We had a clog and decided to try this based on Yelp review and am sure glad I did. Phil is the BEST. He came out looked around and survey the situation and was able to find the best place to unclog the pipe from the outside. The previous guy that came only 3 months ago didn't even know about this and took out the toilet to unclog the drain.

Phil was able to unclog it in a matter of few mins, but instead of just taking off and saying it's done, he stayed and used the pipe camera to show me the cause of the clog, which turned out to be roots with no additional fee. He even used the snake to get rid of alot of the roots.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable honest plummer PHIL is your man!

We had a major problem with our toilette this morning and called a different company first. They came quick but broke their snake tool in our pipe. Since I was not in the bathroom with them while they tried to fix the clog, they blamed the broken snake piece on who ever must have serviced our building before them (we just purchased the building - which they knew).
In order to get the snake piece out of the pipe they said they would have to jack-hammer our floor open, cut that pipe open, remove the snake and than replace the pipe and the floor...$$$...!
At this point we felt a second opinion would be a good idea and called Express Drain and Plumbing.
Phil came right out and confirmed that a snake part was stuck in our pipe but he said it could not have been there previously without having given us problems before (past three month of owning the building). He confirmed our suspicion that the previous guys must have broken their snake while they tried to clear the pipe and were now trying to take us for a ride.

By the way Phil was able to get the snake piece out of the pipe by cutting a 6x6 inch square hole into our drywall and accessing the clogged pipe through there.
You can imagine our relief of not having to open up our whole floor!

My drains backed up on a Friday night, and I looked on Yelp and came across Express Drain and Plumbing. I called Phil late at night, maybe around 11 or so. He was already booked all day Saturday but he made time to get there early and take care of the problem. He was in and out within about an hour. Very clean, neat and professional. His prices were very reasonable as well. I found my new plumber.

Rick again. I had to call Phil back because my drain was plugged again. Phil said that my previous cleaning was under warranty and unclogged the drain again, for free.

He also put a color camera into the pipe (also for free) to figure out what happened. It turned out to be a small twig that is causing all of the fuss. Phil pushed the camera all the way to the street and the rest of the line is clean. If it clogs again I may need to hydro jet but it's a comfort to know I don't have to dig up my slab. Thanks again Phil!

For months, we have had issues with water pressure--especially when the hot water was running. We were hesitant to call a plumber for fear of how expensive it would be. Then we found Phil. We were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment with him for the very next day, and he arrived promptly at the time of our appointment.

Within an hour, he was able to figure out exactly what the problem was and repair it. He communicated with me every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. He was so knowledgeable and honest and seemed to genuinely care about making sure you understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. Now our water pressure is amazing, and everything is functioning perfectly!

Our flipper valve was plugged up, Phil was in the area, came over in 5 min, snaked the line the 15 min, found the flipper came off the valve. Came up with a DIY plan and put it back on! All done within an hour, could not be more happy than that. Crossed the problem from my honey-do list.

With a name like Insinkerator you think your garbage disposal can pretty much choke down anything. NOPE. Not the case. I mean seriously I expected to be able to but bones down that thing and have them chewed to shreds with that name. Boy was I wrong. Then you wake up to a wet floor. Your contractor told you hard wood floors in you kitchen would be a bad idea, you wouldn't listen though, You wanted them throughout the house. I mean seriously what could go wrong?

Well the insikerator went wrong that's what, now my pipes are all backed up and I can't use my kitchen sink. Then Bam! Phil to the rescue. Phil was at my house in less than 24 hours and cleared that mess right up and in a short time I might add. His prices were very reasonable and he let me know about some of the issues with using drain cleaner etc, which I obviously tried to no avail. If I ever get something stuck down one of my pipes again, you can bet I'm called Phil at Express Drain and Plumbing.
