This company completely ripped me off during a very vulnerable time. It was a Sunday yes, so the only place to that will come, and thus charge you out the roof because you have no other choice. There was a clog in the downstairs toilet. When they came to the house they gave me a really vague description of what was wrong. They told me I had to hydrojet. Then said they were going to charge me for a clean out. They had me sign off on some weird bill saying what they were doing, which didn't make sense. bUt being in crisis mode, I just needed to get the problem fixed. They were unable to handle the problem completely and didn't do half the work they had committed to, yet charged me for it. I don't even know what they did to this day. When I asked them why they charged me for a full job that they didn't complete, they told me they explained it to me and I signed off on it. I felt really taken advantage of as a young woman in a situation I didn't know much about. After they left, I called a few other plumbers to ask them for a second opinion and told them what these guys had done. Every plumber I talked to said they ripped me off. I do not recommend this business. Even on a desperate Sunday. Email me and I'll refer you to someone else!!

They don't use blades on their snakes! Gigantic waste of time!

I'm a general contractor, I'm in the service industry. I've never experienced practices like this. What a gigantic waste of time. I have a sick kid, house guests, a backed up line and I wasted the whole day by making the mistake of calling this company.
The technician showed up and ran his line, while he was pulling it up he said ""sorry bro, you have a problem with your line"". ""yeah, that's why I called you"" I said. ""I can't get the water to go down"". Then he started telling me about the more expensive services that I should order. When the snake came out I saw that it didn't even have a blade on it. He refused to put a blade on and actually unclog the line. Refused to use the tools of his trade. On top of it he left sewer water splattered all over the house and
front porch. Don't use this company!

I had never been so satisfied with such service. My toilet was overflowing and when i called for help i was told within an hour a tech would take care of it...not only did he show up in less than an hour he also fixed my toilet within a few mins and the price was very affordable! I got his name, Adolfo, because i had never experienced such an amazing service..i definitely recommend this company

I have no idea what these bad review are talking about, because start to finish express was there caring for me and helping understand what needs to be done! Definitely will be sending my friends ad family!

I'm so annoyed I wasted my whole morning waiting for them to arrive. I called at 8.30am.. They said 10 am but probably sooner. I thought wow great I won't be stuck here and can get to my 12 pm appt in plenty of time.. Well cut to 9.30, 10.15, 10.40 I called them asking where he was.. They called back and said appt was between 10 and 11- well that's not what was originally promised but ok I have a bit of time, and since "" technician is on his way"" I'll wait ( thinking any minute the doorbell will ring... )
Well cut to 11am and still no one.. I called again and after being put on hold, they said he is almost there, 11.15 at the latest.. I'm sooo annoyed but I feel like I've already wasted my morning.. He will be here any second.. Well cut to 11.23 and still NO ONE!.. I called again and same guy says ""sorry would you like to reschedule??"" I said ""ARE YOU KIDDING ME.??""

Had an issue before going to work and called tech Alex came with in 45 mins on time and the issue was much larger than what was expected, needed the camera to see a major issue with roots from my tree's, so they were able to work with $$ me and my budget (Leo the supervisor) and fixed the issue 3 star due to price being higher due to being a large company, but work done was complete. ***Alex the tech is great I give him 5 stars***

We had a flood in our bathrooms on a sunday. I googled rooter and found Express Plumbing on the top of the list and called them. Arman the tech came on time, snaked through the clean out and pulled the branches that was causing the stoppage on our drains. All on a sunday, timely manner for $65.00. Thanks Arman and Express Plumbing.

Why is it that clogged drains only happen at the most inopportune time. I called another plumbing company and the best date I could get to come out and snake out my
drain would be sometime Monday. Needless to say I didn't use that company so I called express rooter
and I was able to have a technician come out the same day and they gave me a window of an hour when he would arrive and the technician name and he arrived well within that window. The technician went to work diagnosed my problem which was tree roots The technician took some pictures to show me. My problem has been solved and my dreams are flowing freely now within an hour of the departure of the technician I was called back and asked how everything went and if I am satisfied and yes I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of this technician. I would definitely use this company again.

It's difficult to find plumbing service on a Sunday. After about 4 calls to various companies with answering services, Express Plumbing & Rooter actually answered and was able to accept a service call for drain cleaning at their online advertised Sunday Special of $65. I was told a rep would arrive within 90 minutes. I believe Steven arrived in about 30 minutes. The van is well labeled and looksbto be in great condition. Which leads me to believe they care about their image and product. Steven snaked my main line drain in under 15 minutes.

I did read the Yelp reviews after I made the appointment. I was tempted to cancel the call, but knew what I wanted so I decided a drain cleaning shouldn't go wrong and it didn't. Steven never tried to upsell me or steer me into other services. I am a happy flusher :-) and would use Express again.
