This company came out as part of a new homeowners policy. I had no complaints with their service. However, apparently they never charged the service fee that was part of the policy. 6 MONTHS LATER a charge shows up on my card. As I had not had any work done recently I reported it as fraud. This lead to having to change my card and A LOT of inconvenience as I use this card for other ongoing charges. If they can't keep up with their financials I have to wonder what else they are slacking on.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink on a Thursday. I contacted my home warranty company and Express Plumbing was assigned. I was able to schedule a technician for that very day. The plumbing technician cleared the clog and we discussed the best was to avoid it happening in the future. I'd give Six Stars for customer service alone.

I should have read these reviews before my home warranty sent them to me. My technician was in a hurry to leave as soon as he got to my house. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service isn't their strength. I strongly suggest a different plumbing service.

Luis was assigned to our home by our warranty company. He made an appointment with my husband and I was home for the appointment. Luis arrived on time and he actually waited until I returned from school drop-off. I called him to let him know and he was very understanding and was okay with waiting 7 mins for me to get back.

When I got back, he shook my hand when I introduced myself to him. I showed him the problem and described the leak. He immediately knew what the issue was and the cause. He went to his work truck and retrieved the part and tools to replace the failing parts on our water heater.

After a short time, he told me that everything was fixed. The leak was stopped, and I could smell the soldering burn smell from his work. I went to retrieve the warranty service fee that my husband left for me to pay him and he accepted it with a smile and I shook his hand.

He did tell me about thinking about a water filtration system for the whole house because I believe our city water is pretty filled with deposits of all kinds. He left the information with me and my husband and I are seriously considering getting it.

Overall, Luis is a professional and great at his profession. I will use this company again, based on the experience that we had with Luis. Many thanks to Luis for his excellent service and professional work.

Christian did an amazing job replacing my garbage disposal in 10 minutes! I am thoroughly impressed. Went through my warranty company and Express plumbing was the only provider in the area.

This company is absolute garbage. Read all the other bad reviews and you'll get the idea. I'm too pissed to even bother with the details, just know they have terrible customer service and they are slow as hell

Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that Luis would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. Luis didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.

The guy who came out to check the heaters for all four apartments was great - Mark. He is super knowledgeable and explains everything. BUT the company customer service is LOUSY. They do not return calls. I called many times for the first visit and no one ever returned a call. I finally got someone the morning of the visit. Now there is a second time we are forced to use this company by our apartment warranty service company. I have called for 3 days to change a schedule that they arbitrarily picked and no one ever returned a call. NOW the day is more than half over and I have no idea when or if the heater tech is going to show up. And no way to get ahold of anyone. I HIGHLY discourage you from using this company. PS I finally got someone on the phone at or after 4 pm who said they never had an appointment with us. But again no one returned a call. I had to keep calling to finally get someone (called 10 times in one day).

Answer your reply: No I am not confusing your company. I got the name wrong for the technician and it has been corrected. AND NOW one week after Mark said the heater should be condemned still no report to the warranty company so we can move forward. When I called yesterday, Rebecca said she had no notes at all. The warranty company said they are waiting on your company to submit the report/estimate. We are left hanging with no heater. We pay you to help us not leave us hanging.

This company needs to take a business management course. This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies that I have dealt with in the past 10 years. They really need to get it together. I have done some plumbing in the past. We got a leak under my kitchen sink, when I assessed it I noticed it was leaking from the garbage disposal, as well as the sink faucet. I tried to shut the power off on the two valves under the sink, but the cold water valve was broken so that needed to be replaced as well. When I called the company and told them what was going on, they said they needed to come out and diagnose it first. So they did, they came out and inspected it and it needed everything i said. They didn't have any of this particular garbage disposals on hand, also, the faucet was discontinued so they couldn't get parts to repair it. They needed to install a new faucet as well. At that point, you would think that they would at least change the cold water valve for me, but they did not. So they only way to stop the leak was to shut it off at the main valve in my garage. I have 5 children so I can not just turn the water on and off everything the need to use the restroom, wash their hands, take showers, do a load of laundry etc.... So they ordered the parts and put me on the calendar for an appointment the following week so I took another day off work to meet the technician here and then I get a call during the 4 hour window time from the technician, not even the business office. He stated that they did not receive the parts yet so he could not do the job. I called in at this point and let them know to please make sure that they have all the parts in stock before they call me and set another appointment because I missed out on two full days of work now. The lady that I was speaking to Rachelle said they should be in in a day or two and sorry for the inconvenience. Four days past and I have not received a call and I still have this leak under my sink at that point. I called back in Rochelle said sorry I didn't get a call back. They did receive the parts and put me on the schedule for Thursday. This was a Monday when I called in. Thursday comes around and my window of time was from 9 AM to 2 PM. I called at about 1030 to see if I can get a more specific ETA. Rachelle said he should be there closer to 1 PM at the later end of the window because he had a short job before me, and he was in a meeting. I get a call at 1 o'clock from the technician and once again, he stated that the parts were not in I called back and was being very politely, but also firm trying to get my point across that this was very important and that it's been leaking for three weeks and I'm constantly having to dry it up as well as it wasting a lot of water and money. I asked at this point if they can at least come repair the cold water valve under my sink to stop this leak since I was on the calendar for the day. At this point she seemed annoyed and just started giving me a very nasty tone and being very rude. I was explaining to her that it was unprofessional and that this is the second time that they did not have the parts and they should've never put me on the calendar without having the parts in and that I'm taking off of work each time and nothings getting resolved. I am currently renting this house so when I noticed a leak I called the landlord and they had to use their property management insurance to fund this repair. The garbage disposal is over $300 and the style of faucet is a couple hundred dollars as well so the landlord does not want me to purchase it and install it myself, he would rather pay the $100 deductible obviously and outsource it through this company. So I'm sitting here stuck for almost a month now with a leak that this company could not fix. Also, when i was speaking with Rochelle and explaining my wife was having to take dishes to the bathtub to clean she's said you need to have patience and if you don't have and call the insurance company back and request another vendor. So this secretary is not trying to be helpful or compassionate at all whatsoever, and is probably turning other customers away as well and losing the owner business. I do not think she has any business being in customer service with an attitude like this.
