We had an immediate need for an established and experienced plumber. Express Plumbing had several good reviews and we really did not have time to entertain multiple appraisals. I will say they were good plumbers and were able to get us back to normal in less time than initially told. After the fact, we found we could have gotten this job done for about 70% cheaper had we entertained appraisals from other plumbers. Sometimes you don't have those options, but I recommend getting these 2nd & 3rd appraisals. Express was fairly honest on the FREE appraisal that included 2 Plumbers & a Plumber's assistant for installing a new water line from the meter to the house. Although they did a good job and completed in roughly 75% of the time estimated, they still charged the customer for more time than it took to complete the job. This was not acceptable. Express adjusted the original invoice down a couple of thousand dollars, but they really had no choice because they only used 1 Plumber and 1 Plumber assistant. Furthermore, Express offered a 5% senior discount that would have applied to us but they never mentioned it again and it was not on the final invoice. In the end, we were very happy with the work performed, we just had issues with being charged for time that was not billed properly. When you quote a customer a specific amount of time to perform a job, if you finish early the customer should benefit with a lower total invoice than initially quoted.

When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

This company was great they are like family they just don't care about the money they care about the people they literally made me cry because I had someone come out to fix a plumbing issue that charge me $800 and the issue was not fixed I could never get in touch with them again so I lost $800 this company came out and fixed the problem and yes it cost a little bit more but it worth it Tyler showed me that they not only care about the problem but also really care about the person literally brought me to tears I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs

DO NOT USE! They were hired to remove old toilet and install a nice new toilet; The Owner """"Wayne"""" gave my father the quote and set to go. Toilet was already purchased by my dad from Lowes. Quote for price was written and owner assured my dad the job would be done in one day. Mainly because both my parents are in their mid 80's and we need that bathroom. Some piping work had to be done as well. Plumber comes to the house and begins the work. About mid day plumber tells my dad he is called to go to another job? WTH???? Plumber had about another 2 hours to complete this job and off he goes. Again owner quoted job will be done in ONE day; and why not it was a toilet install. So next day plumber returns around 3ish to complete the work; however as with alot of plumbing jobs in OLDER homes their can be complications. Long story short- Plumber finished the job around 7ish that evening. SO OWNER decides to tell my father it will cost more bc it took his employee longer to complete the the job. My father contacted me and I told DO NOT PAY any additional amount than the quote installed. My dad told him """"NO, I'm not paying"""", the OWNER scream and cursed my dad over the phone. The owner has some serious issues to treat; 1st an older senior in this manner and 2nd- the OWNER quoted the price and quoted job will be completed in one day. THE OWNER created the over time for his own EMPLOYEE! so SERIOUSLY DON'T DO BUSINESS with them!

I had them come out to replace faucett in shower and they spent 1 hour and 3.00 in parts and cost me 400.00 to soldewr 4 pipes. They wanted 2500.00 to set a toilet pipe and tub pipe. They are totally a rip off and have yet to see if this guy's work is not leaking. He didn't even know the spickot fro the overflow valve. DO NOT USE.

Prompt, professional service. We had a blockage in the sewage line, which they took care of quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We appreciate the senior citizen discount, and will definitely call them again for any future problems we might have.

I had a problem with my septic system, and they were out within the day to get it repaired and my system working quickly. They had to stop for the night due to lack of light, but were back out first thing the next morning to finish pumping and cleaning out the tank. Very pleased with the service, professionalism, and quality of work from these folks - added to my contacts for all repeat plumbing and septic business!

Neighborhood appliance Terrible experience came to my home the very next day I called looked at my machine and asked me where was the leak. The technician finally said it needs balance shocks so I paid $174.00 which was half the price than three days later i was informed the parts came an someone was in route which never happened. Then here comes a invoice with balance do immediately, I called and emailed however they've stopped answering and blocked my text. This pandemic is bringing all types of con artists to the table like anyone else i work hard for my money for this company National appliance just to walk away with my cash nonetheless I've reported this matter to a attorney this company is getting away with folks hard earned the technician even left running all over the damage cost me even more headaches..

I Called Express Plumbing after receiving a $300 water bill. They were able to get someone out the same day and he quickly found the issue. I had a leaky water pipe in my crawl space. The repair price was a little high but I also called on a Saturday afternoon and they completed the repair on a Sunday. I'm sure if I had waited until Monday and scheduled the repair it would have been less but who knows what other costs I would have incurred from the delay.
