Called by home warranty company to fix a leak under the bathroom sink. The pipe is old and rotted, but all express plumbing heating and air did was replace the shutoff valve (angle stop) with lots of tape. The leak will be back. The plumber, Viktor, was rude and condescending and of course charged the full warranty co-payment for 15 minutes of work. These people are rude crooks. I would never recommend their service.

I had Mathew out to my property to fix my AC & luckily the AC was just low on freon & he filled up my AC & I'm back to enjoying my summer with a cool breeze home. I would highly recommend Express Plumbing, Heating & Air! Worth 5 stars.

This is the second time I use express and the are by far the best plumbing service I have used, they called my 30 mins before my appt time, so I knew when they were coming and the tech was very clean, professional and knowledgable. I will always turn to express for my plumbing needs.

Worst service ever. They're completely unreliable. The plumber came and said he could get me a quote emailed to run gas line to my range and dryer. He said it will be high hundreds not thousands. A week goes by with no word from him. I called express plumbing ""let us discuss details with plumber and get back to you with a quote today"" another week goes by I call again ""oh we are waiting for manager quote approval will email you today"" another week goes by. I call again after being on hold for 15 min ""I 's going to be $2000 would you like that in email"" these people can't even provide a quote in time and can't get their stories straight. I'd never use them. Complete fraud company. My contractor is back in town next week said he'd do it for $500. They're really a rip off. Don't use these dishonest flakey people. They were sent to us by home warranty. I would have never chosen them myself.

Matt called when he was running late and came out and was really informative and helpful. It was through a house warranty so I thought his telling me what he was doing while he was doing it was terrific. He solved the problem- I think...we'll see after I run the AC likely this weekend. He was respectful, efficient and kind to an older gal who wants to know everything about her house.He told me some ballpark estimates on what next steps might be should things need to be replaced. All in all he was knowledgeable and polite.

I called to make an appointment for a new water heater and the gal that helped me I believe her name was Elize she was so very helpful very nice great costumer service. The guy who came to fix water heater his name was John very great work very efficient very neat. So if u need a new water heater or clogged drain pipes Express Plumbing is the way to go Just make sure to call Elize.

I recently had some water leak repairs done in my home. Express Plumbing Heating and Air was on time, did the job properly and professionally, and provided great and friendly service. Elize was very helpful and polite and she provided me with knowledge about the services they provide. The plumber was also very nice. He greeted himself, was polite, and did his job professionally. I will recommend Express Plumbing and use them again in the future.

This review is on behalf of my dad house since he doesn't have a yelp account. My dad was having a problem with his hot water coming out too slow and he made a phone call to his home owners insurance. The home owners insurance put a claim in that morning and almost immediately, he received a call from a gal named Katie at Express Plumbing Heating and Air to schedule a day to come and see what the problem was. Well having to wait at least 15 minutes for hot water and with our water shortage. She schedule him for the following day. Jonathan came out and said the water heater was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. Jonathan replaced it super fast and with a much better unit. My dad was completely satisfied with the fast turn around, installation and great customer service.

My dad also wanted to mention this company has fixed his central air two years ago. He was glad they still delivered quality work.
