When we put our San Francisco condo up for sale, we needed help to get it into shape. I called in Expert Rooter & Plumbing, not knowing what to expect other than what I read in the reviews. I have given Expert Rooter &Plumbing five stars not only for their honest, reasonably priced, professional, timely, and kind service, but for performing spectacularly when they encountered problems (as almost always happen in any kind of home repair or maintenance). They not only found & ordered the necessary parts and installed them as quickly as is humanly possible, but they also provided personal 'touches' that made the situation much more pleasant. Furthermore, they did all their work cheerfully in a very tight, hot space. If we were not moving out of SF, I would absolutely use Expert Rooter &Plumbing again and will most certainly recommend them to friends.

If you are looking for a plumber to fix your home's plumbing issues, Paul at Expert Rooter and Plumbing is your guy. He has great ratings for a reason. He was very prompt on time, very thorough with his work and estimate, and did a really good job on fixing pretty much the entire plumbing for my house.

Paul listed out everything that he was going to work on, he followed through, and made sure I was up to date with information as needed. He explained to me the whats, wheres, whens, whys, and hows. Price wise, he was very competitive among the three other bids. I would use him for other future issues moving forward.... Thanks again, Paul.

Great service. Paul and his team did a great job. I have a plumber in the city who I use usually but for the job I needed (a gas line for a fireplace) he suggested I just go with one of the people that works with the Fireplace business. I am so happy to say they did a great job. They were punctual, professional, informative and generally just excellent The job took less time than expected, the permits went off without a hitch and their price was competitive with the other bids (actually slightly less!) They even left the space tidier than it was when they got there!

Now I have TWO great plumbers I trust which I'm very happy about. Call Paul and his crew- they do an excellent job!!!

I called Paul after finding him on Yahoo then checked on Yelp about his business. He was great! He was professional and the quick response (same day) was appreciated as my disposal was leaking water. He is very reasonably priced and workmanship was excellent.

Paul from Expert Rooter and Plumbing, Inc. was in the neighborhood when I called him about a problem with my dishwasher. A neighbor recommended him. He immediately offered to stop by to check it out. He was here in 10 minutes and the dishwasher was working in 20. Super professional, even my cranky dog liked him! He is my new plumber.

Paul is the best in the area. Expert Rooter installed a new gas line for our gas fireplace, just in time for winter. Paul came out and was friendly and on-time from the estimate appointment, to installation, to inspection with the city. His crew was courteous and did a very clean-looking install.

Price-wise, he really can't be beat. We obtained 4 bids from licensed plumbers and not only was Paul the lowest, he beat out the local competition quite handily. He also works well by email and is responsive on the phone-- he always calls back when we left him a message.

Paul has always done a great job on our plumbing over a period of several years. He is friendly and knows his stuff. He recently came and fixed everything that was broken in our plumbing, from sinks to bathtubs to toilets.

Paul and his crew are great - we had a bad leak in our pipes causing damage to our floor. They were able to come out right away and took a lot of time looking at every possibility of where the leak was coming from. Once they identified it, they got to work right away and fixed it. They're very hard working and honest and I'm so glad that I found them!
