Paul and his guys are the definition of honest, hard work. Expert Rooter repiped our house and replaced our sewer line over the course of several days. Despite the messy requirements of the job, they made sure to leave things in a usable and clean state by the time we got home from work each day. They do what they say they are going to do, can be trusted to do it well, cross their t's and dot their i's and deliver on time. I couldn't recommend them more.

Paul came out to clear the shower drain and main drainage pipe at my house. Both of them were completely non-flowing. He was able to get them flowing perfectly and his price was very reasonable. I discovered the next day, after installing a bathroom sink, that it was clogged as well, something I hadn't realized or mentioned originally. Paul was nice enough to send some of his employees to clear that drain at no extra charge. Anthony, who came the second time, along with some other guys, was quick and friendly.

I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

These guys did great work on our new gas line -- they took care of the permit, showed up right on time, did neat work by the book, coordinated well with our other contractors, and when we ran into a minor problem, they went above and beyond to take care of it. Highly recommended.

Paul and his team did a great job and were very professional each day they arrived. Always on time (but really early every day they showed up :)) which shows how professional and committed they are. Also when he tells me a price, I wasn't surprised with any changes to the total bill (as I have had bad experiences with other contractors). This was my biggest concern. He even cleared my clogged bathroom sink free of charge. I'm super impressed and will totally recommend him to anyone! I just paid him today for a big job he did. We needed a our main sewer pipe replacement which is super expensive. He gave me a good price and a 15 year warranty which a longer warranty than other contractors I met and made me more assured I shouldn't have any problems if I went with him. Paul is a really nice guy and seems to really try to understand his customers and really wants to help. Side note: My mother threw a huge fit about her missing hose nozzle and he was so nice that he was willing to buy 3 to replace (but we did find it so no worries). I was even willing to pay him an extra $100 for the trouble this caused but he didn't take it which was very admirable. If there were 6 or 10 stars I've give it to Expert Rooter & Plumbing!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and within 20 min. after leaving a message I was called back. Lavon came out the same day and within minutes was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very professional and even though it was a simple fix this time, I will certainly call them whenever I have problems.

Great job, I thought I had a cracked sewer pipe. Saw mold on drywall and had a sewer smell in the basement apartment. Had scan performed by another plumber beforehand. Paul got a permit and we were ready to go. Found out it was a water leak, these guys couldn't have been nicer about it. Fixed the broken water pipe and saved me a ton of money in not having to replace my sewer line.

Paul's and his guys were professional, on time, and really helped me through this absolute headache! Any jobs he is the plumber I call from now on!! On to the mold remediation!

Paul and his team are fantastic - true professionals. They installed gas piping for 2 fireplace inserts - fairly straight forward work that went off without a hitch. A few weeks later, we had a separate plumbing issue in the upstairs bathroom - a leak that was coming through the downstairs ceiling. They came out immediately and fixed the issue with minimal intrusion into the ceiling and wall. Overall very pleased with their work
