All I can say is that Phil should have a cape and an S on his chest!! Not only did he find the and repair the leak under the house, but he discovered the reason for our continual problem leaks. That's something that previous plumbers did not do. Phil explained what was wrong and every step that would fix the problem and how it would help in the future. If you need a plumber that you can trust, this is the guy!!!!

Phil was prompt, courteous and very professional. Our problem turned out to be a full day and a half job, and he didn't stop until it was done, and totally cleaned up (which was after dark!) Phil was a lifesaver when my water main broke. He came out, went under my house to inspect the damage, emerged a muddy mess, and gave me a rough idea of what happened, what needed to be done, and the cost.

After a couple hours, he returned to my house...this is important to me because he could have easily called, but he went the extra step to talk about this in person. He gave me a few options on what I could do. I decided what I wanted to do and he was able to start.

His crew was great. Nice and respectful of the house, dogs, and roommate. There were a couple of things I had on my wishlist to do (ie install a new garbage disposal) and when I asked him, he was very polite and up front about the work and additional cost. There were no surprises and no upsells. A few times he pointed something out that could be done if I wanted, like installing a water line for my fridge. He didn't pressure me, but told me if could be done if I wanted.

Phil is insane with his knowledge of this field. I felt like I was in school at times when I would ask a question and he would give me answers.

He will be my go to for anything plumbing related from now on.

Update: Phil returned to complete/install the new drains, garbage disposal. He saw that the other contractor was seriously lagging in finishing the bathroom/kitchen remodel, so Phil installed our new shower heads, sink fixtures and installed our new dishwasher. He is so friendly and patient and such a hard worker.

Great service! We had a slab leak and were having trouble with our insurance and the plumber they sent out. I called Express Drain and Plumbing in the evening and Phil came out the next day. Great work and fair pricing. He also gave great advice in dealing with the insurance company
