes and then attended to another issue that was just a quick fix (for him haha) at not charge.

Can't recommend Express highly enough. They're not cheap, let's be clear....but more than worth it in our opinion.

OK, now I am not happy that I needed to call a plumber AGAIN for Thanksgiving. I was super careful this year, but because I am cursed I had a backup. However I knew who I would call again. EXPRESS to the rescue. Now, it was a Friday and technically a holiday so I was not able to use the coupon I found online. But still the service fee under $150 was well worth it.

That same day our technician showed up and started to snake. It did not work, and he took the time to figure out what was going on and we moved the snake and got the blockage to go and YEA water went down.

If you need plumbing help then call Express Sewer and Drain. Nice people, fair prices, and quick service. I TRUST THEM.

To be honest I had to call them in March 2019 so the picture is of that review.

I had an industrial-strength drain clog in my guest shower that was way beyond my ability to clear, so I gave them a call. They sent out a highly capable young man (Tyler) who got the job done beautifully, despite the gnarly challenge it presented.

From my first call to their office to the minute Tyler left my house,Express Sewer & Drain checked all the boxes: competence, responsiveness, friendliness.

And that they showed this old Marine a great deal of generosity and kindness (thank you Tyler, managers, owners!) on Veteran's Day, I am more than just satisfied -- ""grateful"" is the word that applies.

No wonder so many customers gush about these people.
