Very unprofessional company. I would never have used them based on the yelp reviews alone; however, they were contracted through my home warranty company. Nancy the receptionist is rude. I am sure she has lost the company several customers. The technician cancelled his appointment at the last second and the service was horrible. I would stay away from this company. There are too many good plumbers to waste your time with this company.

We had extensive aged damage to our pipes and toilet section of the bathroom. Plumber Louis arrived on time and very professional. After getting deep into it he has advised on all the steps needed to be taken short term (urgent) and long term (non-urgent, within 12 months). Performed all urgent replacements and services (includding procuring necessary parts) and adviced on the next steps. I could not have asked for a better service.
We will definitely call them again when needed!

WoW! I am so impressed with the level of service and expertise that Express Plumbing provided me. They fixed a complicated drainage problem with ease. Two other plumbers said I had to remove my master bathroom vanity so they could install a clean-out. This would have cost me $1,000+. But Express Plumbing's experienced guys - Tony and Mark - never gave up and collaboratively determined a viable solution for my situation and ultimately saved me a lot of money, time and stress. The company is committed to pleasing their customers which is why they are receiving my 5-star review. Thanks again guys!!! You rock!!!!

The first time my home warranty company assigned them to fix a shower leak it took 3 calls by me and my property management company to direct them to call the tenant to set up an appointment. Then when they finally made it to the property, days after I filed this as an urgent matter (water seeping out of the wall and baseboards) they closed the case and didn't give us an update. We kept calling to find out what they found the problem to be and they kept telling us the ""report"" was not ready. They promised me it would be available in 48 hours and it took us 4 days to find out what they uncovered the problem to be. I was told over the phone what the issue was, finally, never received a ""report"". The second time our home warranty company assigned them, only a week later, to look at an external leak, they again closed the case. They provided no information to the home warranty company and we have made several calls to find out what the issue is. Again, they respond by saying their ""report"" is not ready. I'm currently on the line as once again our property manager has been unable to get any update! This is the worst service I have ever experienced and my first yelp review since I want to prevent other people from going through the frustration. If I could give them a 0 start rating I would.

Fortunately, the home warranty company was able to get another plumbing company out to my place much sooner than the first company they lined up with me.

Benjamin came out when he said he would, both days. Benjamin has a very pleasant and calm demeanor making him a joy to work with. Also, Benjamin endeared himself by giving some quick advice about shutting off the water before going away for more than a day or two, to prevent flooding, which insurance companies don't always cover in those circumstances.

Would highly recommend this company and specifically Benjamin without hesitation.

John V. was a lifesaver! He called about 30 minutes before coming, and was on time. I had a leak that another plumber was unable to take care of - he said that I needed to remove a structural beam and basically tear out a lot of the wall so that I could get to the leak. It sounded like it was going to cost a ton of money. John V. came and found another way to take care of the leak. Wonderful experience with the company!

I had a broken faucet causing the water for my master tub turn on but not turn off and another plumbing service was unable to fix the issue due to being unable to locate the parts.

Express came to the rescue. Marc showed up, and even though I wasn't there he called me and quickly identified what was needed, had the right stem to fix the problem and got it working quickly.

He called me when it was done and left the place cleaner than he found it. Highly recommend this company for you plumbing needs.

Great service! Highly recommend! I had several companies trying to fix my air conditioner. Non of them could have figured it out and fix the issue. Express Plumbing was professional on every level. They fix the issue and even followed up making sure that everything is working fine!

After much confusion I was told I had an appointment 10-2. I contacted company at 1:40 to get approx arrival time, they couldn't reach the tech. 2:50 came and I hadn't heard from anyone; I called they were again unable to contact the tech, said they would contact him and let me know. No call.. . I had to call back was on hold for 15 minutes just to be told "" we forgot to put you on the schedule!""
I did read the reviews and hoped they were not true but they are.

Sal, Terry and the folks at Express Plumbing did a great job fixing the shower and drain problems in our new home. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, and on top of that they worked through issues with the home warranty company on our behalf. Now we can take showers without freezing or scalding, the new faucet/smitty plate looks good, and what we thought was going to be a big expense - wasn't so bad after all.
