I had a problem with my septic system, and they were out within the day to get it repaired and my system working quickly. They had to stop for the night due to lack of light, but were back out first thing the next morning to finish pumping and cleaning out the tank. Neighborhood appliance Terrible experience came to my home the very next day I called looked at my machine and asked me where was the leak. The technician finally said it needs balance shocks so I paid $174.00 which was half the price than three days later i was informed the parts came an someone was in route which never happened. Then here comes a invoice with balance do immediately, I called and emailed however they've stopped answering and blocked my text. This pandemic is bringing all types of con artists to the table like anyone else i work hard for my money for this company National appliance just to walk away with my cash nonetheless I've reported this matter to a attorney this company is getting away with folks hard earned the technician even left running all over the damage cost me even more headaches..

I Called Express Plumbing after receiving a $300 water bill. They were able to get someone out the same day and he quickly found the issue. I had a leaky water pipe in my crawl space. The repair price was a little high but I also called on a Saturday afternoon and they completed the repair on a Sunday. I'm sure if I had waited until Monday and scheduled the repair it would have been less but who knows what other costs I would have incurred from the delay.

Called Express Plumbing & Septic as a second opinion. We had just paid another company over 2K, told we should be good with our field line issue. Well within 11 days, the water from the tank was backing up again through the basement drains. Called them back, they immediately returned and then stated the entire field line system needed to be replaced. If you know septic tanks, you know this is not cheap, quoted 12-15K. So we wanted to get a second opinion, so called Express. Well that was not the issue as stated, and they questioned they work the first company claimed to do, which we had already questioned to ourselves. (long story) We went with Express to do the work, the issue was a clog from the house to the tank and cost another $2500, the tank also had to be pumped since not done the first time by the previous company. They completed the work on December 17, 2020 and we've had no additional issues. Thankful we got a second opinion.

My septic tank went south, on a Friday afternoon, spoke with Wayne. he had someone out to my house in a couple of hours. They fixed it temporarily and were out bright and early Saturday morning to pump the tank out. I was extremely happy with the people and the work that they did. I couldn't have asked for better service or a more polite courteous bunch of people. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my Septic tank getting blocked every couple of months, causing me to lose $300 every time because other companies would come and just jet the issue hoping to unstick the block. I had Tyler and his crew come around and they got into the septic tank and assessed a slightly bigger problem, which the other companies hadn't bother to do. Tyler has now given me a much more long term solution and a lot more confidence in my septic tank. I would highly recommend them and will have them out again, however, I don't feel that there is now gonna be any issues. Thanks to the great work they have done.

Not sure about the work that was done at one of my rental properties but when I called to ask a question regarding the bill the owner was very rude to me when i asked why there was a $75 service fee, $15 gas fee PLUS $125 for 1 hour of the plumbers time, plus parts. $279 for less than one hours worth of work and parts were $64. Then he tried insulting me saying he doesn't think I have the money to pay the bill. I will never do business with them again and suggest you do the same. Plenty of other local options for less money and nicer people to work with. Do yourself a favor and call Harding.

Do not use this company! I am totally disabled in a wheelchair I called them on Thursday they came out Wayne the owner and tell me is $475 for this part the was in a plumber out in an for hour he sent two young guys out here to put a part on and it still did not they argue back-and-forth with me what to charge me 1300 to fix it after I already paid $475 this company play games they going to tell me to unplug the hot water heater and plug it up every time I take a shower Cody the worker and I'm totally disabled C-5 c6 spinal cord injury quadriplegic totally disabled Spinal cord injury in the wheelchair had to call my son over to talk to him over the phone m to explain to him there's no hot water in the master bedroom once again he refused to give me a refund and hung the phone up in my face Wayne the owner is a very untrustworthy, liar and they plotted to take a vantage of me because I'm disabled he knew the PC charge me for wasn't going to fix the hot water want to come up with all these explanation and the job is not fixed! The two guys plumbers walked all through the house instead of axing where is the Kitching where is the bathroom just to turn on the water and see if it's hot when clearly they could to say it to my son can you please turn on the water to see if it's hot in her bathroom they wanted to walk all over my house to try to calculate how much to charge me to come back and say oh we can fix it for 1300 or maybe $1000 these people are not professionals I still have no hot water running in my master bathroom bathroom In fact is worse my sink am I miss the back bathroom barely has any pressure is barely running!
