John V. was incredible!!! His professionalism, follow-up and customer service is second to none. He was able to replace my hot water heater days before the first company could even schedule a service call to diagnose my problem. We have LOTS of hot water now, and no leaks.

Very professional and take care of customers very seriously. This plumbing job was dispatched through AHS warranty. The front office scheduled the appointment right after the workorder was generated. Then Felip called me 30 minutes before his arrival, and arrived as the scheduled time frame. Felip was very professional, diagnosed the problem, worked quickly to fix some issues and cleaned up nicely . Then he explained to me what parts need to be ordered, and what would be done for the next visit. The team at EPHR is efficient, honest, and professional. Great experience!

Chris Villa is the BEST plumber you will EVER meet/work with. He has been my plumber for more than 2 years. He not only ""knows his stuff"", (has been a lic. plumber for 15+ years) but he truly CARES about his customers! He is honest, helpful and goes out of his way to be sure all is fixed and working properly AND he has an AWESOME attitude the entire time! The reason I use this company is solely because of Chris Villa! Be sure to request CHRIS and you will never have to worry about your plumbing needs!

Two consecutive no-shows is not acceptable.
Scheduled an appointment and took the day off to look at a water leak inside the wall and tech dint show up, front desk rescheduled for another day. Again took the day off and wasted my time and money waiting on the tech who did not even call to say he is not coming.
Two days loss of pay because of these idiots!!
Don't even bother scheduling anything with them. If your insurance uses them - request someone else.
Bad business behaviour, will probably go out of business with this kinda attitude

This company is part of the network of contractors that my home warranty company uses, i'm more disappointed with my home warranty company because it took 2 days to get the busted water pipe under my house repaired. None of their contractors have weekend emergency services as far as plumbing services go. But i was very impressed with this company's tech John V. because i had a time window of 8am to 12n and he called me at 7:40 am to let me know he was on his way & would be arriving in 20 to 30 minutes. He arrived at the time he stated which i appreciated very much since my prior experiences with other companies technicians is they would always arrived about 30 mins to an hour before the deadline time and in some cases couldn't complete to job because they didn't have the necessary part that was needed. John V not only completed the job quickly, he had the right parts needed, he was professional, polite, & friendly to work with. If & when i need plumbing services again i will ask for him to come out and do the work. I will recommend John V to friends & family.

I am a HOA manager and one of my downtown San Diego properties had an AC unit fail. The building was sweltering hot and this very hot summer we've been experiencing didn't help the situation. I had called several companies asking for a service tech to come out and diagnose the problem and the booking time was over 2 weeks at every company. That's when I came across Express Plumbing, Heating & Air! They were recommended by another manager and when I reached out, they were able to get onsite in less than a week. It was determined the building needed an entirely new unit. Express got a bid to me within a day and the price was vet competitive. We accepted the proposal and General Manager Isaiah was able to coordinate the project installation within 2 weeks. One the unit was available, his team ran with it and worked hard to get the new unit installed ASAP.
Express Plumbing, Heating & Air has great customer service, good communication & response time is quick! Their efforts were very much appreciated by all those that live in the now cool building!
And from an HOA manger position, responsive service providers are what I look for when hiring!
I would most definitely use Express again & would recommend their services!

I had them come out to repair my ac and they did not fix anything. After the tech left I had a waterfall coming down my ceiling from my AC unit. I called the tech and informed him of what was going on and he refused to return after he had just left. Very poor customer service and professionalism. Would not recommend him at all. Total rip off!
