I had a clog in my two bathrooms where there is no pressure in the toilets and it backs up in the bathtubs. I called this Co and they sent out ""Carlos the Plumber"" to my house. He told my 35 yr old son that there was a ""lake"" of water under my house cause it was flooded under my house and said there was a major leak in my pipes and he said he couldn't even snake it cause my pipes were going to burst and it would cost thousands of dollars to fix!!' He then tried to extort $40 from my son for a ""service fee"". I told my son that there is no service fee and to tell him to leave. Because I rent I called my property management co and they sent out their own plumber and he went under my house and it has cobwebs under there it is as dry as a bone!!! He straight out lied!!!! He is a straight thief!!!! They snaked my line and it is fine. So I called the company to file a complaint. As I was hanging up with the company my other line was ringing. I answered and it was ""Carlos the Plumber"" and he proceeded to cuss me out saying why did I call his company!! Worst Company Ever!!!!!! BEWARE!!!' I wish I could put Zero but it won't let me.....

Express plumbing was fast and efficient at repairing our leaky pipe and root intrusion. Their staff was very helpful through the whole process. Mike Diaz was very informative, professional, and friendly

We had a sewage line back up a few years ago and we called Express and they came out a few years ago and replaced all the sewage piping from the house to the street. They gave us a 15 yr warranty on the ABS piping coming from the house and a 50 yr warranty on the sleeve lining they installed on the 6"" pipe going to the main sewer line. Everything was working fine up until this week, when we had a back up again.

We called Express and after a couple of preliminary visits, sent out Mike Diaz with a water jetter and got rid of our backup! Mike was super friendly and courteous and answered all the questions we had. And we are just relieved that we can take showers again!

And the other great part was that we didn't have to pay a penny. They honored their warranty and didn't ask us for anything. Very much appreciated.

Only reason this is not a 5 star review was that the techs would show up 1.5 to 2.5 hrs later then they said they would.

This company is nothing but a complete rip-off.
The service is horrible.
Waste of money and time. Wouldn't call them even in emergency situation.

It's funny how similar the negative reviews are on here. We were having a back up in our toilet, so instead of pouring chemicals down the drain we called this plumbing company. Bad decision! They sent out a guy named Victor. What an arrogant inexperienced little guy. Seriously, this guy has probably worked a few months for his uncle or something because he was by no means a seasoned plumber. What a joke. He claimed he couldn't reach the clog with the snake. The whole time telling me he was at least 50 feet in (1-1/2 hours). What a liar! You could clearly see the snake was only spinning. He kept telling me the main line was clogged. We have two bathrooms and a kitchen and all drained fine but he insisted it was not a localized problem. Needless to say he recommends a camera inspection and hydro jetting service at 825 + 200 for the inspection. He then states he might be able to work out a deal with his supervisor. He goes to his van for about 5 minutes and tells me the supervisor can do it for 825 and waive the camera fee if we do it within the next hour, no warranty and there's only a 50/50 chance it will work. NO THANKS!! The whole time he's acting as if he is God and his word is supreme. As if we're just dumb home owners. Ha! Called another plumber the next morning. The plumber was in our house for no more than 15 minutes! problem solved! With 90 day warranty. I'm not kidding. I asked why couldn't the last plumber fix it. He didn't want to take a cheap shot at another plumber so he took the high road and said he may have used the wrong head or was just a bit inexperienced. A bit? Could have cost me, but with good judgment only cost me 96 bucks. You've been warned.

I called for service they send a guy by name Oscar. He work on the clean out for 30 min and then said its all clear. We got him the payment and he left a day later we had a same issue then I called they said we send someone next day between 9:00 to 9:30 am. (For first visit they send someone within 4 hrs. but to come back we had to wait till next day). My wife had to change her morning schedule to stay home and they never showed up I called them at 10:10 am they said we don't have a technician that can help at this time.
They don't know what they doing and they are only after your money.
Don't use them. You deserve better.

Not only did Victor make sure the job was done properly, he gave me an immediate impression that he cared. You really don't see that very often and I appreciated it very much. He got into the nitty gritty of a major repair job and managed the team in a very pragmatic way. Great job guys!

My main line was backing up, and I called this company. After setting my appointment at 9:30 at night, they promptly arrived at our scheduled time this morning. Initially John showed up, and he was so courteous, knowledgeable and fast working. Unfortunately, when it was determined that there was a broken line (confirmed by camera), additional crew needed to be called out to make the necessary repairs, and they made special arrangements for me to make sure that the job got done as quickly as possible (thank you, John!). In less than 3 hours, my main line was repaired (they had to break through concrete), and everything was put back together better than it was before. George, who did the actual labor, did an excellent, precision job. John made sure everything went smoothly, and Leo, the Supervisor, was here making sure I was a happy Customer and well taken care of. I highly recommend this company! They do quality work, and have been in absolute pleasure in taking care of a disastrous situation! They are now my go to plumbing company!

Called for clean out of clogged pipe. The guy tried only one time and couldn't get it cleaned, it need a few tries. He inspected drain pipes and tried to sell me a job to replace all sewer pipes for double what it really cost. In the end I paid and the problem remained.

These guys did an amazing job on redoing my piping in my home. Now I can happily flush and know nothing will happen. These guys were fast, efficient and gave me an amazing price. The guys showed up right away and found the problem, and gave me different options and gave me advice to find the best and cheapest fix. I highly recommend these guys!
