Robert at Express Plumbing really lived up to the word ""Express."" Our 10 year old garbage disposal started leaking below the kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon and it needed to be replaced. I called Express Plumbing that day, knowing that they were closed, but hoping for a call back on Monday. Robert called me back promptly at 7:30am on Monday morning and was at our house in Palm Springs within 30 minutes to install a new disposal that is not only much more powerful, but will not leak like our old one did. Robert was courteous, professional and completed the work in about an hour. He was also careful to put down a blanket to not cause damage to our ceramic floor tile, and he explained the best way to operate the new disposal. Overall, he did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Wow! Called them a little after 11 this morning because my garbage disposal was not working. Robert was here by 1:15 he was so efficient and he did an excellent job installing a new garbage disposal. I had a meeting, and I wasn't paying attention to what was going on in the kitchen, when I came out there was water all over the floor. Robert returned within 20 minutes of my call even though their message said they were closed until tomorrow.
He knew exactly what was wrong, and was in and out in less than five minutes.

I saw Robert M. from Express Plumbing at a neighbor's house checking landscape drains. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to have our drains checked. He stopped by my house after completing the neighbor's job. After checking a few of our drains, he brought to my attention a problem that needs to be addressed. He is unable to complete the job as it is going to require rerouting an irrigation pipe or removal of the palm tree. I was so impressed with his honesty and willingness to stop by without an appointment to assess our landscape drains. I definitely will be calling him after we fix the crucial problem first.

I needed immediate plumbing services for a rental property I own in Thousand Palms. I searched for plumbers through Yelp and reached out to a couple that had great reviews, amongst them Express Plumbing which were the only ones with availability. I ended up hiring their services and all was going well until services were complete, long story short not all of items got repaired appropriately and its been 11 days since service and Im still reaching out to them to try and get a copy of the invoice for my records. I must of called on a bad day!!!!

I read all of the great reviews about Express Plumbing and decided to request an estimate for an outdoor hose bib replacement through Yelp. I quickly received a good estimate along with a list of dates and times for service appointments which included availability as soon as the next day. Two of my usual plumbing companies didn't have availability for two weeks.

Nate arrive on time as scheduled and went right to work in a professional and efficient manner. He was friendly as he communicated his suggestions for repair and completed a nice and clean job within budget.

Express Plumbing is now at the top of my list to call!

I called Express Plumbing this morning and spoke with Robert. Very professional and was able to schedule my needed drain cleaning for later the same day.

His guy completed the job 30 minutes ahead of time, and reported a broken tub stopper which he's also going to repair for me soon.
