I called Express Plumbing to clean an outside are drain that was plugged. Robert and son Hector arrived, assessed the problem and started working. Using a power snake and after several attempts and hard work the drain was cleared. Good hard workers. Didn't stop until drain was fixed.

UPDATE: I did not pay with credit which would cost you money, I tried Zelle and when that didn't work I wrote a check. And I never asked for the work to be under warranty. I wanted it fixed and I would have paid. I'm attaching a copy of the text that was sent in April of 2022.

I hired Express Plumbing on several occasions and was happy with their work. The last time I hired them was to install a water heater in April 2021, I paid $1700 cash. A year later the pilot started going out so I called and left messages and text Robert, but was ignored. For the next year I would relight the pilot and it would stay lit for a few weeks and then go out again. One day about a month ago, it stopped staying lit and I again called Robert. When he returned my call Robert immediately reprimanded me for not servicing the heater every year, he then stated it was not under warranty. I explained that I had called and text a year ago and responded that I wasn't asking for warranty work I just wanted him to come out and look at it. He said he never received any calls or messages and basically refused to do the work and made me feel awful. When we got off the phone I called the manufacturer who said the parts were under warranty but not labor. I called Robert back and left a message with that information and never received a call back. I called other plumbers who also refused to come out, they said to call the person who installed it. I was left with nowhere to turn. In talking with a friend I ended up getting the gas company to come out for less than $300. I will not give Express Plumbing anymore of my business and will not recommend!

Robert did a great job in identifying our leak and knew how to fix it. He did have to buy a new pool float device to get it working properly so that's a consideration but I was surprised how expensive this repair was for the time it took to fix it-- almost $1,000.
