Dishonest and Completely Unprofessional - Stay Away!

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before my Home Warranty sent them out. u
Unfortunately , I didn't, and I deeply regret it. From the moment I called, things went downhill. From the person on the phone and the person that came to our home, multiple lies were told, it was pure laziness on their part.

Every negative review you read here is absolutely true. Save yourself the headache and frustration--do NOT use this company!

Zero stars if possible, if I lied like they did, I wouldn't be in business, nobody wants to work everybody's lazy and they don't want to help the customer by doing the right thing they want to pass the blame.

This company was outstanding. From the owner Terry to the manager Mer, to the technician, Sean. Everyone of these ppl worked to resolve my issues with my AC and resolve in a timely manner. Shout out to Sean who replaced fuses, capacitor, and finally the Condenser motor. He worked tirelessly on my roof with near triple digit temperatures. I'm so thankful to Express and specifically Sean for all the effort. Thx so much.

I should have known from the beginning to not even try and do business with this company. From the lack of anyone answering to have a tech come out to get a quote to no transparency on a service fee. The tech couldn't even be bothered to try and get into the crawlspace to check the location of the leak. Then it took another two weeks of them claiming I was using my home warranty when they knew from the start this wasn't a claim. Upon being issued a quote with an outlandish scope of work and incorrect location of the leak I questioned them about it they make it sound like just because you can't fix it you don't know what has to be done, trying to cite they have pictures of the leak when you have pictures as well that contradict their quote. They will try and sweet talk you to trust them while taking advantage of people who may not understand an issue. Avoid this company.

Mark and Gustavo worked on both the bathroom jobs at our house. They were very professional, efficient, and patient. Mark came out and did the initial analysis and Gustavo came out and finished the job. The work looks great. We are very happy with the results and very appreciative of their hard work. Mark was very kind and explained the issue and Gustavo worked hard to accommodate us even though we had a crying baby to distract him! Thank you Express Plumbing Heating and Air

They were assigned by my home insurance to fix my swimming pool heater but Express plumbing just cancelled the call from their end without any reason. I had to call them and they informed me that their technicians are booked for upcoming three months! Which is hard to believe but I did because it was summer. Unfortunately my insurance company is very very slow ( thats another ylup review) so I had to wait for another six months. Just called them again in Winter yet, they have the same excuse, that they are booked for next three months. I wanted to play their game so I told them, it's fine. I'll wait just put me in your service book . Off course they couldn't so they pulled out the insurance card which I also figured out and told them don't worry, I 'll pay myself. Finally the lady on the phone said we don't take service in Spring Valley which is San Diego county where they operate!! Anyway, I don't think they are open for normal calls and business, instead they are just interested in hefty claims by selecting specific insurance cases. Don't wast your time.

They did a great job. They could have cleaned up a little better when finished but overall a good experience.I used my home warranty and would definitely call them again.

Assigned this company via Fidelity Home Warranty. They have an $85 service fee, but was upcharged for an additional $225 to add a wax ring and valve. Dishonest (other plumbers were way more reasonable), and will not be using this outfit. Stay away!

I had issues with my toilet was leaking from the bottom, I was greeted by Adrian he took a look and found the issue he put together a plan to fix the problem gave me a time frame to accommodate my schedule. Adrian handled the job professionally works in a timely manner and gets the job done right I will be using the company for future jobs.

Was assigned this company through Fidelity Home Warranty. Had an appointment scheduled for today from 8-12 for an AC Tune Up, which I planned my day around.

Never had a service advisor call or show up. I called the office line, was on hold for several minutes. Sent multiple emails letting them know no one showed up and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. It is now an hour past the scheduled window and I haven't heard from anyone.

Definitely cannot recommend this company.
