at 5 pm I found out that the main line was backed up. Called 10 plumbers. No one returned my call, so I quickly made arrangements to have the dog boarded for the night. As I was driving to spend the night elsewhere, I got a call back from Phil at Express Drain & Plumbing. He made arrangements to come by the next day. He was able to snake and clear the main line, but also went around with a flashlight and looked under the house. There he found that the flange on the one toilet had broken and the toilet was emptying under the house! He called me out and showed me a pool under my house. Thank God he went around and looked! He came back the next day and took care of the toilet and I had him fix a bathroom faucet that 2 other plumbers had said they couldn't get under to fix (tight quarters). I was so impressed with Phil and his knowledge of plumbing that I took up his offer to replace the access pipe outside so that a larger snake or hydro jet could be used in the future. My main line will back up again due to the calcification in the pipes of this 1958 house. Two of my neighbors have since called Phil out for work. He is a very Honest, hard working guy. Definitely worth keeping. He is my new Plumbing guy for now on. Thank you Phil.

Our family had a leak in our water heater. We called and were helped by Phillip. He was very kind and professional. We thought we would have to replace the entire heater and were relieved that it was just a hose that had to be replaced. Thanks!!

I had a leak in the garage. Phil came out right in the time frame that was discussed. He was thorough in explaining exactly where the leak was coming from and what my options were. He explained that if he couldn't solve the problem with Plan A that he would have to go to Plan B which involved breaking concrete and would be a huge time consuming, expensive job! He stated he was 90% sure he could fix the problem with Plan A. Sure enough he performed the job with the exact quote from the beginning! He even drove to 3 different stores to find a part he needed. Super Professional and extremely intelligent. I rely heavily on these Yelp reviews because I have had some untrustworthy people work on my house. This guy is genuinely honest and did a great job. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Our 23 year old water heater gave out so I called around. Phil came to look at it that same morning. Phil is very professional, clean, honest, experienced and reasonably priced. I had him repair a few other plumbing issues while he was here. Very happy with the service from Express.

Our water heater blew a few weeks ago. I called several plumbers. Phil from Express plumbing was definitely the most helpful. He wasn't able to come that day but explained how we could do something to at least have water to flush the toilets because the water heater was so old that we didn't have a shutoff valve and had to turn off the water at the main. He really worked with us and gave us an incredible price. We set an appointment with his wife who was also very pleasant to deal with. He was running a little late and called to inform us. When he arrived he did a great and thorough job. It's nice to know not every plumber is out there to screw you. We will definitely use Express plumbing again.

We had them come for an estimate and the gentlemen was very nice and helpful, however when he went to see what the issue was for our tub, he just fixed it and charged us (after asking what our other estimate we got was from another company) without asking if we wanted it fixed, we really just wanted the estimate. So we ended up getting charged a little less than what the first estimate was, which was way more than we wanted for what the issue was.

Nice people, just make sure you get the estimate before they invoice you.
