I cannot say enough about what a blessing this company and Sean was for me. I was told that my kitchen clogged drain could not be snaked by three different plumbers who said I would need to drill through my foundation to fix this problem. Sean came and snaked through the clog with no problems! I would suggest them over and over again! Thank you!!!!!

Needed to locate the sewer clean out. Tyler of Express Sewer & Drain arrived bright n early the next morning as scheduled. Promptly found the sewer line and potential clean out. Appears the previous home owner chose to mark the location with a tree!

Simply Awesome! Called at 5PM and Tech was at my home to clear a kitchen sink drain in just over an hour. Was quick, friendly and clean! I had the under the sink prepped (stuff removed) and he went to work and completely cleaned my drain in short order. I have had several companies come out to give me an estimate on replacing my shower valve. Instead of trying to fix it there suggestion was to re-pipe my whole house which will cost around $5000.00. I was referred by a Friend to contact Express Sewer & Drain because of the awesome experience he also had. So I set an appointment for an estimate. Armando Was the tech who showed up at my house right when they said he would be there. Instead of him trying to sell me on a bunch of stuff that was not needed, He told me to try a few things myself to fix the problems I was having before spending a lot of money. Come to find out I was able to fix the problem without spending a dime!! Armando was very professional and extremely helpful. I will be calling Express Sewer & Drain out to re-pipe my house when the time comes.

Wow, Max came out right on time, listened to the problem, told me the steps he needed to take, repaired my hot water heater in a flash, charged exactly what he said, gave me instructions before leaving and answered all my questions. What more could I ask for?

Recently Express Sewer came out to my grandfathers house and I must say this company is great! You always get worried about companies trying to get over on elderly people but that is definitely not this company. Thank you so much for being such a great honest company. Armando from Express Sewer and Drain is fantastic. What a smart and hard working man! Hired him on the recommendation of our realtor, Mile Highhill, to try to find the cause of a sewer line clog between our second and first floor main drain line AFTER Trailside plumbing not only failed to find source but wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to install a second sewer clean out for no reason! Armando removed the toilet, camera'd the line so we had proof of cause, removed soft toilet paper clog which was all hung up on a long nail protruding from outside framing wood of house into the main drain pipe between second and first floors. So this is the builder's fault! Armando also used a metal detector to locate the approximate position of the wall and pipe where nail was so the contractor could come out and remove that part of he pipe and patch it with a new joint.
To top it off, Elena in the office has been wonderful with getting us great documentation on the plumbing invoices so we can provide it to our builder and our insurance company. Cannot thank these folks enough for being top notch!! Caution buying a rebuilt home from any LLC, esp 39th St property LLC, and Cara Heagy, realtor, from Arriva Properties and Real Estate.

I scheduled an appointment to have someone unclog our kitchen sink, no one ever showed. I called and the employee said he would call me back to find out where our tech was. My husband called 15 minutes later and still no tech. We cancelled.

Had a water main break on my residence under my driveway. Left a voice mail to request a call back for their free quotes. Someone returned my call promptly and I was pleased. I explained my issue in full and he said someone would be out the following day for my free estimate. Received a second call today, the day they were supposed to come out and a different lady was on the phone. She asked for the explanation again of what was to occur and she advised there would now be a fee. I advised the man last night said it was free and I've already had a free inspection on the work to be done, so why would you now charge. She advised that's their policy for the work to be performed. I advised the gentleman said it was free on the same explanation and you are telling me I am being charged, if you don't want the work just say so. She said she did and there would be a fee. I thanked her for her time and cancelled the appointment.

We found Express sewer & drain service on Angie's list. Our outside drains were filled with dirt. Armando came out gave us an estimate for 2hrs work. He came back next day with a 2nd guy to assist. He is very knowledgeable and know his job. They flushed out all the drains and also found some we didn't know about and cleaned them. He is very nice and explains all work being done before, during and recommendations if needed. We highly recommend them.
