Express saved the day! A houseful of visiting family clogged the toilet and the sink overnight. Our technician VICTOR was professional, clean and courteous. (And very sympathetic to the whole situation of a bunch of girls who need their bathroom back ASAP!). From initial call to sparkling clean and everything working in less than two hours on a Sunday morning. Definitely recommend!

I was at my grandmas house and while I was there her water heater went out. I called the closest plumbing company which was Express Plumbing. They said the technician would show up within an hour and I was very happy to say he showed up within 30 min.. His name was johnny. He was very polite, very professional, well dressed, and knew exactly what he was talking about. He replaced the old water heater and had everything running properly again for a very reasonable price! I would recommend everyone to call Express Plumbing and request Johnny to get the job done!!!

What do you when your main line is clogged in the middle of the night?

After calling around trying to get someone to come over I found Express Rooter. The technicians name was Gary (which we actually joked about how at least 1 Gary knew how to do plumbing) and put in all his effort to unclog the main line. Took a little less than 30 minutes and he was on his way. The charge was $55, which is better than a backed up toilet!


I also had an issue with a pump on the toilet and mentioned it to Gary and he checked it out. He just needed to tighten a screw on the pump. I was going to go out and buy a whole other part. Glad he saved me the time and money!!

Would definitely use them as my go to source for plumbing

It was Saturday evening and I was expecting some friends over.. As it got closer to the time my friends were supposed to come, I was having plumbing problems, I called my friend because she experienced the same thing and she recommended Express Plumbing. I called Express and they said it would take about 30 min to and hour for someone to show up. It took him maybe 35 minutes to get to my house. His name was Johnny. Johnny explained everything to me so I would understand what was going on. He was very clear and knowledgeable. He then said he had to send another guy named Mike over to do a Jetter. Mike was very quick and got the job done in time for my friends to come over and have no idea what happened. Now everything was done and I was a little nervous about the price but to be honest it was very reasonable! I was satisfied with Express plumbing and their services! I will definitely recommend and will call again if needed!

I called Express Plumbing & Rooter around 8:30 p.m. on 1/20/2016, and was able to get a next day appointment by 10:30 a.m. I called back at round 5 a.m. to see if I could get an earlier an appointment, and I had a plumber to arrive at my door by 9 a.m. They didn't give me a quote by phone - the consultation was free. For the work I needed, I think the charge was reasonable/fair.

About my plumbing technician: Andres showed up on time, dressed professionally with identifiable identification, and he was very helpful with troubleshooting my problem. Andres was very knowledgeable and savvy, which indicated he was passionate about what he does for a living. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was more than satisfied with the services he provided. And not once, did he treat me differently because I was a woman, like with some other companies I dealt with in the past. The cost was reasonable for the service and Andres was even nice enough and gave me a special discount. Andres thumbs up all the way - keeping giving that A+ Customer Service.

I will definitely use this service again, and will request Andres since I am now familiar with the type of service he provides. Thank you Express Plumbing & Rooter for getting my water back on.

I have to say, I called Express Plumbing during the holidays and was able to have a Thanksgiving miracle! They came out within an hour to take care of my clogged toilet, recommended a camera inspection if I have the issue reoccur. Of course I had no worries as it was just from the extra family staying over the holidays.
Holidays passed and I made it through the family visit. They left and my toilet clogged again! But I knew I could count on Express Plumbing to help me, I called they had someone out to my house within 45 minutes. They cleared the line, they ran a camera and my pipe was broken, probably from some work done at my property. They were able to replace the broken section quickly, professionally and I loved how I was updated and informed of everything.
Now it's been over a month and I'm a very happy customer! I recommend Express Plumbing to everyone who wants a professional, friendly & reliable plumbing company!
